Where has the "Show more bookmarks" arrow on the end of the Bookmarks Toolbar gone?

On previous versions of Firefox, when the window width is less than the amount required to show all your bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar, you had a drop-down "Show more bookmark" arrow at the end of the toolbar to reveal them.
However, in this new beta it's gone, and I can't find anywhere to bring this functionality back.
(On the machine I'm writing this on, it still has Firefox 3 so I can see this feature, however on my Macbook Pro I've installed the latest version of the beta version, and it's not there)

Some themes still keep it visible. FXChrome 5 for example. But by default, not sure. Can't seem to find any reference to it either in terms of userChrome.css

How can I remove the "Show more bookmarks" button in the Bookmarks Toolbar?

I am using the location bar (address bar) and the bookmarks toolbar side by side and it is good that they are flexible. When I add a bookmark to the bookmarks toolbar, the address bar shrinks. But I do not see all the bookmarks on the bookmarks toolbar. One of the bookmarks is always hidden under the "Show more bookmarks" button. Is not there any way to avoid this.

Many people have the same problem. However, there is little or nothing readily available to users. This problem has existed for two or more years. Does anyone have anything to offer about this disturbing problem?

9.0.115 and 9.0.124 and both fail with the policy permission error.
I also tried with and without your crossdomain.xml file but
with the same result. It looks like this file is intended for URL
policy, instead of socket policy. Recently Adobe separated the two.
When I run with the files installed on my dev PC, it does
work, which makes sense because the flash player isn't loaded from
an unknown domain.
I did get one step closer. If a crossdomain.xml in the server
root exists and the socketpolicy file is loaded from the app folder
then the first two warnings disappear. The logs now show:

Which basically says, everything is okay, but you stay out

UPDATE: When serving up the policy file on port 843 using the
example perl script then the socket connection seems to be accepted
and the connect succeeds. After that flex hangs trying to logon to
the IMAP server.

Enhancement: Ability to turn off the "Show More"

I like the idea of the "Show More" when there are lots of tables/views/packages/etc., but the way it defaults to showing the first stuff alphabetically means that all the tables I want are almost always under the "Show More" link. Is there any way to turn off the "Show More" idea or for it to remember what setting I had for that schema/object from last time I had opened Raptor?

To me, that is more of an issue that Raptor replaces the page opened for the object with the next object opened (if you don't pin the first page - is there a preference to auto-pin, because I haven't seen one?). If you have hundreds of tables of the same time, showing all of them does not make it easier to find them in the Connection pane.
To get three or four tables with different names available to look at, it is easy to filter for the first, open it, pin it, filter for the second, open it, pin it, etc. You then have the tables you want to look at as tabs in the right hand side of Raptor.
Yes, this is a pain if you always have the same three or four tables open, as only the last filter is remembered, so it would be nicer to have ORs in the filters (ie table name like CUSTOMER% or ORDER%).

I am using my Description as the caption on Slideshow. I ticked the "Show Title Slide" button and iPhoto physically copied the description on the first slide onto the end of every other description. I can find no way of removing them other than by hand.

DURIM - Okay. I would expect the "Cache Warning" message because your default directories would not be the same as the ones in the settings file I generated.
If you go back to the "7.0" directory and open the "Logs" folder, can you copy the "Audition Log.txt" file and send it as an attachment to [email protected]? We'll take a look in that logfile and see if it gives us more information about why this is failing now.
Also, do you have any other Adobe applications installed on this machine, such as Premiere Pro? If so, do they launch as expected or fail as well?
I do have the trial Pro version of Adobe reader, but I have not activated it, because I fear the same thing will happen did it. I cannot afford to activate the subscription for that product and take the chance of it not working either. I depend on those two programs religiously. Here is the files that you requested. My new Ipad is trying to download an already downloaded App from the store, it shows it as Installing... but has been showing this for a number o days. The originla App is working fine, ?? Cant stop the installing App in any which way?

My Ipad 4 has downloaded several children's game Apps, no problems, however following this the device is again trying to download the same App being a repeat of the already downloaded App. The original is working fine but for several days the Ipad is displaying the repeated App as "Installing". How do I stop this as there is no ability to remove the 2nd App?

ITunes has stopped showing more than 1 Notification

I have iTunes set to show 20 Recent Items in Notification Centre, but recently it only ever shows the latest one.

Welcome to the HP support forums. I understand that when you are printing a multiple page document on your Officejet Pro 8500a that only the first 2 pages print.
To better understand the issue would you please provide some further information:
1)    What operating system are you using (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?
2)    Is this happening for all multiple page documents or just one?
3)    Has a default of only printing the first 2 pages been accidentally set?

Difficulty editing text messages without the scroll buttons or arrow/ direction keys to move the cursor freely

I have just bought the Q10 and realising too late that it does not come with the usual scroll button to move the cursor in up/down and left/ right directions, i have to tap my fat fingures on the screen when i want to edit the text written earlier. most of the time i just delete the whole passage and retype again, can someone please tell me how to solve this problem?

My iphone is stuck with the iTunes logo, an arrow and powercord on the display. It will not power down or allow me to do anything. Titles don't open with the "show fonts" available, so I can't change the fonts or the color

How may I always open the titles so that they always open with the "show fonts" rectangle available on the top left corner. I am unable to change many of my titles, because they didn't open with that message.

It depends on what theme/title you choose. Not all of them are adjustable and you should exercise its possibilities as soon as you add them to your project. If you don't see the "Show Fonts" button on the upper left corner, you should choose another title if you so desire to change the default fonts or colors.

This requirement is in place to enable the customer to perform the Archiving checks along with the EOP check during the blocking run of Business partner. There are few application which already have archiving check defines for the business partner. So this feature would give the customer an option to have one extra level of check along with the EOP check.
The archiving check would be considered during the blocking run of the Business partner.
If any application’s Archiving checks module deny the blocking then the business partner blocking would not take place.
If the BP is passed back through the ET_NOT_ARCHIVABLE then the blocking of the respective BP would be stopped.
The archive check modules would be called in the report BUPA_PREPARE_EOP and in the FM BUPA_CHECK_EOP_REMOTE. If the BP is passed back through the ET_ARCHIVABLE then we would go ahead with the standard blocking process.

I want to make the adress bar smaller so that my bookmark bar can show more than three icons when placed on the same row.

I want to have about five to ten bookmark icons in the same row as the search and address bar. So i use Customize... and I put the bookmark bar on the same line. I leave the "Name"-textbox in every bookmark blank so that only the icons appear.
However, only two icons appear and the rest are displayed in a drop down menu from an arrow you click.
I don't need the address bar to take 70% of the screen. I don't want the bookmark bar to use an extra row. I just want to have five to ten bookmark icons next to my address and search bar. Is this possible?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

Where has File - Show in finder gone?

I've just updated by iPhoto library to photo's and the option to show a photo in finder seems to of gone, is there a way to do this?

Andre, since no Mega-Pointer in this forum has chimed in with real answers, I guess I will.
In your "Pictures" folder you will find the "Photos Library." Right-click on that and "Show Package Contents." You will then see an alias to "Originals" and "Modified" and can then dig down inside to your heart's content.
By the way, you should do a GET INFO on that "Photos Library" to see how big it is. After deleting most everything in mine on my office machine (I don't need my home photos on my office Mac), I noticed that Library was still 5GB in size! And yet when I checked iPhoto, virtually nothing was there except a few small photos. I had deleted everything the night before and in the next morning I saw that my HD freespace had increased, but yet not everything was deleted in Photos, it would seem. So I started doing GET INFO on the various folders inside the "Photos Library" and sure enough I found stupid movies hidden away inside the "Masters" folder. Photos tricked me into thinking they had been deleted but in fact they were still there taking up space! Goodness knows how much space Photos is wasting for people around the globe. Surely this must be a bug. So be sure to keep an eye on your Library.
One other thing that irks me is that when I installed the latest OS X update, Photos was installed and then it proceeded to ASSUME what I wanted. It used up most of my CPU and internet bandwidth to yank down photos and videos from iCloud against my wishes. I promptly disabled import via the Preferences when I figured out that was the only way to stop it, but it made my iMac a zombie for hours until I did that. That is NOT a bug but just plain stupidity on the part of the designers of the new Photos app. Even Jason Snell of Six Colors mentioned that, albeit a bit more tactfully than I:

But why Apple forces us to jump through hoops to "Show in Finder" is beyond me. They seek to anger more than please. And so many people try to justify Apple's design decisions by saying, "They sell so much stuff around the globe they don't care what people think." Maybe that's true, but their foolish decisions on the software side are still frustrating nonetheless. I say this as an Apple lover since my Ma 128k in 1984. It's been a love-hate relationship, but love prevailed and I'm still here. (And before a Mega-Pointer tells me to "leave Apple feedback," please know that I do. I send them A LOT of feedback. They probably don't like me very much as a result!)

App Store has badge showing 8 Updates available but when I open the App Store, there are none showing under the Updates tab

My App Store Icon has a Badge showing that there are 8 Updates available. When I open up the App Store and go to Updates, the screen is blank. This is the first time I've experienced this and I don't find any other discussions in the Apple Communities. This is only happening on my iPad 4. My iPhone 5 is working perfectly.

It seems Apple is having some issues at their end. There have been hundreds of posts on the forum with the same problem.
