Where do i find the URL of my photos so i can....

...post photos on a message board?
I am a new Mac user, and with a pc, I used to just go to where my photos are stored, right click on the image, and it would list the URL so i could insert it in here :
Where do i find this? How do I do this now?
I use iPhoto, and I also have a .Mac account, which I really have no idea what to use this for. I know that it stores my photos somewhere so that when i sell stuff on eBay via iSale, it makes them "magically appear" on my auctions.
I'm a Mac dummy.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. You can't post photos from your mac unless you have it online all the time so other users can access it when they click on the link you've provided. That's where the .Mac account can come in.
Mount your iDisk and inside your Pictures folder create a new folder titled "Forum". Now upload a reduced size of your photo (I use 640 x 480) to the Forum folder. Now when you want to include a link to that file in a post just use the following HTML code:
TEXT
(Remove the space after each "<"left">

iPhoto converts nothing. When you import a Raw iPhoto generates a Jpeg preview that is used for sharing via media browswers. This is also what you get if you drag and drop. Your Raw is preserved, untouched.
File -> Export and set the Kind to Original will get your Raws.

If you don't know what that is, you aren't using it.
You want to set it up syncing over Bonjour.

Or Login to your iTunes Connect and there is a link that takes you to your app on the appstore

Where do I find the "On My Mac" mailbox files and can I Sync them across computers?

I want to find out if I can sync them across computers and have the files show up on my desktop and my notebook.

Here's where mine seem to be:
Macintosh HD > Users > (MyName) > Library > Mail > V2 > Mailboxes > (etc.)
Not sure if yours are there. I haven't tried syncing them between computers with a program such as Chronosync but it may work.
Maybe this helps.

Lion will not download. I went to the Apple App store and clicked to purchase it. Said it was downloading, but not showing up in my downloads. The only place I see it is in the dock and when I click on it I get nothing.
I have also downloaded 10.7.1, 10.7.2, 10.7.4 and these do not work because I dont have 10.7.0

I've set out below the Help item for printing mailing labels from Address Book but I don't get any Style option with my printer which is a reasonably up to date HP 1200 Laser. Have I got the settings wrong somewhere
To print mailing labels:
Select All or a group in the Group column, or select specific contacts in the Name column.
If contacts in the group you selected have multiple addresses, you can choose which address to use for each contact.
Selecting addresses for group members
Choose File > Print.
Choose Mailing Labels from the Style pop-up menu, and then set other options:
Layout: Choose a type of label from the Page pop-up menus. Select Define Custom to set the page margins and the gutter space between labels, and to specify how many labels to print on a page.
Label: Choose which addresses to use from the Addresses pop-up menu. Choose the order in which to print the labels using the “Print in” pop-up menu. Add a small graphic to the labels by clicking the Image Set button; change the font by clicking the Font Set button.
Click Print.

Assuming you are in Address Book, you choose the records you want to print and then the File/Print menu selection.
If the printer menu comes up with only the name of the printer and "Presets" dropdown choices, you click on the arrow to the right of the printer name to expand the print menu. Make sure the box below the pages to print is showing "Address Book" and you will see the "Style" below it.

I selected an image in iPhoto.
I looked to the top right menu bar and did not see an italic i in a square.
From left to right, there ia an Adobe symbol, clock, 3 dots between brackets symbol, the volume symbol, then a symbol that looks like a B covered by 3 dots (it says bluetooth when i click in it), then the wifi symbol, day, time, my name, search symbol.

I am trying to send images to a print company to have reproductions made but when i sent the first image, they wrote me back and said there are certain sizes they can reproduce based on the dpi of my image and what i had sent so far was not adequate. so i want to see the dpi's of my images so i know what to do about it.

another option: select the calendar, cmd click (or right hand side click) and select 'Get Info' the URL should be visable under the name you gave your calendar...

Where do I specify the URL to test for my load testing project?

When we create a WebAndLoadTestProject in VS 2013, the only place where I can specify the URL that I actually want to test is by adding a Web Performance test to the project and specifying the URL in the recording tool.
Does this mean that I cannot have a load test without having a web performance test?
Because I've searched a lot and I don't find any other place where I can specify the URL that I want to test.
And all the blogs that are out there also talk about having both the web performance test and the load test together. I never come across a single one that explains having a load test without a web performance test.
So my question is; Can I or can not I have a load test without a web performance test? If I can, then where do I specify the URL that I want to test against ??

A Visual Studio Load Test is a thing that runs other tests, looks after their results and collects some timing data. A load test can run large numbers of other tests to simulate big loads. On its own a load test does not do anything. Load tests are
really good at running Web Performance Tests and collecting their results. Load tests can also run Coded UI tests and unit tests.
The URL used in a Web Test can be derived from a context parameter. The Web Test command "Parameterize Web Servers" can be used to change all the URLs in the requests to context parameters.
Load Tests can also specify context parameters and any values they specify will override the parameter values specified in a Web Test.
