last night i put a 25€ Voucher on my pc to buy the i tunes match. it would not take it so i used my wifes credit card. and this morning my 25€ has gone why ???

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

I recently opened a new itunes folder for my sister's music and now I don't know what has happened to my own folder and all my music. Can someone please tell how I am able to access my itunes folder/library?

Look in your user's My Documents -> My Music folder for the iTunes folder. If it's there, try launching iTunes with the Shift key held down. When you get the dialog box offering to create a new library or locate an existing one, choose the "locate" option, navigate to your copy of the iTunes library, and select it. Then see if things work properly.
If this does indeed work, you'll need to perform this procedure every time you want to switch between your iTunes library and your sister's. You may instead want to give your sister her own user account in Windows. That way she'll have access to her own iTunes library whenever she logs in and you'll get access to yours.

I keep finding links to the iPhone SDK but none of them work once I login to the developer site.
Has this now been deprecated by the iPhone SDK>
I am looking for the windows COM itunes SDK. Essentially I need to write a touch screen interface for my iTunes and work and use the iTunes library to do so. I also want to build a web interface that I can control the system from say my iPhone as well or another computer in the house.
Anyway is the iTunes SDK still available anywhere or should I look at the iPhone SDK instead?

Can you use the iTunes Visual Plug-ins SDK instead? I was able to download it from this link: [https://connect.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MemberSite.woa/wa/getSoftware?bun dleID=19923].
The link to iTunes COM for Windows SDK seems to have been redirected to the ADC member front page. However I can't find any notice that it's been discontinued, not even one other forum message or blog from anyone else who can't find it. So could just be a temporary problem. I would contact ADC and/or file a bug against the link.
I don't understand how you might solve your problem with the iPhone SDK. Maybe if you explain exactly how you want to use an iPhone, someone here will be able to help.

If you have it turned on it is now under the music section on the top where you have Songs, Albums etc. It is on the far right next to Match.
If you cannot see it then Preferences and Tick Radio Option
If it is still npt there the Preferences, Parental and untick Disable Radio

iTunes 7 is pretty smart overall, nevertheless I have a few serious gripes with the interface. Firstly the little 'snowflake' icon on the bottom right that switches on the visuals has been replaced by the browse and burn icons. Was there a problem with the previous layout? My wife and I use that button everytime we turn on the visuals on our Mac Mini sound system in the living room. It was super convenient because you could move in a single mouse sweep from selecting a playlist to switching on visuals. With iTunes 7 you have to either select from the pop-down menu or switch to the keyboard and press cmd+T. It might not seem such a big deal to some but it's definitely a backwards step, no matter how small.
The album art selector/display is very cool and niftily programmed however I'll never use it. The reason? Because if you fill it with album artwork, all those images are displayed over the visualiser at the start of each tune, which I HATE. I don't want sleeve designs ruining the beauty of G-Force which I paid good money to see. It's bad enough having the track info show when I already know what's playing! iTunes 7 is simply not configurable enough if you ask me, and hey, you shouldn't have to start configuring Fkeys to make up for the fundemental lack of choice in the program preferences.
I have a pal who loves the gapless playback in the new iTunes 7 because it's great for mix cds. Well maybe that's the best playback feature of iTunes 7 but I'm afraid it doesn't make up for the loss of the visualiser button, so there!

Ive recently had a replacement Iphone for the one that I had lost. My old phone had over 900 songs on it and about 70 apps and i still had around a gb free. Since ive had my new phone ive backed it up from Icloud and lost a lot of space. I only have 279 songs on it and 53 apps and i have no space left. Im confused. I have an 8gb Iphone 4 which runs version 5.1.1. Where has all my storage gone and how do i get it back.

You should have 13 GB available after the iOS and the Apple Apps ...The rest is yours to fill. If you connect to iTunes you will see a graphical representation of how your iPhone's storage is currently consumed. Also you could Reset the phone and check the available space again. Hold Sleep / Wake button down and the Home key at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release the buttons and wait until the Reset brings you back to the lock-screen.

Today when I opened up Bridge, the preview panel on the right hand side has disappeared. It shows as being selected when I go to the Window Menu but it isn't there. Along with what Skydiver119 has already told you, my 64GB iPad 3 only had 57GB of available storage out of the box, so if you keep doubling the amount of already used storage on the device as you go from 16 to 32 to 64 and then to 128GB - I assume that the figure that you see is correct. The iOS and preinstalled apps account for the storage that seems to be "missing" to you on your iPad.
The amount that you see in Settings>General>About>Capacity is in fact, the available storage capacity for your iPad. You can't change it. It is whatever it says it is in that setting.

Where has my iTunes mini volume slider gone?

I have iTunes 11.0.4 on my Macbook. I use the mini box all the time, and until today, a slider would appear in the 11.0.4 mini box if I ran the cursor over it. (Not, in my opinion, an improvement over the previous version, where it was visible all the time, but oh, well.)
Today I opened iTunes and the volume slider in the mini was gone. Can anyone tell me how to get it back without wasting time going to the regular iTunes window (or having to adjust the volume on my computer)?
I found a thread from December, 2012 complaining about the missing volume slider and asking why Apple would do such a dumb thing. But that would be so dumb, so totally unnecessary, and such an inconvenience to so many people that I can't believe Apple would do such a thing, or at least fail to get it patched by now, 7 months later. (Tell us it ain't so, Apple.)
Besides, it was there yesterday, and I haven't updated anything in the last 24 hours. Anyone know where my slider might have gone to? Thanks!!

I have just moved to South Africa with a new Touch so I've been a bit preoccupied recently. I have now realised that iTunes opens in the Apps Store and I can't find my way to the music store
Where has it gone and is there a way I can change it back to opening there again?

Sigh.... This has been asked and answered here dozens of times. Music, movie and video content in the iTunes Store will come to other countries if and when Apple can work out all the multitude of licensing, copyright and royalty issues with all the various entities that hold the distribution rights in your country, along with any legal and infrastructure issues that might arise.

I have just lost an essay using pages that I've worked on over the past two days (around 6 hours of work) I've searched trash and all files documents and can't find it. where has it gone? Thank you sir - in 6 minutes you have accomplished what Apple couldn't in almost as many weeks.
Moral of the story: Renting movies on Apple TV 2 ***** and I shan't be doing it again. It amazes me that Apple has launched a system that allows the GB tap to run freely with no regard to logic whatsoever.
As you point out any future (if any) rentals will be made via iTunes, which I had imagined was more or less equivalent given Apple's usually harmonious relationship between various modes of doing essentially the same thing. Not so in this case. I've also rented directly from the iPad as well, which turned out to be a hassle until I discovered Airplay.
Thanks again for your response - at least now I understand what happened.
