Where Do I Find: Quick Format for Font?

Question

I was trying to format a font in a document and, happily, a drop-down appeared on the Toolbox named "Quick Format", or something close to it, with exactly the font/text formatting I wanted.
And then it disappeared as quickly never to be found again, at least not easily.
Ah, the joys of owning a Mac.
Anyone have any idea where this little formatting nugget is?

I'll just try to answer the question and yes, many of us use office for mac. It's a win program but works beautifully on the mac and is totally compatible and documents and files swap seamlessly between operating systems without you having to do anything. It's in the docked tool bar for Word, at the top above the document. It's not under tools. When you have a document open, it's the top bar of the document, not the very top bar of word that has ie, file edit etc, tools so on. Anyways, you may have clicked it off so go to the top area, right click, follow the lead to tool bars, and make sure the tool bar is clicked to dock, and that in that same dialogue box where it says "toolbars", that the standard and formatting tool bars are checked. Depending on the version. this works on Office 2011. In Office 2008 pretty much the same thing, right click on the top, or even easier, in 2008 just click on the "toolbox" icon on the very top of the document.
