Where do i get Registration Info

I want to buy an ipod, but i don't know if the previous owner stole it. How do i check the Registration Information? I have the Serial number and i know how to find when they got it but i don't know who got it.

You can call Apple, but they're not likely to release the registration information to you - too many privacy concerns.

Certification test for OS X 10.7 Lion are not available yet. I assume they will be nearly identical to the test of 10.5 and 10.6. Hopefully, the reason the certification website has been down for a while is that they are updating it with the new information. Though I really wouldn't expect any 10.7 certification test to be available for 2-4 months. Peachpit Press didn't publish their training material for 10.6 until October even though 10.6 was released in August.
As far as the 10.6 Certifications:
Certified Support Professional, 10.6 requires the 9L0-403 exam.
Certified Technical Coordinator, 10.6 requires the 9L0-403 as well as the 9L0-510 (Server Essentials) exams.
The information for the Certified System Administrator, 10.6 is "hidden" on the integral7 website but according to this Wikipedia entry, you need to pass the 9L0-510 Server Essentials exam as well as these three:

Deployment
Security and Mobility

Where can I get more information on bug fixes that are listed in the release notes of each version? For instance, I am interested in each of the following ones.

you can buy new online in the Adobe store or try to find a usefull version like MX2004 or 11.5 on ebay or similar recources.
if you can get an upgradeable version at a cheap recource it will be better to upgrade to 11.5 as to buy the full version 11.5.

Where does Photoshop get date info?

Where does Photoshop (and Bridge) pull the timestamp information it uses for "date modified" from?
The time/date on my computer (from the system tray) are correct, but when I work on pictures they get a "date modified" stamp of February, 2036. New files created through Bridge get the same timestamp.
Where do I fix this?

You really should have a look at the list of options that wscompile offers. You can find them in YOUR_JWSDP_1.2_HOME/jaxrpc/docs/jaxrpc-tools.html or just attempting to run it with no options.
Note the feature 'documentliteral' used like this -f:documentliteral. This will generate a document style set of stubs. If you don't understand the difference between RPC and document style web services you should probably do some google "research". A good document to get lots of low level web services info is http://www.ws-i.org/Profiles/Basic/2003-08/BasicProfile-1.0a.html.

Trying to get ScribeFire but have no idea what the URL, address etc are. I tried to find ScribeFire on the Help section but I didn't recognise the name.
I tried to get the updated version but it wouldn't load and everybody's comments were that it was rubbish anyway. I just would like to start a blog and had no idea it would be this difficult.

wdDoInit in ComponentController or in ViewController would be called only one time automatically by the WAS.
If you want to call some code which is used in wdDoInit then seperate them in another method and call them from wdDoInit and from another view as well.

From another view if you want to call this initialize method then you might do that like this.

wdDoModifyView:
First, method wdDoModifyView is executed only if view is visible. So, if as result of action handling you are navigating away from view (via plugs), then wdDoModifyView will not be invoked.
Second, wdDoModifyView is invoked only when custom action is executed. For counter-example, you can left Table without onLeadSelect action handler. Nevertheless, you may notice client-server roundtrip when you are selection elements. However, in this case (internal action, not custom) wdDoModifyView will not be invoked.
Difference between wdDoInit() and custom method()
1. wdDoInit is WD-specific hook method that is invoked by WD runtime when corresponding controller is created. Any other init or execute methods are your custom methods and you yourself is repsonsible for initializing them.

I can't remember, too... but I vaguely recall iTunes extracting the audio from an mp4 file I have... you just have to configure iTunes encoding/grabbing to mp3 or aac then right-click on the item in the library and convert...
tell me if this works... I'm rifling through my notes for the site that has the software for this kind of thing...
