Where do you store the remit-address on the vendor master

Where do we store the vendor remit-to address in the vendor master record?  We're on ECC 6.00.

HI,
I think you are aware of 3 types of vendor creation which is FK01, MK01 and XK01.
XK01 is used for purchasing releted as purchasing data is present.
Use MK01 / FK01 where only company data is present and this vendor created using MK01 / FK01 cannot be used in the PO's, IF we try to do it then the system will show up an error stating that purchasing cannot be done for this vendor.
Thanks & Regards,
Kiran

  • Populating the email address (SMTP_ADDR) in Vendor Master using PRAA

    Hi, experts!
    We would like to start using transaction PRAA (program RPRAPA00) to create and update Vendor Master Data based on HR employee data.  As part of this process, we would like to populate the "E-Mail" field with data from infotype 105.  (We have a separate infotype 105 subtype that stores the email address in the USRID_LONG field.)  I added the INFOTYPES: 0105 data declaration via an enhancement spot in RPRAPADE_ALV, so the GET PERNR brings in the appropriate p0105 data.... I just don't know how to push that into the appropriate field in the vendor master.
    I am trying to find the structure within the RPRAPA00 program that contains the email address field SMTP_ADDR, but can't seem to find it.  When a Vendor is created, it looks like this field gets stored in the ADR6 table, but I don't really understand how the ADDRNUMBER field in the ADR6 table gets linked back to the vendor number (LIFNR).
    I looked at the BADI BADI_EXITS_RPRAPA00, but none of the defined Methods have an email address field.
    How do I update the email address field in the vendor master using PRAA?
    Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
    - Steve

    Did you figure this out?  I'm trying to do the same thing.
    see PRAA user exit to update vendor email address
    A couple of things I found are:
    - there are 2 email address on the vendor
      - Comunication section - SZA1_D0100-SMTP_ADDR
      - Correspondence section - BLFB1-INTAD
    - apparently it is some kind of standard to use the correspondence section email address to send emails via F110
    - you have access to BLFB1 in RPRAPAFO_ALV
    - using the modification assistant I was able to populate BLFB1-INTAD
    - like you I thought the vendor email address's were stored in ADR6 but I tried going in to XK02 and added a couple of bogus email address's to a vendor and then went into ADR6 looking for them.  I could not find them.   Correction - I took another look in ADR6 and I did see the test email address.
    Buy reading some other threads they imply that this can be done via a user exit but like you I can't seem to be able to see how.

  • Can you store an email address as the value of a people-type field OOTB?

    I've got a people-picker type field named Staff. Can you populate that field with an email address OOTB w/o using code?

    Hello,
    I am clear with your description but if you search user by email address then you should be able to add in column. If you want to show user email address instead of name then go to list settings-->click on "Staff" column then select "work
    e-mail" from show field dorpdown.
    Please correct me in case i misunderstood you

    Yes - well you have to make the file in a word processing Application.
    You could use TextEdit (it's free) Pages (words only), or Numbers (data base) (they are part of iWorks - and may or may not be free (included) on your machine.  You could use MS Office (it is not free) You could use any Open source word processor that plays well with Office (NeoOffice, StarOffice) they are free.
    That's how you create content and copy/paste URLS. Then you save the file to the desktop. If you are going to make more than one file... you make a folder on the desktop and save, or drag the file(s) into it.
    You attach it to your e-mail client which will compress it and e-mail it. An excellent reference is to use Help, from the menu bar, also from inside any application. From your library or book store the OS X for Dummies has a lot of useful information (you don't read it cover to cover but look up chapters about what you'd like to do)
    You can also make appointments at your local Apple store for individualized help (if a store is nearby)

  • What/where is the "server address" for the My Cloud NAS?

    I recently purchased a 2TB My Cloud NAS to store my FLAC music files (many thousands of them). I'm trying to use JRiver as a media controller but I can't find a path to the files. I'm using a Macbook Air (osx 10.10.4). The controller program asks for a "server address" and I have no idea what it is or where I may find an address. The music files are in the Public folder and there is no other identiification for it as far as I know. One forum suggested the following link : http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2686/~/how-to-map-a-wd-network-drive-on-a-mac This link offers several suggestions for a server address, but they are for My Book units and of course they don't work. Where, or how do I get a server address for my files on a My Cloud unit? I'm lost. I would appreciate any help. Thank you for your time.     Bill

    Welcome to the Community.
    In most cases, the Server Address is the current path that leads to the devices and/or shared folders. This means the IP address of your unit or your device name, and depending on your system, the exact location to the share with your data. You can obtain the current IP address used by your WD My Cloud in your router and also in your NAS's admin page.

  • Where do you store your videos?

    My 80 GB iPod has more space than my computer does, and after buying several seasons worth of TV shows, I've run out of room on my computer, but still have space on the iPod. Where do you store all of these video files? I don't have a DVD burner (just a player), so I can't burn them onto DVDs.

    Mist people store their video in the cloud.

    Hi TanaS,
    I understand that you're trying to setup ePrint.  Most users when setting up ePrint do not require entering a proxy address.
    Are you having trouble setting up ePrint?
    Are you getting an error message when you try to setup ePrint?

    Back up all data.
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.iCal/Previous Recipients.plist
    Right-click or control-click the line and select
    Services ▹ Reveal
    from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Quit the application if it's running. Move the selected item to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Relaunch the application and test. If there's no change, quit again and put the item you moved back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Otherwise, delete the item you moved.
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select

  • Where do you store documents and passwords on Ipad?

    where do you store documents and passwords on Ipad?

    Usually on the iPad, documents are associated with a particular app, which has its storage area for documents. A good Swiss Army Knife for docs is GoodReader.
    Do a search in the iTunes App Store and you will find scores of password apps.

    I would contact Apple directly and have them work with to get the iPod shipped to a new/different address.

  • Can you use multiple email addresses on the owa app?

    Can you use multiple email addresses on the Microsoft OWA App?

    You can do it but there is a delay from the bluetooth speaker.  You'll need an iphone or ipad using the Apple app "Control", airplay setup, bluetooth speaker, and an Apple laptop or desktop.
    I used my laptop to connect to my bluetooth speaker so that sound streams to my bluetooth device. Then, on my iphone I opened Control and connect the music to my airplay and my laptop at the same time.  The music goes to your airplay speaker, and then to my laptop which then blue tooths it to my speaker.  But, as I said the bluetooth takes an extra step to stream it and so the music is not in sync.  Its like a second and a half delay....

  • How can I delete the home address of the contact person

    Hi Experts,
    I want delete the home address of the contact persons in the ERP.
    Which data and where can you found it:
    In Tx xd02 in the general data of customer - register "contact person" and then button "home address".
    There I want delete all fields. When I looked in F1 - technical information I don't get the information in which table the data are included. I know only the structure.
    I think the general data of the contact person I have to look in the table knvk.
    The private and the business email address I can find in the table ADR6.
    In the table knvk there is a field "address number". I  know when there is a number then the contact person has a home address and when this field is empty then for this contact person isn't maintain a home address.
    Could I delete this field "address number" in the table knvk? Is then the home address automatically deleted?
    I don't know how can I delete this field. Can anybody tell me how can I do this? I looked in the Tx xd99 this field isn't available there.
    Or does anybody know how can I delete the home address of the contact persons on another way?
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards, Jasmin

    Hi,
    I am sorry, I forgot to say I don't want delete only one home address. Yes, you are right, then I could delete it manually.
    But I want to delete all private addresses, so I should have a tool for mass deletion.
    Does anybody know how can I do this?
    Best regards, Jasmin

  • How do I find the MAC address for the time capsule?

    I am trying to install 2T time capsule as my main router. Telus my internet supplier allows me to in install the MAC address for the static ip that I am going to use. But where is the MAC address on the cube or how do I get it?

    On the bottom label it should list the MAC address.
    If you happen to still run the original.. ie decent airport utility it has all that info right in front of you.
    But you see that was before Apple reduced the airport utility to the status of a toy..
    Pretty pictures no info.. think kid's book.
    See very very pretty.. as a UTILITY though.. useless.

  • Adding a Contact Form, is it possible to change the FROM address in the header to the submitter's email address?

    As it stands now the FROM address used is the site default (mine); using REPLY in the resulting email from the form should have the submitters email address not mine. I was able to switch this in the code (form-u1768.php) of an earlier version of MUSE. The PHP has changed in the current version (2014) and I'm not seeing how to pull off the same manual tweak. Any Ideas? Thanks!

    I found this: Re: In adobe muse, how do you control the replyto address for a form?  The site I'm working on is uploaded via FTP to another host.  So, "...the email 'reply-to' header is filled in with the email address entered by whoever filled out the form, so you can hit 'reply' in your email software to reply to the form submitter."  However, what if I want to take my chances on the form mail coming out of my site? Is there a tweak in the PHP that I can perform to change the FROM address to the same as REPLY-TO? Is there any reason this wouldn't work:
    function get_email_headers($to_email, $form_email) {
      $headers = 'From: ' . $form_email . PHP_EOL;
      $headers .= 'Reply-To: ' . $form_email . PHP_EOL;
      $headers .= 'X-Mailer: Adobe Muse CC 2014.1.6 with PHP' . PHP_EOL;
      $headers .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8' . PHP_EOL;
      return $headers;
    ...vs. the way it is coded by MUSE:
    function get_email_headers($to_email, $form_email) {
      $headers = 'From: ' . $to_email . PHP_EOL;
      $headers .= 'Reply-To: ' . $form_email . PHP_EOL;
      $headers .= 'X-Mailer: Adobe Muse CC 2014.1.6 with PHP' . PHP_EOL;
      $headers .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8' . PHP_EOL;
      return $headers;
