I have activated gophone SIM before visiting Los Angels this Saturday.Got phone No, Checked my iPhone6 recognize it as AT&T's SIM.So I guess it will work and the web site's PIN will be sent via SMS on my arrival from Tokyo.Almost fine. Except the rate plan..I want to use $45 monthly plan, but it did not appear on activation screen of web site.So I choose $60 plan for the present and did not add money. After arriving hotel in Los Angels, I'll login account management web site and try to change rate plan to $45 before adding money to my account. Can I find $45 rate plan from this site? https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html And why $45 plan was not showed on activation process?

i got through about 20 minutes ago, it's all good now.
My wait time was 1 hour and 57 minutes... but they were fast and efficient once I got them on the phone.
it took about 5 minutes on the phone and I signed up for the 2gig plan while robert was on the phone.
just wait forever, get a speakerphone your gonna need it..

I dont know if you know the procedure in Canada and Turkey. Wind mobile wasnt supporting Iphones until they decided to let people use Iphone 5s with their $40 plan.And as i know, Turkey is the only country that asks you to register the imei on your passport to use it. So, most of people did not know it. so procedures are changing country by country. Are you sure that If I buy an Iphone 5s from a canadian apple store, use it with my wind mobile line and the turkish line in Turkey?

First check to see your plan is active: Adobe ID
Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.
Mac             /Applications/Photoshop CC/Photoshop CC.app
Windows C:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Photoshop CC.exe
Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in... There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using?

Hi, i currently am signed up for the month to month plan for Photoshop.. there has veen no problem in my payments etc until now when i open up photoshop its tells me to Renew my Subscription, and that my computer cannot connect to adobe server even though im connected to the internet.. the payment for this month has already cleared my bank!? Any Ideas whats wrong???

When you sign in to https://creative.adobe.com and check your account info (click the upper right), does it say you're still active? Sounds like something got borked in the CC app and/or PS CC.

Is there a monthly plan for students with NO annual commitment?

However, chances are that I'll be travelling this summer and not using it for several month. So I was wondering if there is a monthly plan for students that can be cancelled at any time without a 50% cancellation fee?

Switching to the monthly plan for photographers. Trying to downloading the Photoshop CC. What are the steps? Where do I find the app on my desktop?

I have the free Creative Cloud, which ends Sept. 5, 2014. I have switched to the monthly plan. Do I just update the Creative Cloud for just PhotoshopCC and Lightroom 5 or do I have to download PhotoshopCC again?
I tried to download Photoshop, but it asks my to choose the place on my hard drive (C). I can't seem to find it to open it up. I need help. Can someone please guide me through this?
I also have Lightroom 5 under the Creative Cloud that I have to switch.

Geez, don't mix up everything! The free CC access may or may not include full access to all apps. Now, with the monthly subscription for photographers, you will only have access to PS, LR and BR. So it seems, you already have all the apps installed, so no need to download anything again. With the beginning of your new subscription, you change the account details in your CC account manager and then either it deletes the apps which are not licenced or you just won't be able to start them anymore.

I don't want to purchase a monthly plan for Lightroom

I only want to purchase the software, like Lightroom 4. How do I do that? I only see upgrades and a monthly plan. I definitely don't want a monthly plan.

Is the 12 month plan for 12 months only?

I can cancel after 12 months? I've just realised that this 'download' is on this new 'cloud' malarky. So I cannot actually download photoshop and lightroom to keep forvever after the 12 month plan can I?

No.
The package will auto-renew (so you can keep using the software without having to remember to renew or do anything) unless you tell Adobe otherwise.
If you don't want to renew, tell Adobe and you'll lose the use of the software when your membership expires.

How do I cancel the month-to-month plan for Adobe Premier pro ?

I've followed the steps for canceling my membership, but 'cancel plan' button doesn't appear in my 'manage plan' page.
I needed the premier pro just for a limited time but it is still charging for the second month.
I hope I can get it cancelled ASAP.

I purchased the monthly plan for Creative Cloud but I don't need it, I want to use Adobe Acrobat to store my books. What can I do to get more space on my Adobe Acrobat account?

It doesn't make much sense financially, to pay 34 dollars a month for 1GB of extra storage space. Please someone help me figure out what I need to buy/do. Thank you in advance.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Can InDesign be purchased without getting a monthly plan?

Hi! I've been using my old graphic design program for the last decade (FreeHand), and it's time I left the 1990s. I'm trying to purchase InDesign, and all I can see at Adobe.com is the option to purchase their monthly plan, for either $20/month or $50/month. This is definitely not what I want... and I don't need other programs, just InDesign.
Maybe this is a silly question, but... can the program simply be purchased, without subscribing to something for $20/month? If so, where? I've looked all over the website and can't find it.

If i choose the monthly plan can i cancel anytime? I got a new job and want to brush up on illustrator, if i purchase the monthly plan for 29.99 can i cancel anytime? What about the 19.99 plan that is paid monthly but on an annual contract? That one makes you pay every month for a year correct?
