Where i can download previous version of itunes 7.6?

I just upgrade to itunes 7.6 and lost all my music in ipod touch! then , i try to snchronize the ipod and never appear the synch page and instead appeared the itunes store page asking to purchase the january upgrade. I said "no thanks" and then never get out of the page. I need to know where i can download the previous version of 7.6 so i don;t have any problem. I am not a computer expert and looks like this is quite complicated for a non computer person.

look under the Audio and Video list and click iTunes. The current and previous versions of iTunes will be displayed on the right hand side. Just select the one you want.

Hi I have recently downloaded ITunes 9.0 for Windows XP.
ITunes 9.0 is giving me lots of problems! Errors, connection problems, and device errors.
But, when I had the Previous version of ITunes, it didn't give me any problem.
The latest version of ITunes, I guess its still in Beta Stage because it's new. So they are having problems and bugs within the latest version of ITunes.
So my question is: Is there any way I can download previous versions of the ITunes application?

Thanks, I found it, but it says my apple account needs to be registered with a school. I do want to try out the course manger product. Do you know of any idividual or "try out" pathways for the course manager product?

I did a clean install of snow Leopard and now my iWork 09 will not work. does anyone one know where I can download the version for snow Leopard?

iWork '09 is still available from the likes of Amazon.
Your experience is why I never trusted downloaded versions when there's a physical DVD available.
It may be possible to reactivate with your code, but I can't advise you as to how.

Upgrading from 10.4.11 so I can download newer versions of iTunes

I swear by, and at Apple! I have been limited to dial-up in my area until just a month ago, now I find myself exiled back to the dark ages. Trying to use my iPod again but I need to have at least iTunes 7.4, which I'm told (by Apple) that I need to upgrade to Leopard- which is no longer available! Working on a non-Intel processor, I can't upgrade to Snow Leopard. I feel I am once again hosed and shunned by Apple. What are my options please?

By the time you buy more RAM, possibly a CPU upgrade, and USB2 card you're probably talking just a newer used computer. I see G4 MDD models locally for $250.

You asked a fairly open-ended question there and it really merited starting your own topic on the upgrade question. I upgraded my iTunes to version 9 and as it turns out will not work with my current Os 10.3.9. I then uninstalled it and put verions 8 in as in turns out that is also not able to run with my version of Quicktime. Basicaly i need to download version 7 in order to get it running again. For some reason Apple does not seem to have a place to download older iTunes verions, only ver 9 and 8. I have heard of a site called oldaps.com but it turns out they no longer carry itunes for mac, only for windows.
If anyone can point me to a place I can download older versions of iTunes that would be very helpfull.

Can I roll back to a previous version of iTunes?

I just downloaded all my updates, one of which updated my iTunes, and now it is not working properly. Mine too is skipping during certain songs in my library. Also, if I just close the window, and come back to it later the screen has fragmented, and looks like white noise with the impression of several different windows on its face. This seems like some kind of conflict. I downloaded the package containing 6.0.5 intending to install it, and remove the new version, but it will not let me install it. Please help

Did you uninstall the existing version and then restart before you installed the new version?

Previous version of itunes available?

Does anyone have a link or can you tell me where to get a previous version of itunes (preferrably in the 7.3 versions)for Vista. The only link I found was for different OS and said to go to Apple which of course doesn't offer the previous versions only the newest. I have had nothing but major pains since upgrading and I want to go back to a previous version. Can anyone help?

7.2 won't save artwork, where can I get previous version of iTunes?

iTunes 7.2 won't save any new artwork. When I press the 'Add' button in the Artwork window, I can select a .jpg file, it displays in the Artwork window, but NOT in the Selected Item window. If I return to the Artwork window immediately it's empty. None of my existing artwork seems to be affected.

Reinstalling an older version of iTunes on our Mac is not a good idea. Perhaps some easy maintenance suggestions will help.
Try running Disk Utility and Repairing Disk Permissions first. Launch Disk Utility (Applications/Utilities). Select MacintoshHD 10.x.x in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab, then click: Repair Disk Permissions. Quit DU when it's finished and reboot. Try to launch iTunes... if it still won't open..
/Users/YourName/Library/Preferences. Drag this file from the Preferences folder: com.apple.itunes.plist to your Desktop. Try to launch iTunes. If iTunes launches successfully, then that .plist file is corrupted. Drag it to the Trash, empty the Trash and reboot. You will have to reset your iTunes preferences but if deleting this file fixes the problem, then it's worth effort.
If you still have problems with iTunes, then perhaps an Archive and Install is in order. Back up all your important data/images/video/documents. When you are finished with the installation, at some point you will be prompted for an iTunes update. If you had good luck with 8.0.1, just don't go any farther with the updates for now.
