Where do I Go to Download, Video Download Helper v. 4.9.10 ?
My day started with a New Browser format (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/central/)
From there my Download Helper Icon disappeared...even though at You Tube the Icon does
appear to & seems to work. Next I went to (http://www.downloadhelper.net/install.php) but
that was No Help...problem only got worse. Maybe If I went to Another Computer and found
an OLD Version (copy & paste) I could get the Icon back. Why does this have to be so hard
since I'm at Mozilla Support?
After looking for my old version in My Files and trying to find my old DH it had been replaced with a tryout version. Nothing worked better than the old version...prove me wrong... give me

*In the first section "Using DownloadHelper" there is an explanation about the icon.
**The instructions on that page to get the icon on the toolbar are when using the Menu bar (View/Toolbar/Customize).
**Alternates for getting the Customize screen open are 1). click Firefox button in upper left corner > Options > Toolbar Layout or 2). right-click on the Navigation toolbar and choose Customize.

i cannot find a movie i rented...i only see a "music" "movie" "tv show" categories. where is rental that i downloaded?

When you go under the Movie option in your Library, you will see separate tabs for "Rented", "Unwatched", "Movies", 'Genres", "Home Videos", and "List".
Click on the "Rented" one to see the Rentals that you have waiting to be watched.

It should be in the Videos App. If you made the purchase from the Apple TV you need to re-download it to the iPad using the purchased section of the iTunes App and then it will be in the Videos App

I have downloaded addons download helper. when I select a video to down load a blank scree appears where video should be and the three rotating balls stop moving and I cant down load anything. I have restarted Firefox and Laptop each time. This has happened several times in the past and its worked before.
Is Help > Check for Updates greyed-out in Firefox? <br />
If that option is available, have you clicked on it to have it check for an update from Mozilla? <br />
If it is greyed-out, you probably have a version of Firefox that came with your Linux distro. Those versions of Firefox aren't updated through Mozilla, but rather through your distro's program repository with the other programs that came with that distro or were installed from the repository. Use System Tools > Updates (or wherever in your Menus that your distro has system updates) to check for Updates. -

I get error message: not enough space to download when I try to buy a tv series on Itunes. It tells me to delete photos or videos to make space, but I have no photos and videos. Help?
I would guess that a TV series takes up a fair amount of storage capacity. It is just a standard message I think that may indicate that you are actually running low on storage space.
If you go to Settings>General>About how many GBs are specified as being available? If you are low on space maybe deleting some apps may help. -
When I open Muse it comes up with a 'new version is available' and when I click on 'install now' it takes me to the adobe muse website where I click on the 'Download' button. It will then come up with 'Muse is downloading now'. It will then take me back to the Muse app again with the same 'install now' message. The new version has not installed, could some one please let me know the reason why it isn't installing.

I may be a bit behind the times: I am used to tabbed browsing showing all the tabs it possibly can, instead of just the last one. Sometimes it won't even show the last tab: I can have 15 tabs open, and not see a single tab. I've been confused by this into closing a window with lots of tabs open, because it looks like a single page-window.
My main problem with the tab-bar flashing to the end of the row is that it means a great deal more mouse-clicking around to browse.
I haven't tried installing the latest beta. Maybe that would fix the problem.

Video Download Helper does not work after most recent update. I have cleared cache and cookies, uninstalled both Firefox and the helper,that has not corrected.When Firefox does an update are the "vendors notified so they can see if their product needs changes in order to be compatible? This may sound like a stupid ?, but it makes sense tome. Telling me to download something else, in my eyes is not REALLY solving the problem.
Don't uninstall 36. Just download and install 35 over top and you don't lose any data. I already did and everything works just fine. But I did remove VDH first.
