I bought a product a while ago then now I come to download it but I don't know where to find the serial code.

    Hi memorse414414, Your Adobe ID will suffice for activation. For subscription, the installer would validate from the server using your Adobe ID.

    Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
    So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
