Where do I find my downloaded programs?

I recently prchased subscriptions for both Photoshop and Illustrator. I am now having some trouble wih the downloading process. I followed all the given steps and it says the programs are installed but I cannot figure out how to actually open the programs for use. Can anyone help me with this?

In your Applications folder (Mac) or the Start Menu (Windows).

Where can I find a download or disc for CS4?

We have had to restore my computer, so I'm in the process of reloading all of my programs. Unfortunately, I can not find my CS4 disc to reload it-I can't think what might have happened to it, we've looked everywhere! I've tried contacting Adobe, and they said they'd normally replace it but since CS5 came out, they don't have any copies with which to replace it. I am not able to upgrade to 5 right now, and desperately need my program to do my work.
We have CS4 Web Premium for Windows. I have our serial number, I just need a copy of the software. Adobe even recommended to borrow a disc from a friend if we could find it, and reload it with our code. But so far no luck. Is there anywhere I can find a legitimate download or replacement disc?

I know...and I specifically asked a few times if there was any place where I could find a download. All I got was the suggestion to find a reseller, or spend 799 to upgrade to CS5. Finally the second lady I talked to suggested borrowing a cd (and come to think of it, maybe she wasn't supposed to do that =)

if you wish to download the trial version of any product you may simply log in to : http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ and click on try now . Once you click on download, the installer would automatically download the Adobe Download assistant for you and then you can download any product as a trial version .

So far all of the "cleanup my mac" software I have tested has been a dismal failure.
They either don't do anywhere near what they claim they will do or else they do dangerous stuff without even asking your permission first.
For these reasons I recommend most strongly that you avoid them all.

You will still need your SN. As long as you registered, you can just add a tab in your browser and go to Adobe.com. In the upper right corner there should be a welcome with your name. Move to the small down arrow and select My Products and Services. That should give you your SN of the products that have been registered. Please make a backup of your download and SN for the future. If you had an upgrade version, you will also need the SN of the qualifying product.

If you registered your copy with adobe, you may find download links by going to the main page of adobe.com and clicking on My Adobe and working through the links there. If they're still available there, save the downloads this time, don't just run them, since adobe only makes those available for about 3 years.
