    although here he is using Weblogic 11g although I don't think it makes a difference.  have a look at the Setting up the Environment section
    where he says to download the jstl.jar and standard.jar files.

    You have to be 13yrs. of age or older to have an iTunes account. So, if you want your daughter to have her own account, what you need to do is create another Apple ID for yourself. You can create one here:

    Must be a verified email address...you can get a free Gmail account first. Then, when setting up the iTunes account, redeem an itunes gift card rather than using a credit card. That way, she'll have her own account, which you can monitor, but its not associated with any credit card.

    try to enter a gift card to cover your previous balance. Once covered it probably will allow you to change payment.

    Last evening at 6:54 I received this notification:
    On 09/30/2014, we attempted to charge your account for your 20 GB iCloud storage plan, but there is still a problem with your payment information.
    "No problem," I said to myself, "that's the card we just cancelled. I'll put a new one in tomorrow.
    This morning I discovered that at 1:54am, 7 hours later and in the middle of the night, this came in:
    We were unable to successfully bill your payment method. As a result, your 20 GB storage plan has been cancelled effective today and we will no longer bill your payment method.
    As aggravating as that is, what's worse is that when I go to iPhone Settings | iCloud | Account | Payment it shows my credit card information but won't allow me to change it.
    Anyone have any idea what's going on? I suspect it has something to do with the new iCloud Drive service and Yosemite/iOS8 sync, but....
    UPDATE: Managed to update card by going to iTunes | Quick Links | Account and iPhone now shows correct card. But it still won't allow any changes from that iPhone, contrary to instructions at iCloud: View or change your iCloud payment information

    Went through a similar iteration of this this morning. Was in the hospital when the email came out saying there was a payment problem. Found out this AM when I looked in my email and saw the cancellation of my 20GB account. Changed the payment info, bought the 20 GB plan...and after a couple of "chats" and phone calls to half-dozen people, was told that the change to 25GB plan was a promotion and since I didn't make it (payment issue), too bad. So.... guess I'm out 5GB. Too bad there wasn't something between the 20GB and the 200GB plans. A.r.g.h.h.h.

    I have tried all possible iterations :- multiple browsers such as chrome IE safari but nothing works. And chat with Adobe customer care representative (after a four day 11,12,13,14/11/2013 of live chats that did not help). Even the Adobe representative could not help.
    My subscribed will end in 18/11/2013 today is 15/11/2013 Pls Help me, I do not want to use Piracy Software . T T
    Please let me know if I will be able to change my card details at all?

    Hello. I seem to have the same problem and I've been trawling the net for similar cases.
    My old card was misplaced and had been discontinued so I was trying to put in the new details for the replacement card. The form you have on the website is quite different from all the other e-commerce forms I've encountered: no type of card (visa, mastercard, etc), no name of bank and no security number options. I've been told that my card is invalid and I should check my card details which I find strange because the only detail the form is asking for is the credit card number.
    I was in touch with three different customer support personnel (2 on chat and 1 on the phone) yesterday trying to solve the same problem. One sent me a link to the help page, one gave me a customer support phone number to call but the number was invalid and the last one (who I was able to call using a different support phone number) tried to guide me through the process (which I already tried to do myself prior to calling customer support) but told me that because my account had expired (because I couldn't update the card details) I would have to subscribe again using a new Adobe ID.
    I would like to know if the last option is my only recourse to getting back on Creative Cloud?
