I need help. Just a few weeks ago I purchased a rvs4000 router. On that small business device is a product called protectlink. To get an activation key, you need a registration key first. That is normal in the package. However, my wify like to cleanup up and throws stuff away that she should not do. So, I lost the registration key.
It is impossible to key a new registration key. The webstore does not have them. They are in the package and will not open an other one. Cisco (if you can get passed the ...you don't have a support contract...go away statement) does not even know that they have this product. Registration keys, never heard of it. But you get the normal ... we can't help you, go to the webstore or trendmicro.... And that after the statement, we don't know that product. How do you know that this is a trenmicro piece of software.....
Well call trendmicro.... Same answer, we can't help you. Go to Cisco or the Websore. I realy feel like a dog trying to get his tail.
So, last hope of some progress I post this on the community group for small business devices. Maybe this will help. If some one can help me getting a registration key for a cisco small business router rvs4000 to obtain an activation code for the cisco/trensmicro protectlink product.... then please send it [email protected]

I want to inform you that the rvs4000 router does not come with the protectlink license. Protectlink is a service that you can purchase from a resseller or you can also get the trial license from the cisco website to test it our before you buy it for free. How long does it take to get Registration key for QT Pro?

I've gotten 2 emails. One, confirming my apple store purchase, and the other email telling my my credit card has been charged.
BUT, no email yet with the Registration key.
I ordered it about 18 hours ago.
When I check my status in my apple account, it says it was electronically delivered. But, I can't pull it up anywhere.

Could someone tell me where I could get the dowload for Airport Utility 5.0

I am trying to setup a Graphite base station but when I put my settings into the Airport Admin Utility it just comes up with an error saying "An error occurred while uploading the configuration" I have tried a few times, even reset the base station and started from scratch but I get this every time! :'( I have just read that the:

"fixes problems with AirPort Admin Utility for Graphite and Snow Base Stations"
BUT you have to have Airport Utility 5.0 already. I only have Version 4.2 and can't find a download for Version 5.0 anywhere! Can anyone help as I can't find it on the downloads on the Apple site OR on a Google search or anything! Thankyou!

I can only provide some basic information about AirPort Utility 5.0. I have no experience with a Graphite Base Station and its utilities.
According to this link, the only way to get AirPort Utility 5.0 is to install the software that accompanies the AirPort Extreme 802.11n Base Station.

Thanks to everyone for the tips on my CS2 question. It turns out in the end it was some plug-in filter software that was causing the glitch, not a lack of an Adobe registration key. As for why he still uses CS2, it does the job for him, so that's all he needs.

I believe that I must have a scanner driver because I have now successfully made one scan. But, I don't know where to search for a driver on my mac so that I could verify that I have the driver. But, I have a question - is there a user group for the 9000F? I'm wondering if there's such a group where I could look for info regarding new user questions/answers.
Since I now have 4 slides scanned, I'm wondering what I can do with them. I believe that they're in My Image Garden, but I don't know where. I saw somewhere that you can put them into a folder of your choice, so I created a folder called "Thirty-Five MM Folder". In a quick search, I didn't see where I could designate that folder for my scanned images. That (minor) dilemma is typical of the information I'd hope to find in the user group - perhaps in FAQ's.

I downloaded it, etc. and that didn't work.
It actually seems to work the same way as before I downloaded that driver, meaning, it prints but leaves it in the "# Document Pending" status.
Since the wireless HP print server isn't working (No connectMgr.exe file) there's no connection and therefore the doc won't print.
RE: Print/Server software out of date. The software was working for many months after originally installing it on this laptop. Then it just stopped. Now it can't find the .exe file and that's odd.
If I could find that file I could just save it where it needed to be and I'd be good to go.

Going to uninstall and reinstall again, just for fun. I'll report back.

pull back the user's SIP URI and their last login time:

The advantage to using the Monitoring Server to obtain this data is that unlike the information contained in the rtcdyn database, the information from the LcsCDR data will persist even when the user isn't signed into Lync.
To get approx count of users enable for Lync Server in your organisation
Get-CsUser -Filter {Enabled -eq $true} | MeasurE
Please not the above command let will give you an approx number not exact
From the Monitoring report yet the SIP account that signed in and then from count find out how many user havent signed in this is manual task

Where can I get a manual for Photoshop Elements 10? Am I eligible for an upgrade to 11?

I bought my Photoshop Elements 10 last September 6th of this year and I was wondering where I could get a printed manual for the program or PDF that I could print. It is hard watching a video and then doing what they did. I would like a printed manual so I just look at the instruction and then do it. Also am I eligible for an upgrade to 11? If so, how much is the cost?

When trying to register Visual Studio 2008 Express, I get directed to a page that no longer exists. How am I supposed to get a registration key for it?
I don't actually need the GUI, just the command line compiler. Is the compiler affected by the registration?
And I can not move to a newer version because of compatibility issues. The newest version that I can use is 2008.

You really have no choice. Visual Studio 2008 Express is no longer supported. It's time to move on.
The only way out, if you really really really can't evolve to a newer version (and I really question why you can't) is to purchase a retail version of Visual Studio 2008.

There are no registration keys. Photoshop CC and Lightroom are subsciption based.
You sign up for the subscription and provide a credit card number for billiing. Adobe will send you the download and install instructions.
Simply start Photoshop CC and under Help > Sign in... Enter your Adobe ID and password. That will change Photoshop from Trial to activated.

For a new key code:
Request key codes for new orders via SAP Marketplace (SMP), will receive a download letter on new purchases providing them with their SMP login credentials. Using these credentials you can login and click in the "Keys & Requests" tab > Request a License key.
If your Key code does not work
You need create a customer message [https://websmp107.sap-ag.de/message] using component XX-SER-LIKEY-BOJ.
