Hey martin, when i had to contact apple to get replacement headphones, i learned of my case or dispatch number at the very end of my claim to ordering new headphones. Did you already make a claim or what? A question mark doesnt really give us alot to work with

Those are "order numbers", in this case:
MC371LL/A = 2.4 GHz CPU
MC372LL/A = 2.53 GHz CPU
MC373LL/A = 2.66 GHz CPU
These are all the flavors there exists for a model A1286 with identifier "MacBookPro6,2".
Going back to the excellent earlier post of babowa I believe it works as follows:
The model number (A1286) which you can find on the bottom of your MBP doesn't say too much: it's used from late 2008 to mid 2012 MBP 15" models.
In addition you have model identifiers (MacBookPro6,2), which in your case nears it down to a mid-2010 model.
But you can also have different model numbers for a single model identifier and there comes in the EMC number Balboa mentions. I believe it's a unique comination between a model number and a model identifier. For example, the MacBookPro3,1 can be a 15" or a 17", which each a different model number (A1226 and A1229) so they each have a unique EMC number. I wouldn't know where to find the EMC number on a MBP, by the way.
One step down: within each model identifier you have several order numbers, the three you have listed above. Generally they distinguish different CPUs in standard configurations. However, if there is CTO/BTO option to upgrade a CPU it would not have its own order number. My BTO MBP 17" mid-2010 has an i7 2.66 GHz CPU but the order number is equal to the standard i5 2.53 GHz CPU.
Apart the very good website babowa provided a link to, you can download the free (donationware) application Mactracker from the App Store, which is a well maintained database of about every piece of hardware and every OS Apple ever released with a very friendly user interface. Click on "This Mac" and you got all the info I described above.

Which Case ID you are refering ? Are you Looking for the Serial number of your Router ? To locate the Serail Number of your Router, Flip your router upside down and below the Linksys logo you will find the Serail Number of the Router.
To find out your Case ID or the Reference number you need to call Linksys tech support, I think you will find that information with them.

The iSee video cear ipod case that is mentioned i got from ebay. It was only 0.99 pence and it is perfect. It has a belt clip and stops your iPod from all those annoying scratches.

I know the new MBP has nice cases to keep from scratching. I've searched everywhere and can't find a rubber case for the MBP duo 2 core, early 2008 model. Any suggestions. I checked Amazon and Ebay

Actually, most of the cases state:
Fits MacBook Pro (black keys/late-2008 and newer models; not compatible with Retina display models).

I have an older macbook air, i think it's the 1st model of macbook air, it has a different shape than the current one. I would like to find a hard case for it, in a nice color, or I think you can find some that are like stickers you put on the computer.
But everything i see in the apple store or ebay or amazon fits the new models.
Does anyone know of a store online that has accessories for old models of macbook air?

Where do I find my Adobe Presenter serial number?

Hello,
I am brand new to Presenter 7, using it with MS Office 2010 (adobe just added support for Office 2010, hurray!).
When I attempt to install, it prompts me to enter the serial number, however, I cannot find it. The only serial number on the software box is for Acrobat 9 Pro extended, which I installed successfully. I cannot locate a serial number for Presenter 7. I've attempted to use the Acrobat 9 Pro serial number to install Presenter but it gives me an error (invalid serial number).
Does anyone know how I might locate my serial number for Presenter 7?
BTW, I do not have a connect pro account. All my work will be published to CD/DVD.

I suppose you have a valid Acdrobat 9 Pro Extended Serial Key
So please try out the following:
1) Install and Activate Acrobat on the system on which you are trying to install Presenter
2) Download and install Presenter(the one which installs on Office 2010) from the website
·         Close PowerPoint if running
·         Go to following Presenter Install location
o    <OS DRIVE>\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 7\AMT
·         Rename AdobeConfig.xml and application.sif file to some other name say AdobeConfig.xml_bk and application.sif_bk
Reopen PowerPoint and access Presenter functionality.
It should work, otherwise it will ask to run and license Acrobat first on that machine.
Let me know if this workaround works for you

Log into your MyVerizon, go to Manage My Device and you should see your device ID there.
Unfortunately that appears to only be the SIM ID #. Possibly by calling CS they would have it.
