Where do I find word search interaction in captivate 8?

Just started using Captivate 8 and can't seem to find the word search interaction or game anywhere. I've googled it and still can't get the answer I'm after. Can someone help me please?

Hi Irma,
Did you have an installation of an older version of Captivate before? Learning interactions, originals should be in the Gallery, but normally you are using the interactions from a duplicate folder in Public documents. For Windows the path is: \Users\Public\Public Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_8_0. Can you check if you have that folder and if 10_WordSearch wdgt is in it?
If not, close Captivate, delete that folder Interactions_8_0. When you restart, a new copy of the folder will be recreated. If you still do not see the widget, something went wrong with the installation I am afraid.
BTW There is a second (and for me quicker way) to insert an interaction, using the Insert, Widgets from the menu bar. You have to do this if the path to the interactions is not correct, because here you can browse to the folder I mentioned before. Moreover, a list needs lot less searching and scrolling than the window with the thumbnails. The same option can also be used to insert an older widget (SWF only), but those are located only in the Gallery. Maybe this post can clarify something: Tips - Learning Interactions - Captivate blog

Where can i find ID from Interactive Report?

where can i find the id from an interactive report, not primary, but self created filter, for example IR_REPORT_165860 ?

Dila,
The ID created points to the internal PK used for that report/region. You can view the source of the HTML to see what that ID is.
However, I would not recommend using this ID for anything, as it will change when you move your application to another instance. Instead, consider using the Static ID attribute of any region or report. There, you can set a more permanent ID for that region, and refer to that programmatically.

One of the requirements is Ultra Search. I searched for it in both Metalink and eDelivery and am unable to find it.

Where do I find Siri search results

If I ask Siri a question which requires Sirito search the web, I get a result of web references. If I choose one of the references and do not find it answers the question the way I wanted, how can I go back and choose one of the other references Siri gave me? There doesn't seem to be away to go back to the original list.

Post back if you have any issues, but I checked it on my iPhone and it worked just fine. Unfortunately my iPad is an iPad 1, so no Siri....

Using latest iOs, where can I find the search function which used to be easily accessed?

On previous versions, this function was easily accessed by scrolling Left on the main screen. After you run out of pages of apps, it then used to go into a search screen for the iPhone.

Touch the center of any Home Screen, and swipe downward.

Captivate 7 Word Search Interaction Problem with Difficulty Level

In Cp 7 I can't change the difficulty level as it keeps reverting back to 9. It says I can select between 1 - 10 and I presume this will reduce the number of letters in the game but it won let me. Hellppppp please.

It is happening with me as well. Guess it is a bug.

The Captivate 5.5 page cant be found after Captivate 6 was out.
But Captivate 6 is not on sale here in Singapore yet.
While we have to buy 5.5 and we had already done so, captivate 5.5 is just no longer availabe for download.
Can someone kindly provide a link?

If you downloaded Captivate 5.5 directly from Adobe as a software download, then you should be able to re-download the file from your Adobe store account. If you did not purchase as a software download, then Adobe does not make the download available to you.

the word search widget in captivate 6 keeps freezing. Any suggestions?

I know... in 6 all interactions paused at the first frame, causing problems. Now they don't pause at all, which causes new troubles.
No need for an advanced action at all. Just insert an interactive object that has a pause: maybe a Next button?

Most scanners default to Pictures folder or the Desktop.
If you select All My Files and Arrange by Date Added you should be able to find the file.
If you turn on Show Path bar and Show Status bar for your Finder Window under View in the Menu bar, when you select the file you will see the path of the file in the bottom of the Finder window.

If you used the ExportPDF service to convert your PDF file to a Word doc, you can find it in your online account. Log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password, and click the Files tab. If you'd like to download the converted file, select it and click the download icon.
