Where do I get an iPad2 Wifi 16GB (White) ?

I am in Rochester, NY and every major retailer seems to be tapped out of the stock, I have to leave on the 23rd and Apple's Online thing will take a week (or more) can anyone tell me where I can get it right now (like instantly this minute?)
Thanks!

There is no such thing as an iPod account.  If you mean an Itunes accut then go here and select iTunes Store Account and Billing.

  • TS3304 My ipad2 wifi 16GB will not now connect to ANY wifi network.

My router, BTHOMEHUB2 is working fine, as my iPhone4 and my wife's iPad2 connect ok.
My iPad2 has suddenly stopped being able to connect to ANY wifi network, both at home and local pub.
Have done a Restore. Message is 'Unable to connect to network'. In the pub, no message, but kept asking for password.
    Any suggestions appreciated please.

    Some things to try first:
    1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
    3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
    4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
    5.  Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
        •    Launch Settings app
        •    Tap on Wi-Fi
        •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
        •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

  • Does anyone know where I can get a palmone wifi card?

    please help

Hi.. Welcome to the Palm forums.  Im sure you can find them on Ebay.  Try a google search, Amazon probably has them as well.
    Post relates to: Centro (Sprint)

  • TS1398 Where do you get passwords for wiFi networks that pop up under "choose a network"? When I tap one it asks for a password. When I tap "join" nothing happens (join is also faded).

How do you find out who is operating a network and how do you then contact them for a password?

    Copied from my previous post.
If you don't have access to an available wi-fi network - one that is password locked/protected, you can't join that network - not unless you know the owner of the network and the owner gives you permission to access the network, which means giving you the password for the network.
If the wireless network is not locked/password protected, you should be able to join it. If a free public wi-fi network, many require agreeing to their terms of use which is done via a web page with Safari. A free public wi-fi network at a restaurant that I frequent requires logging in each time with a website provided - without a user name and password. My iPhone connects to the network automatically but I won't have internet access until I login with the website provided automatically with Safari.

    Yes, that is correct.
Did you have the instructions that came with your Airport Extreme?  Are you sure you have it setup properly?  Here is the setup guide:

Ensure you have everything setup properly.  Once you do this and if you are still having trouble, follow Star's instructions.

  • TS1398 where do i get a password when using wifi on my iphone5

I have a new iphone 5 and dont know how to use wifi..it keeps asking for a password?
where do i get a password..and is that password used at every place where wifi is located?
or do i need a different password for different places?

Many WiFi setups that you will encounter are password protected to avoid having someone stop a few feet away and jump on to that particular WiFi network.  The owner of the network will supply the password to you.

I'm in the US right now and want to buy ipad2 wifi 3G. Can I change the SIM card when I get back to my country in Indonesia?

Yes, as long as you purchase the GSM version (AT&T) and your Indonesian carrier supports an iPad with a micro-sim.  Unlike the iPhone in the USA, the iPad is not locked to a carrier.

Dear apple, I am really dissapointed with you. Around January 2013, my iPhone 4s 16GB White has hardware issues, which was the Wi-Fi grey out. The wifi grey out means that I can't access the wifi on/off button, and also it has no connection. I have put up with it for months, until june 7 when I decided it has been long enough, and I got a replacement. I told the genius bar what happened, and I already did the so called "steps" that apple reccommended on the site, which was reset network settings, restore iPhone. The genius bar gave me a replacement phone, so I was expecting that the problem would be over, but it isn't. It seems that it's iOS 6.1.3 which is the case of most public complaints on apple iPhone products. Not even 3 weeks after I got the phone replaced, it is doing it again, so I suspect I'm just going to get a replacement again? Unfortunately I only have until 5th of july 2013 until my 1 year warranty is up. After that, any issue I have, I have to purchase apple care. People are expecting this problem to be fixed but I don't see it being solved any time soon. This is horrible and really low, because I have been a good customer, when I talk to the people at the genius bar, I show the utmost respect I can to them for the work they put into their job, but somewhere there is a problem where something has gone wrong. Because of that, people that only have a one year warranty (which i received because I purchased my apple iPhone at an Optus outlet, once that one year warranty is up, I have to pay for a problem that isn't even my fault? That isn't how it should work, you should be fixing this problem so people can be happy customers and leave happy. Obviously you don't all know how to do your jobs, because if you did, we wouldn't have this problem. I would like a replacement phone, ONCE AGAIN. If this problem occurs again, I will simply stop buying your products, and lose faith in your company, your's sincerely, Jack Maher.

This is a user to user help forum only. You are not addressing Apple here.
My iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPad 2 are running 6.1.3 with no such problem and the same with the overwhelming majority of iOS devices running 6.1.3.

  • Ipad2 wifi vs. Ipad2 wifi + 3g

Is there some sort of component added to the Ipad2 to allow it to receive the 3g signal?  In other words, what exactly is the difference between the Ipad2 wifi and the Ipad2 wifi+3g?

ipad 2 wifi you can only use when you have/on wifi, so if your some where with no wifi, then your ipad won't get any service.
where as 3G you can basically get service anywhere there is signal.
