Where do I go to change my security questions?

When I got my iPhone, I bought some songs. Now when I try to it says I haven't purchased anything with this apple product and that I have to answer my security questions. But the problem is, I forgot them. Where do I go to change them?

I went to purchase an app from the app store and it said because I nev purchase them I just get the free one that I have to answer some security questions that I would of answered when I first signed up - well silly me cant even remember the answered. The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

Go to http://appleid.apple.com and select "Manage your account". Log in with your Apple ID and password, then select Password and Security from the left column.
You need to know the answers to your existing questions to reset them. If you don't remember your answers, there may be a link on that page where you can have a reset email send to your Rescue email address. This will not appear if you have not provided a Rescue email address, and may not appear even if you did.
If there does not seem to be any way to reset your security questions, contact iTunes Support here: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ They will respond within a business day. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders for their response.

2. After you sign in, click on "Passwords and Security" on the left.
3. You will be asked to answer the security questions, but you should also notice a link below the second "Answer" field offering to send reset instructions to your rescue email address that you provided.
4. Check the Inbox of your rescue email address. The email should appear within a minute or two. If it does not, be sure to check Spam. If it is not there either, you can repeat the above process to resend. Once you get the email, following the link will take you to a page where you must sign in again. After doing so, you will have the option to choose three new security questions and answers, which you may want to write down
5. After you fill in the required information and continue, you should be taken to a confirmation screen stating "Your password and security information has been saved," and then you are done.
