Where is AI Config, AI Start, AI Read, etc. in LabView 8.0

When migrating from LabView 6.1 to LabView 8.0, uploading existing programs give multiple errors when dealing with hardware. Starting at the basics, using a PXI 1000 chassis, MX-3 interface, 1102C thermocouple compensating card, LabView 8.0 indicates it cannot find AI Configure, AI Start, AI Read, etc.. These were low level vi's controlling the PXI 1000 chassis. We are upgrading to 8.0 only to stay more current, not to reprogram.

Which version of NI DAQ are u using??

The startup disk is the internal SSD in your MBA. You may delete files by draging the file to Trash (or clicking on them and then execute COMMAND+Delete). Then empty Trash.

After reinstalling MAC OS 10.6.8, I config the permissions to read/write/no access, my MacMini [mid 2010] refuses to reboot. I tried to reboot in safe mode with Command+S and fsck, but after the steps to be taken, it says fscs not done, root device is read only. I also tried to bypass the Mac firmware password by taking one Ram card out and reboot the macmini while holding COMMAND+OPTION+P+R. But no luck. The macmini is not able to see the mac OSX installation CD.
Please help ??

How and where did you change which permissions? And what was the goal?
Do you have a complete backup of your system? and more importantly data files?
What happened that prompted the need to reinstall the 10.6.8 update?
The immediate road forward would be to boot from the optical drive and revert the changes you made.
What happens when you boot with the install cd and hold down C or hold down the option key?

SGA size is 1 GB free but oracle starts physical read/write,why ?

In my production server I observe that it takes the the data from the HDD where my SGA is still 1 GB free .
As far I know , In oracle , when the allocated SGA size is filled up then it reads the data from the HDD which is called "physical read/write " . I am using oracle 10g database . In performance tab(From Oracle 10g OEM) , when I see that oracle starts to read the physical data , at that moment I run the following query :
select sum(bytes)/1024/1024 " SGA size used in MB"
from v$sgastat
where name!='free memory';
and I found that still 1 GB memory are still free in the SGA .
In this moment , I want to know , is it possible to start the physical read / write while the SGA size are still free ?

Since you are upgrading the XE version, you should read this page:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/html/3.1_and_xe.html
There are installation instructions at the bottom of the page.
It sounds like you didn't run the apxldimg.sql script. It upgrades the images and javascript files.

Web Server reads /etc/apache2 config after upgrade to 10.8.1

I just updated one of my servers to 10.8.1 from 10.8. It seems with the ML update the OSX Server configuration files in
/Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2
are no longer being read; instead, the non-server configuration files in
/etc/apache2 get read. I was wondering if anyone knew an easy fix? Also, DocumentRoot was set to an external drive
/Volume/Library. The update created a folder at my mount point containing a default WebDocuments in it. My external
drive ends up being mounted at Library 1. Why?

The first part of this question is actually partially explained by the second part. ML Server was not reading /etc/apache2, it was reading the osx configuration file, but somehow after the upgrade it was creating a new folder at the mount point of my external drive being used to hold my webdocuments. This seemed to happen before my drive got mounted (obviously). Deleting this folder and restarting seemed to fix the issue.

Select one of the tracks with a broken link, press ctrl-i to Get Info. Say No when iTunes asks if you would like to locate the track, then look at the Summary tab for the location expects to find the file in.
Now try to locate the file in question. The two locations should give a clue as to what to do next.
Here is an example with a file I've deliberately moved from the new layout to the old pre-iTunes 9 layout.
This means iTunes is expecting to find the file at:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
but it isn't there because I've moved it to:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
which is where it would have lived back in iTunes 8 (though the media folder would have been called iTunes Music back then as well).
If you can provide the expected and actual locations of a broken track I should be able to suggest the easiest way to resolve things.

The start counter reading will automatically comeup in the scheduling parameter screen , if the maintenance plan is tied to a counter. Isnt this not coming up?

How can I turn off the blue tips that pop up every time I start Adobe Reader?

Every time I start Adobe Reader XI, or every time I double-click a PDF file from another program, a blue bubble pops up under the "Open" portion of the toolbar that says "Easily open all your files across devices" and I cannot make it stop.
I have:
- Unchecked "Show me messages when I launch Reader" in Preferences/General/Messages form Adobe
- Checked "Don't show messages while reviewing a document" in Preferences/General/Messages form Adobe
How can I make this stop displaying?

This was strange. To be honest, I had never clicked the large "open" folder icon on the left of the toolbar. Once I did it showed me three options: Recent Files, My Computer, and Acrobat.com Files (cloud storage).
After actually looking at this feature, and then closing and opening Acrobat Reader again, the blue pop-up does not appear anymore. I closed and opened Acrobat Reader several times and it does not appear anymore. Apparently, it's a prompt to get you to look at the feature and prompts you until you do. I'm not sure why it does not appear on your screen. Perhaps a feature that is available only to "newer" versions of Windows (7+)?
