I downloaded a past purchased album songs individually. I clicked on the cloud button. I'm sure that means you will not be charged again.

Its just that i previously asked similar question and one guy answered that you have to download a past purchase again like the original purchase. In this case the orginal purchase was the whole album. Also I then downloaded the whole album after downloading the individual songs.

Can't download old previously bought software to new computer or upgrade to Lightroom 5 without buying a new package!

Hello Support have emailed a request before but it goes via Forums which do not help.I have come overseas for a few months and must still work, and need to have access to download software I have previously bought as own as I have a new computer. I have 2 versions of Master Suite and just need to be able to download one. Particularly Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat. The Lightroom version 4 is on this computer.I have been trying for months just to upgrade to Lightroom 5 too, but there is no option for this, other than having a whole package? Your site no longer allows one to download old software when a new computer arrives. I went to check my version information by selecting about under the help menu. Firefox started downloading the update and prompted me when it finished. I ok'd it, not realizing it would update to 10.0. A toolbar that I use is not compatible with the new version so I need to download the previous version. Can anyone tell me how to find 9.0. Thanks

To keep your computer and files safe, you should not go back to Firefox 9. Firefox 10 contains security fixes. You may be able to make your toolbar work by using the add-on compatibility reporter as described in this article [[Add-ons are disabled after updating Firefox]].

Can't redownload a previously bought album

I bought an album on this account 2 years ago, it's still listed on my purchase history, but when I hit the "Check for Purchases" button I can't seem to redownload it. Am I doing it wrong? Is there a way for me to download it again without having to pay again?

iTunes will only allow you to download a song or album once. The "Check for Purchases" command will only work if you did not successfully complete the original download (ex. iTunes quits unexpectedly). Usually the only way you can download a item again is if the first file that you downloaded is corrupt. Unfortunately you will most likely not be able to download that album again without having to purchase it again. In the future it would be a good idea to back up your purchased music so this doesn't happen again.

This has happened for a lot of my purchased albums, and I don't feel it's fair to have to repurchase something I've rightfully already paid for.

Go back and download the ones that are missing. It is possible that the some of the downloads that completed are corrupt if the connection was encountering problems while they were downloading.It may be best to delete them and start from scratch.
Don't find them in the iTunes store, download them from here:
iTunes > More > Purchased > TV Shows

Can't download a previously bought Logic Pro 9 from mac app store

I have just bought a new Mac mini, and I tried to download LP9 from the appstore (I had already bought it), but I can't find it in the "Purchases" tab.
I tried to get it from https://www.apple.com/fr/logicpro/ but when it launchs the mac app store says it's not avaible in my country...
I payed for it, so I'd really like to use it.
As I need it for tomorrow, a little help would be appreciate!

If I'm not wrong, Logic Pro 9 isn't available anymore for download. Anyway, first check if it's hidden, and if so, unhide it > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4928

Where can I download a previous version of Firefox? 3.6.8 is sluggish and s-l-o-w on Vista 64

Firefox stalls for a good 10 to 20 seconds every time it loads a page. I get constant "Not Responding" error messages. This version has nowhere near the speed and responsiveness of previous versions. It is so bad I have had to go back to Internet Explorer.

You can download version 3.5.11 [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html here]. Apart from 3.6.8, 3.5.11 is the only currently supported version of Firefox. If you don't want to use the former, please use the later for maximum security.
That said, if you're having a problem with 3.6.8, it's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. It's a bit daunting at first sight, but select the version you want, your platform (mac/linux/linux-64-bit/windows) and your language and you'll be shown the installer to download. I'd right-click, use "save link as", download it, then double-click (or do whatever your OS needs) the downloaded file to open or run it and extract/install Thunderbird.
Which particular add-ons are you having trouble with? I downloaded 24.5 tonight and all of my (too) many add-ons seem fine with it.

I did some checking and I too was only able to find the most recent UPD 5.5 drivers.
The UDP 5.5 driver includes new updates and several bug fixes from previous versions.

You may find better results posting your question in the Business Support Forums under the Print Servers, Network Storage & Web Jetadmin or Software threads. Hopefully, someone has a copy of the older UPD 5.4 drivers.
