Open your image in Full Edit and on the top menu click:
Filter >> Correct Camera Distortion
You can use the sliders to correct a wide angle vignette or add a darker vignette.

Why are you looking for it? You can set the parameters for what it does in the organizer prefs>media analysis. If you need to stop it to install something, use task manager in windows or activity monitor on a mac to do that.

Where do you find Adobe Premiere Elements 13.1?

I've spent good part of the day trying to obtain assistance from Adobe to obtain version 13.1 and so far, nobody has helped. So I will try the forums. I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 13 and installed it. Actual version appears to be "13.0 (20140903.daily.717136) Education Version". Clicking Help>Updated produces "Your applications are all up-to-date as checked less than a minute ago". Per the following forum entry, it was suggested the issue to my issue (no sound for MTS files) is resolved in version 13.1.
The big questions I have are:
Is Premiere Elements 13.1 an actual update...and is it actually available?
If so, where on earth do I download it and install it?
Elements 13 (64 bit): No sound on .mts video - works in Elements 11

Additionally, I'm running Windows 8.1 and the version I purchased is the Educational version, but I can't see how either of those would matter for updating this. Thanks again!

in my case - I work with Windows - my downloads are saved i n the WIN downloads directory automaticly. I'm sure, you have defined such a thing too, maybe the name is another one. If you use a Mac, so I don#t know the adequate directory.
But in all cases you could use a file managers search function with well selected keywords.

I had to format my HDD and would now like to reinstall Photoshop Elements 11 and Premier Elements 11. I have the products serial number, but can not find a download site for getting the program install. All I can find is product cracks from strange sites. Please point to a link for download.

In any case it doesn't matter. I returned it to the store where I bought it.
Rule #1; Don't use a product if the people who produce that product (software, hardware, etc.) don't properly support it.
User forums and\or chat lines, are useful and may help. But! They do not constitute proper support (not for installation purposes anyway).

finally getting back to this project---adobe starter edition 3.2 is on a windows XP computer
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12 is on our Windows 8.1 computer.
error messages--- had to give up trying to convert---I copied all our pictures to our windows 7 laptop and I installed adobe photoshop elements 12 (my bought program)
I wanted to try to convert there first. also I copied our catalog to this computer also. Everything was working fine I could see the collections just as they where on the XP computer.
then I tried to convert on the laptop. I believe the error said something about corrupt file, so I gave up that day. Next day I tried to open ADOBE STARTER EDITION 3.2 and it wanted an unlock code, no such code exists. and my copy of Elements 12 turned into a trial version which has expired. So I am a little hesitant to try to convert on the XP computer and mess up the existing catalog,
unless there is a fool proof way. I have tried manually making collections/ albums on Windows 8.1 and PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12 and coping pictures into the new albums. sloooow!!
I probably have about 4500 pictures and 150 collections/ albums to go. So any suggestions would be appreciated.
