Where do i find the windows drivers?

hi
i installed windows 7 and now i need to istall the drivers but how?
in the bootCamp guide that i printed out it is written that there is an setup.exe on my OSX Install DVD. but there is no exe file on my snowleopard install DVD
how do i get the drivers? can i download them?
or am i stupid and they are infront of me and i just dont see them?

Hi,
the OSX Install DVD is a hybrid-disc containing an OSX part and a Windows part.
The Windows part is invisible in OSX and only shows if you insert the disc while you are in WIndows.
And vice versa for the OSX part.
So, boot into Windows, insert the OSX Install DVD and usually the Driver setup starts automatically.

The key is in the BIOS of your machine, please use the following tool to get it:

When run this tool, it produces a report, scroll down to Software Management section. Windows 8 or 8.1 product key is in there.

You can find it in the archive.
In Product type choose Archive and then Satellite -> Satellite M
Then you will find the drivers

Hello guys,
Toshiba service replaced the board with a new one including a geforce 6600 gpu on my F10. So, now I formated the laptop and I want to put again back everything to work. But I see now that there are some different devices, like the 6600go gpu.
Where can i find the drivers (lan, chipset, modem..etc.) On the toshiba web site? If i choose qosmio F10 downloads, I get the drivers for the old motherboard (and graphics card 5700).
Anyone knows where to get the right drivers? thanks!

If I understand your question, the info that was included with your order shows it as having Windows 7 as well as Windows 8 pre-installed.
Usually, I run Speccy (Free) when I need more information regarding what is on my computer. I do not know if it will help in this case, but it is worth a try.

*Note: I noticed before installing Speccy that there are two items that have been pre-checked to install. If you do not want them (toolbars, etc.) UNcheck them before installing Speccy.

I replaced the hard drive in my wifes dv6.where can i find the factory drivers to restore her laptop

It is a DV6-2157wm running windows 7 32 bit. We dont have the restore disk for the computer, and I didnt create one before the hard drive went out.

Where can I find the Windows Captivate 5.5 download file?

Greetings!
We are currently still using Captivate 5.5. We will be upgrading in 2013 to 6.
My fellow producer and myself just had new hard drives installed and need to reinstall Captivate 5.5.
We own a downloaded upgrade from 4.
We have both reinstalled 4 and need to run the upgrade to get us back to 5.5 but the file is nowhere to be found on Adobe's site.
Suggestions on how we can get it?

Hello Patrick
With your unit is also delivered RECOVEY media. This DVD contains operating system and stuff you need. Using this media you will set notebook to factory settings.
If you use it to install OS again HDD will be formatted and you will lose all your data. Because of that back up all important data before you start with recovering procedure.
If you need more assistance please write again.

You won't find them until you are in Windows.
Helps to read even print the guide.
If you have auto run enabled, which is a security risk, the Apple setup.exe will run.
Otherwise, just run that.
Either use your OS X DVD, or use the drivers downloaded by Boot Camp Assistant.
Two different ways to get them.

If you are running Lion or Mountain Lion, the drivers are downloaded from within Bootcamp Assistant. If you are running Snow Leopard the drivers are on your Snow Leopard install disk.

Calling the Apple store was fruitless....wading through interminable menu; put on hold; connecting to helper, then immediately being put on hold; finally disconnected.
Just want to know the first step after all of the above and I can PROBABLY take it from there..........
