I have 2 ipod touch sync with the same account, and download an application that are charging me twice. anyone know how to report this problem to reimburse me the cost of the application?

It seems that Apple are very efficient at collecting the £300 price, but it's very difficult to get support when needed. I have to wait four days to get a simple answer after struggling to communicate in the first place. Not a lot of 'peace of mind' in that.

I can’t find a log to trace both application as system logs at the same time.
We could try the following workaround.
Open two Event Viewers and separately check the application and system logs based on time.

We are developing a custom report for Sales Order Booked Vs Cancelled. In this report we want to display the reason for canceling the order. We are selecting the reasons while canceling the sales order. But the reasons are not showing in the tables. Where we can check the reason for canceling? Is there any table?

 I want to Create a new Masthead Component:
a) Go to System Administration Support Support Desk Portal Runtime Browse deployment. Navigate to ROOT/WEB-INF/deployment/pcd and select file com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead.par.bak. Click the download link. Open the zip file and extract it to your local file system.
b) Open Eclipse and create a new portal application project based on the par file (File Import PAR file).

The steps for installation are:
1.Begin installation by executing JDTSetup.exe
2.Enter installation directory where u wish to install.
3.You will have to enter your Java SDK directory. NDS needs at least 1.4.2 version or later.
4.Enter folder name for workspace storage: C:\NWDS\Workspace or C:\SAP\JDT\Workspace
5.After installation is finished start Developer Studio by going to SAP Netweaver Deveoper Studio icon on your desktop.
6.Open EP Perspective by going to Window->Open Perspective->Other->Enterprise Portal

I have downloaded the indesign cs5 debug windows installer from adobe partnerr site, installer build is 355.
I have sucessfully installed it on my windows machiine.
On running the application I have got following Aseert message one after another.
- Cannot load plugin FONT MANAGER.RPLN
- Cannot load plugin SING.APLN
- About to use nil interface ptr! Queried IID was FontMgrPrefix + 4 (0x3e04), on Boss kWorkspaceBoss
Then aftter Indesign application gets crashed.
Please note that I did not load any third party plugin.

I can't get itunes to bring up my new iphone 4 to where I can transfer stuff from my account or even back up the stuff from my 3GS to it. Help please...

I have been trying to sync my new iPhone 4 to my itunes account. I want to transfer stuff from my 3GS to this phone. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have uninstalled itunes and all apple components and reinstalled and no success. It shows the phone sync when itunes comes up and then when I click on the phone on the right side it will just disappear and I want to get to the menu where I can I back up info from 3gs to this new phone.

I have little idea what this is all about but unless you are sure it is an iTunes question and not anything to do with the receiver you are better off trying to get support for a hardware specific issue on the manufacturer's support services. You'll get a lot of people here who know iTunes but you're going to have to be fortunate to get one with that specific model receiver.
