Where is apple's Xcode community?

I can't find an Xcode-focused message board anywhere. What's the deal?
I'm trying to find answers to questions another human can provide faster than Xcode's documentation. Specifically:
1) How can I trace my program's execution one line at a time?
2) How can I "jump inside" and view the implementation of objects such as string or cin (in C++).

    I am a paid member of the developer program, and Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard does not appear in the downloads area. I just joined today and received email confirmation, but perhaps this update to my account has not worked its way through to Apple's back-end yet.   • FaceTime is down, where is Apple when you need them?

    Just wanted to say that Facetime isn't working for me on my iOS devices and my Macbook Air.  This problem is not limited to IOS.  Where is Apple, and why aren't they letting us know what is going on?  It would save everyone a lot of time if they gave us some sort of update, but that is probably too much to ask right?

    You are not addressing Apple here.
    This is a user to user forum, this is spelled out in the terms of service you agreed to when you joined.
    There is no Apple server for your email.
    servers are set up, used and maintained by whatever email service you use-such as rediffmail.
    Go threaten them.
