Are you just trying to see your doc files in Time Machine or actually trying to restore them back to your internal HD?

Where does one set space after paragraph in the new Pages 5.0? It used to be under text in the Inspector in the previous version, but I just can't find it in this new version.

Paragraphs seem to only be dealt with in styles, and the Formatting window for text doesn't seem to have the space after paragraph contrtol that the older Inspector had. What am I missing?

Side panel >Text > Style > Spacing > Turn the triangle > Before Paragraph/After Paragraph/

1) I assume I can just hook the unit up via USB to my Mac and use iPartiion to reformat the drives, assuming each of the 4T drives will be seen by iPartition as a separate drive. That much seems straighforward.
Yes, and in case you ipartition dont see the unit properly, you can use the disk utilities on your Mac and you will be able to reformat the unit to make it compatible with your system.
2) Is my next step to reinstall the WD software and how do I do that? I've downloaded the Drive Utilities and Securities install apps - I assume I just run these with the drive still connected and that's all I need to do?
Yes, just run the applications.
3) What about the firmware update for Mac - when should I run that??
Normally, firmware updates are released to fix any issues that you might encounter on the drive. the latest one was released on 9/24/2014 and it fixed an issue with the drive dropping off of the list after system wakes up from standby mode.
5) And what about the "My Book Live Duo Setup" app for Mac - is that for a completely different model? What's the difference between "My Book Live Duo" and "My Book Duo"? It's these little things that I find so confusing.
Those are different units. The MBL Duo is a NAS (Network attached system) and the My Book Duo is a DAS (Direct attached system)
6) Lastly, when I have all the software installed, is that when I follow the procedure described in the Knowledge Base article ID 5724, "How to install a My Book Live or My Book Live Duo on Windows (8, 7, Vista, or XP) or Mac OSX for the first time"? Or is that procedure only for "My Book Live Duo" but not for "My Book Duo"??
That procedure is for the network units, not for your drive.

The Remove Now button removes ALL messages available at the incoming mail server for the account.
To remove an individual message from the server, select the button at the bottom of the mailboxes drawer which has a gear icon.
At the bottom of the menu window that appear, select Get Info.
Select the POP via the Account selection - the account will be already selected if you are accessing a single account with the Mail.app.
Under the Messages On Server tab at Show Messages, All messages on POP server should be selected.
The window below will reveal all messages currently available on the server. You can select an individual message or multiple messages and then the Remove From Server button.

Ok. I got it to work, sort of....
As I mentioned before I tried the "disk password" and the "Time capsule Password" options to see if I can start the back up again or start a new backup. Neither worked. So I tried the firmware down grade, but like you said that did not work. I then decided to try the "Account password" option and I have never used this option before becasue it states that if there is data on the drive it would not be acessable after creating an account. Since I wiped out the disk that was nno problem. When I created the new account and choose the drive it asked for the user name and password. I entered the info for the new account I just created(FYI this has nothing to do with your login username and password), bingo! It worked!
Now I have two partitions on the TC disk. The old one and now the new account. I am guessing this is to be used if I have multiple computers, which I don't.
I any case, I am going to wipe out everything again and try again to do a backup the way I had it before.

Lost list of my wifi networks after using migration assistant / time machine

After using migration assistant / time machine to set up my new Mac I now miss the list of stored preferred Wlan/WiFi networks. So the passwords of wireless networks I. Used in the past are all gone.
Why is time machine not putting those on my new Mac as it does with many other settings?
How can I manually grab this list from my old Mac and out it on the new machine?
Will I find that time machine missed some other lists and settings as well?

I've been working through this procedure this week. It's pretty good, and when it works it appears to work quite well, but there's still some bumps in the road:
(1) Once you've migrated, Time Machine itself seems to be a little confused and future backups may fail. You might have to start again by changing to a new Time Machine disk on your new laptop. You may lose your older backups, it's not yet clear to me.
(2) You can't restore from a previous backup during the migration, only the most recent one. (You can restore from an older backup using tools on the install CD if you need to.) I suspect this won't be an issue for you.
(3) Migration Assistant once you've logged in a Migration Assistant while you're starting up a new machine seem to work slightly differently. For example, sometimes the newest copy of the applications in your Applications folder (say, iMovie) is preserved, sometimes it makes an exact restore of the old Applications folder even if it's an older version of the application.
Overall it's been a pretty good experience, and what you want to do does work, but be prepared for the possibility of some issues. I tried this back in 10.5.0 a few months ago and had a lot of problems, things seem better now under 10.5.2.

Error 150:30 after restoring CS4 from Time Machine backup

I just got myself a new Imac with OS X Maverick and set it up using a time-machine-backup. My Adobe CS4 now has a Problem with the license and shows me error: 150:30?
Do I need to uninstall CS4 and reinstall? Is there any easier solution to this problem?

Restoring from Time Machine backups invariably breaks the activation mechanism (Error 150:30) and there's no easy way to fix a 150:30 error other than via re-installing.

No. This is Not how TM operates. If you delete the files off your Mac they will (eventually) be Deleted from TM.

IPhoto imported through Time Machine black pictures

When importing my Time Machine backup I noticed that all the pictures with face recognition went black. It also happens when i try the face recognition software (although it doesn't happen to newly imported pictures).
Any ideas what could fix this?

You can not just "import" photos from a TM backup - you have to use the TimeMachine application to restore a TM backup - Mac Basics: Time Machine backs up your Mac - Apple Support

I cannot access to my account after recovery OS by time machine. My MBP is 13" Mid-2009, I purchesed the Mountain Lion on the Apps Store long ago, the problem occured when i was trying to upgrade to SSD. I used recovery DVD then Migration Assistant.
After restarting system, I try to access my account but the password is not right every time i try to. Why??? What should i do?

Boot into the Recovery HD and use the password reset utility.
Open Terminal from Utilities.
Type resetpassword and hit return
Choose your Hard disk, then user, then follow the screen prompts to reset the password.

I'm not sure what you're asking. The "info" is the data sync between your address book, calendar, etc so all that info is supposed to be synced between those apps on the BB and the Mac so the data is resident in those apps.

Where does form execution continue after executing NEW-FORM-INSTANCE triggr

I am debugging a form and trying to find where a certain Procedure is being called. I'm unable to locate the procedure by searching in the "Find and Replace in Program Units". I cannot execute the form in Debug mode because of the Oracle environment. So I have embedded message alerts in strategic triggers in the form. I have followed execution to track the offending call statement and executed after the exit from NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger and before the NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE triigger of the primary block.
Where should i look next? Where would program execution go after NEW-FORM-INSTANCE?

I cannot execute the form in Debug mode because of the Oracle environment. Not sure I understand this. Can you run your form from the Forms Builder? If yes, then you should be able to run the form using the debugger. If no, then I recommend you use the "Remote Debugging" feature of Forms and debug your form while it is running on the application server. So long as the CLASSPATH on the server is setup correctly, all you need to do is pass DEBUG=YES in the URL. For more details on using Remote Debugging, see My Oracle Support document id: 221399.1 (Debugging Applications Remotely).
