Where is bin direcotry in eval version of WLS 6.1 sp 4

I just downloaded a copy of the eval version of WLS 6.1 sp 4 because I want
to use it with the WebLogic Server 6.1 Workbook. However, when I install it,
the bin directory is missing. I am also interested in looking into
clustering with iis. Without the bin directory, I don't have the
iisproxy.dll file. Can I use the one from version 6.0 instead? Thanks.

  • Where can i download the trial version of the Labview 2013 64bit Report Generator Toolkit for Microsoft Office?

    Hi all,
I am having trouble locating a LabVIEW Toolkit.  Could somebody please send me a link to somewhere where I can download the eval version of the Report Generator Toolkit for Microsoft Office for LabVIEW 2013 64bit.?
    Thank you in advance,
    Bob

Yes here is the 2013 version.
    http://download.ni.com/evaluation/labview/ekit/other/downloader/2013RGT_downloader.exe
And here is the 2014 version.

I believe both are for 32 bit LabVIEW, which works in both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows.  Honestly until all toolkits support 64 bit Windows, I still don't see much of a reason to go with 64 bit LabVIEW.  The support is just better with 32 bit.

  • Event Structure Components in Eval Version?

Does the Labview Eval Version include the Event Structure Components? If so, where are they located? If not, that is very lame. It is very difficult the experiment with functionality without them.

You get everything you possibly want with the evaluation version.  As others have said, it's basically the professional version.
In addition, you can evaluate any toolkits and modules. (not sure if there are minor exceptions?)
Once you purchase a license, they license determines what you are allowed to use. The DVD is the same for all versions.
AFAIK, you can evaluate almost anything without jumping through any hoops. Even if you have an existing activated LabVIEW installation, you can later evaluate a toolkit or module with it.

  • Problems with Eval version of NLSBS

    Hi All.
I just installed the Eval version of NLSBS.
    All installation went OK.
Setting up eDir, Imanager and GW from Yast went OK.
Console One and Imanager seems to work fine.
    Problam 1:
Red Carpet, when starting Red Carpet, and click connect to this system, I
get "Unable to connect to the daemon: 'No such file or directory'."
    Problem 2:
When I connect to the standard homepage, I get different options to download
different clients and "Access e-mail from the Web" and so on.
WebAccess doesn't work (Yes, were in setup in Yast), and all 3 download says
    file not found. (2 x install.bin and GroupWise.app.sit)
I searced the whole server (just in case they weren't copied to the right
directory), and they are nowhere to be found.
Found some RPM's, but not in the "download-area"
    Anyone have the same problems??
I'll take the easiest answer. :)

If you can connect to wpdomain.db in ConsoleOne, just delete any objects
related to GW. You may need to delete /opt/novell/groupwise as well. Now
you may start to reinstall GW via YAST wizard. If you are famillar with
GW on Netware, you can also install it manually. It's pretty much the same
as you install one on Netware. I installed mine without YAST wizard.
By the way, I found you will have less issues if you follow this
order: installing eDir first, then GroupWsie, and lastly iManager. At
    least it happened to me.

  • Where can I get an older version of iPhoto for an older reconditioned Macbook?

I have reconditioned Macbook 13" that is 5-6 yrs old-no iPhoto on it. How do I get a copy that works with Snow Leopard? It never came with iPhoto and I have no disks anyway. It came with Leopard which I then updated by purchase. The version I have is 10.6.8. I assume that's as far as it goes since my Software Updater would have prompted me otherwise. My memory is also updated to 4GB.
It can't be updated to Mountain Lion which I have no problem with. I just want to get iPhoto on it because my iPhone has no memory left and I want to move some  photos to my Mac system now. (and eventually I want to backup my photos as well that's another whole question). So I need the use of my computer system for all of this and my Macbook only has Preview to view pictures in. I can't install the current iPhoto and can't seem to locate where I can buy an older version that is compatible with my older system.
    Thanks.

The App Store version of iLife ‘11 programs will only work with 10.7 or 10.8. You can get the iLife ’11 DVD which will run on 10.6  on eBay fairly cheap.

  • HT1947 Remote app requirements are stated as "software version 3.1.3 or later". I am running 4.2.1 and when I try to download it says 4.3 required. Where can I get the (old) version that runs on my IOS?

'Remote' app requirements are stated as "software version 3.1.3 or later". I am running 4.2.1 and when I try to download it says 4.3 required.
OK, I understand that new versions make use of facilities that come with new versions of IOS, but there is/was a version that runs on 3.1.3 and therefore, I assume 4.2.1. Where can I get the (old) version that runs on my IOS?
The app store seems to ignore all legacy equipment owners, and want me to spend loadsa money to get the latest shiny toy. It probably makes business sense, but I dislike companies that take that approach. This is my first venture into smart phones, and I like the IOS interface, but I'm not sure I can afford the maintenance.

This is standard for Apple.  While there is little official mention of the software support lifespan for equipment, typical support has been about 4-5 years for computers.  It strikes me that newer items, especially mobile devices, are not built as sturdily nor do they have the hardware upgrade capabilities required to keep up with newer systems.  When we bought an iPhone 4S we were told by the person in the store we'd probably be looking at a newer model in two years.  The iPhone 3G could be anywhere from 2 to 4 years old, putting it well into.
As for app availability, Apple typically pulls old software versions from its site when new versions appear.  If it is a non-Apple app then I guess it is up to the vendor. It is indeed tiresome but it is not at all unusual.  Since I only ever run used Macs, I download current versions even though my computer won't run them, stick them on a hard drive, then I have them when I upgrade to a newer used computer.  If you run older equipment you have to learn a different mode of operation to exist with the Apple 'new and innovative' but 'forget about the old' philosophy.

  • Blue screen of death with LV7.0 Eval version

I had been programming for a couple weeks with no problems, trying to see whether or not Labview could handle the data acquisition requirements that we need for our software. Specifically, I was a little concerned that LV maybe be too "high level" to run fast enough for us. We're acquiring 2 analog voltage signals and an edge counter for X, Y and Z position values and streaming them into an intensity graph to get a picture of our scanned object. I had been using the DAQ Assistant VI to do the acquisition, which understably contains quite a bit of overhead, but the acquisition rate seemed to be okay (around 400Hz while streaming points into a 200x200 array on a DAQCard-6036E). I wasn't quite done the interpolation routine though and was afraid that would slow it down some more.
On Monday I got my first BSOD just a couple seconds after starting my program after using the software for hours. I brushed it off as a fluke and rebooted. Yesterday late in the afternoon I got another one after working on it and testing all day, but this time it never dumped the physical memory (it just hung). Much more concerning, I got a third one today upon just loading up Labview and trying to run my program for the first time. I took down the error message as:
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL
    STOP:0X000000A(0X6D665346,0X0000002,0X0000001,0X80519E8C)
I rebooted, and upon trying to load windows, I got a message that SYSTEM was corrupt. Our IT guy came by and rebooted again, which seemed to work alright. But then when he rebooted again we got -another- one with no "IRQL" statement. I did manage to get it going again by rebooting for a 3rd time.
What worries me is that this is getting progressively worse. For weeks I seemed to be able to tinker at will with the software and do all sorts of neat stuff and it didn't give me any errors. I haven't installed anything new this week at all, and suddenly it's crapping out faster and faster.
I'm using (or was, until I uninstalled everything for safety) LV Eval version installed on NI-DAQ 7.0 with a Toshiba TE2100 laptop (P4, 2GHz, 256meg). Are there any known issues with version 7.0? I had tried installing the Eval version (I guess it's really called "Express") on NI-DAQ 7.2, but the DAQ Assistant never showed up in the menu. After a few calls to NI tech support, I tried version 7.3 and it still wasn't there (and if you're new at LV, you NEED the DAQ Assistant), so I tried 7.0 and it worked fine.
I've attached my program. It's disorganized, yes, but it does the job. Any ideas?

    Hi Tyler,
I'm using WinXP Pro, and I haven't tried the program on another computer yet. The tricky thing is that it's one of those intermittent problems. So I could install it on someone else's computer and have it run fine for weeks, then crash on the last day. The BSOD did not identify any particular problem file, only the IRQ error and that it was dumping physical memory. I know they sometimes give you the exact file that the problem occurred in, but not in my case.
I did a fair amount of searching through this forum and in general regarding Labview and conflicts with other software. I found one message from a couple years ago on another forum regarding BSOD's, and one reply asked "You're not using Sophos virus checker, are you?". Coincidentally, this is the only thing that had been installed on my computer since installing Labview. However, it was installed about 2 weeks prior to the first BSOD. Something I forgot to mention was that my laptop was taking suspiciously long to boot up. I could type in my name and password and come back 5 minutes later and it would still be loading my desktop. It wasn't until I physically removed the DAQ card and then rebooted that I saw it return to normal. I then uninstalled all NI software and reinstalled everthing, this time going with the 7.3.1 drivers. On Friday I also disabled Sophos virus checker for one day. So far it's run error-free today (even with Sophos re-enabled), and my computer booted up normal speed even with the DAQ left in it over the weekend. However, for the first time, Labview crashed on me today (performed illegal operation... do you want to send error report to microsoft etc...).
I sure hope the problems I'm having aren't indicative of the normal operation of the software. It's been amazing to program with so far, and its unbelievably powerful, but if BSOD's and mysterious crashes are the norm, it's going to be worse than our current software (which in itself isn't very good).

  • Where can I download a trial version of Creative Suite

My daughter is learning Adobe in school and I thought we would try the trial version at home before we buy it.  It turns out that our computer does not meet the minimum requirements to run Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere)
However, I was reading that there was a version called Adobe Creative Suite prior to this.  Could someone tell me where I can download a trial version of this software so that I can see if it would work on my computer.  We are running Windows 7 and Windows 8 at home.
She is learning Photoshop, DreamWeaver and Premiere with the last one being the most important application.  All of the links that I've googled seem to redirect to Creative Cloud.
    Thank you for your time.

Does Premiere in CS6 need a 64-bit processor as well?
    Yes.

Your daughter is going to need a 64 bit computer and 64 bit operating system to run Premiere Pro and other audio/video apps such as After Effects. There's no way around that.

Flash Professional CC, Photoshop CC and Lightroom® also require 64-bit on Mac OS.

iTunes 10.6.1 has frozen and stopped functioning on a perfectly-maintained Windows XP machine. Where can I download the two versions previous to 10.6.1? Thank you.

Apple never replies to posts made in these forums. These are user-to-user forums only.
As to answers from fellow users, I can only guess that others assumed that you could do a web search and find what you're looking for. But Apple almost never keeps old versions of iTunes (or any other software) available for download. The only place you could find an older version of iTunes 10.x would be on an unauthorized site, and that carries a signficant risk of getting malware rather than the software you're looking for. You can do a web search and you can probably find such places, but you're on your own as far as whether or not they're reliable.

Older versions of MainStage are no longer available for sale. The _only_ way might be buying a used Logic Studio 2 box which contains MainStage 2.1.3. Quite a pricy endevour for an almost 3 year old application.
