Where do you download Creative Cloud if you already bought a plan?

I have already bought a plan, but I need to download Creative Cloud and I can't find it. There are places were I saw you can download it but it just says free trial or buy a plan. Can someone help me?

    If you are a CCE customer then you may log on to www.licensing.adobe.com to get the CCP.
    For CCT customer only admin have access to CCP after logging to creative.adobe.com.

    2.Click itunes store on the left side of itunes
    3.Make sure your signed in in the top right side within itunes store
    4.While in itunes store look under quicklinks and one will say "purchased"
    5.Once in purchased select tv shows at the top
    From this page you can redownload anything you have ever purchased free or paid.

    in addition to John's hint you should have a look there to "correct answer" in https://forums.adobe.com/message/5441322#5441322 "Creative Cloud client will not download". There Sumit Singh talks about "I am suspecting the AAM URI handler is not working." and gives stepwise advices.

  • I downloaded creative cloud but once i opened it, it closed right at the part where it says launching creative cloud desktop

    So i downloaded Photoshop before and it was a trial version. I had too restore my PC (for another reason that has nothing to do with creative cloud or Photoshop) to a date when I didn't have creative cloud or Photoshop.     hello, i ordered photoshop on creative cloud in August 2014 on a monthly plan, had no problems installing and using etc, until both mine and my girlfriends laptops were damaged. I then stopped paying my monthly plan. and PS was deactivated. I recently got a new laptop which im using currently, it is an aspire one with windows 7. I paid my debt to adobe to reactivate, Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) . I then downloaded creative cloud and logged in as usual, i go to the apps page to install PS but it only has an option that says TRY. i looked into the problem and found that with my account i can only have PS installed on two devices, and the only two solutions i saw was to uninstall on the other devices and then re install. This is my problem, my girlfriend chucked her laptop straight in the bin whilst I have mine in the cupboard in pieces not working. or the other option was to open a new account with adobe. I dont really want to follow that option as I have just paid my debt and subscription for the next month and i dont want to change my email address associated with the adobe account. Any advice or solutions will be appreciated, thank you.

    It is not necessary to retain the older installations.  YOu might want to consider if you will have any need for them in terms of working with older files, but other than that you can probably uninstall them without missing them.

    When I downloaded Creative Cloud it made me set up an account, download, verify my email. Now when I go and double click or right click and run, or right click and run as an administrator, Creative Cloud does nothing.................. I just want to download a trial of Photoshop to see if it will let me edit my images the way I need them done... If it works I plan on purchasing it because I will need to edit pictures repeatedly. It is quite frustrating when I try and download Photoshop and it makes me download this other thing to make it more "seemless" but then it doesn't even work. Now when I go to try and download Photoshop it just redirects to the Creative Cloud website and pops up saying it has to open something outside of Google Chrome. If I hit cancel, it does nothing (obviously), if it hit launch, it still does nothing...................... What am I doing wrong here???

    Please provide your operating system details along with the version of PS you are trying to download.

    There are very simple steps to download creative cloud on your other machine as well.

    After downloading you can sign in to creative cloud desktop application with your Adobe ID and the applications would be activated.

    Meg81 error 214 indicates a download data validation error.  This means that the update you downloaded became corrupted likely during the download process.  I would recommend utilizing the suggestions listed in Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html to attempt to improve the stability of your Internet connection.
    You can also find information on how to review your download logs which may provide additional information regarding the failure of the download.

  • My machine crashed on the first download with what appeared to be 90% done, now it is stuck "downloading Creative cloud desktop" at about 10% internet working fine.
