Where do I find the upgrade to OS 10.7 Lion?

I need to upgrade from Snow Leopard to Lion since Mountain Lion is not compatible. Where do I find the upgrade? It's not on the app store.

Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu, verify that the computer meets the requirements for Lion, which are a Core 2 Duo(not Core Duo) or better CPU and at least 2GB of RAM, and then phone the online Apple Store and order a download code for it.

have iMac running OSX 10.5.8, where can I find the upgrade?

Why would that be irritating?? I suspect you are after Mavericks, in order to get Mavericks you have to have the Mac App Store app which did not become available until Snow Loepard 10.6.6. Once you have purchased and installed SL then install the 10.6.8 combo update, run Software Update again and install all suggested updates and finally you can get Mavericks.

  • Where can I find the Reminders data file in Mountain Lion?

    Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find the data file for the reminders in Mountain Lion?  When I recently synced my iPad to iMac it deleted the 50+ reminders that were on the iMac.  I have done hourly backups with time machine but would like to know where to go to find these to reinstate them.
Also, does anyone knows how to turn off the reminders sync as I'm not using iCloud and there does not appear to be any option to sync reminders in iTunes?
    Thanks a bunch!!

    Hi,
in JDeveloper 11 the deployment is in the project properties. I am not sure they are written to the file system anymore

  • I have a 10.5.8 MacBook Pro that I want to upgrade to Snow Leopard.  Where do I find the upgrade code

I have a MacBook Pro from September 2007 that I want to upgrade to the latest OS.  I have 10.5.8 on it now, but can't seem to find the code or files any where to upgrade it to 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) so I can then step it up to Mountain Lion.  Anyone have a link to where I can find this code.

    Upgrading to Mountain Lion
You can upgrade to Mountain Lion from Lion or directly from Snow Leopard. Mountain Lion can be downloaded from the Mac App Store for $19.99. To access the App Store you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.6 or later installed.
If you need to purchase Snow Leopard contact Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service. The price is $29.00 plus tax. You will receive physical media - DVD - by mail.
Third-party sources for Snow Leopard are:
    Snow Leopard from Amazon.com
    Snow Leopard from eBay
After you install Snow Leopard you will have to download and install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to update Snow Leopard to 10.6.8 and give you access to the App Store.
If you need to purchase Lion contact Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax.  It's a download.
Be sure your computer meets the minimum requirements:
Apple - OS X Mountain Lion - Read the technical specifications.
Macs that can be upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion
    iMac (Mid 2007 or newer)
MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer)
MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer)
MacBook Air (Late 2008 or newer)
Mac mini (Early 2009 or newer)
Mac Pro (Early 2008 or newer)
    Xserve (Early 2009)
    Are my applications compatible?
See App Compatibility Table - RoaringApps - App compatibility and feature support for OS X & iOS.
Am I eligible for the free upgrade?
See Apple - Free OS X Mountain Lion upgrade Program.

  • Where can I find the upgrade from Elements 9 to Elements 12?

I cannot find the page to upgrade Elements.  Can someone please give me a link?
    Thank you

You have to purchase upgrades from one version number to another. The adobe upgrade is linked on the main product page for PSE, but it's usually silly to buy the upgrade because most of the time you can find the full version for less at big box stores and major online retailers if you aren't in a big hurry.

  • Where can i find the upgrade from logic pro 7.1.1 to 7.2?

    Hello there.
Is the upgrade from logic pro 7.1.1 to 7.2 still available out there somewhere? I know I'm a bit behind the rest of the world but financially I'm taking the 'do the best with what you can' route!
Never used logic before, moving up from garageband and cubase sx cos everyone says it's a better program.
    Many thanks,
    GDx

    Hi
If I remember correctly, the 7.2 update was a "Paid for" update, with a new dvd.... so you are most likely out of luck.
The good news is that Logic Pro is pretty cheap on the Appstore

  • Where do I find the upgrade for "My Verizon Mobile"?

I have used the "My Verizon Mobile" app since moving to Verizon using Samsung Galaxy SIII (Android).  The app no longer works and says I have to upgrade when I try to run, but when I select upgrade, it comes back with an error that it can not locate.  If I go to Google Play Store, it also no longer shows up.

Click on the Apple icon and select About this Mac.
From the new window, click on the gray 10.8.0 text to show the Build number. Click it again to show the Serial number.

  • I am just going back to using my iMac. Had to upgrade to snow leopard and not want to upgrade to OSX Mavericks. I can't get the install because it is currently at 10.9.1. Where can I find the 10.9 version so I can upgrade "pre-patch"?

I am trying to install (upgrade to) Mavericks from Snow Leopard (10.6.8). However, the current version of Mavericks is 10.9.1. I'm being told that I can't do this upgrade without 10.9. Any ideas as to where I can find the straight 10.9 (pre-patch) version of Mavericks?

The version on the App Store for Mavericks is 10.9.1 and it's the full installer.
The only time you would need 10.9 is if you were installing the delta download of 10.9.1  from Apple's Software Update Support page.
So, just go to the App Store and you will be able to download/install Mavericks 10.9.1 without the need of 10.9.

  • Where can I find the latest upgrades for Crystal Reports 2008

My question is rather simple, I need to know. Where can I find  the latest upgrades for:
    1) Crystal Reports 2008 Merge Modules
    2) Crystal Reports 2008 Runtimes.
    Are they incremental upgrades ????
    Thanks in advance..

[This|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567] wiki has links to runtime (I believe I have not updated this for FP 2.5 yet, but the downloads page has these)
    And yes, they are incremental.

  • I am trying to download CS5.5, which I purchased. But I can only find the upgrade software to download. Where is the non-upgrade version of CS5.5???

I am trying to download CS5.5, which I purchased. But I can only find the upgrade software to download. Where is the non-upgrade version of CS5.5???

There is no upgrade version.  The serial number that you use dictates whether or not the software is treated as an upgrade.  If you purchased it as an upgrade then the serial number you have is an upgrade serial number and that will require you to provide proof that you qualify ro install/use the upgrade.

  • My Creative SBS250 speakers no londer work after upgrading to Snow leopard.  Where can I find the driverinstalling

My Creative SBS250 speakers no longer work after upgrading to Snow Leopard.  Where can I find the driver?  Thanks

Everyone in my household who has upgraded to Snow Leopard has had the same problems with program crashes and the computer "forgetting" registration codes.
In fact, after re-entering codes, and then upgrading to 10.6.1, we had to re-enter them again because it forgot (again) that we had bought/registered the software. It was a lot of fun digging through old emails and such looking for the codes, let me tell you.
I'm pulling a Vista and downgrading my computer back to 10.5.x. That was stable and remembered my software, at least.

  • Where can I find the link to download the upgrade from 5 to Lightroom 6 (stand alone) version?

Where can I find the link to download the upgrade from 5 to Lightroom 6 (stand alone) version?

Just to be clear for others who might read this thread: There is a free trial available for both CC and standalone (perpetual license) customers.   The free trial for both sets of customers is called "CC"; but if at the end of the trial you want to convert to a standalone (perpetual) license, it's just as easy as with previous versions.  You pay $149 ($79 if upgrading), get a license key, and enter the key into the free trial.
