Where is data for faces kept

I have spent a lot of time updating all the faces on my photos with names. This seemed to have worked and was available each time I used Aperture. However i recently took a manual backup of all my photo files and the next time i went into Aperture all the names had gone. i have even tried using the Time machine to go back to an earlier aperture file but when i start aperture from there the names have still disppeared.
Anybody got any ideas as i don't want to have to reinput them.

The path is - malcolmhill - Pictures - Aperture Library, which is on the hard drive. There is a second library in the list which refers to my backup hard drive.
As you might guess I am new to Apple computers having used PCs for many years, so when you mention 'faces' in the 'database' folder how do you get to them. When i click on the Macintosh HD and then Users and then Malcolm and then Pictures there are a list of files which include my Photo files and the Aperture Library. The Aperture Library does not expand further so how do you get to a database folder and a faces folder within that. Sorry to be asking what might be obvious questions but it is my lack of 'Apple' experience.

Check the table MARA, there is a Field VPSTA. in this field the Material views will be stores with single charecters. so check for the Clasification view charecter
also it's PSTAT in MARA and MARC.

From where to get "First day of the week" data for all the locales, is it present in CLDR spec 24?

I am trying to get "First day of the week" data from CLDR spec24 but cannot find where to look for it in the spec. I need this data to calculate numeric value of "LOCAL day of the week".
This data to implement "c" and "cc" day formats that equals numeric local day of the week.
e.g if "First day of the week" data for a locale is 2 (Monday) , it means numeric value for local day of the week will be 1 if it is Monday that day, 2 if it is Tuesday that day and likewise.

Where are files for my applications kept? I'm trying to do a clean install.

I have an intel imac OS 10.6.8. I have to do a clean install and need to transfer my files to a USB flashdrive because time machine hasn't backed up in 3 months. Where are files for my applications kept?

Since you mentioned Time Machine, I'm assuming you have an external hard drive? So why not make a complete backup - either with Time Machine or a bootable clone with CarbonCopyCloner or SuperSuper? Applications sometimes transfer well, but not always - it depends how many files/parts they have on the hard drive in different locations. There is no simple answer to your question because of that - it depends on the individual application. I'd back up all of it, do the install, and then use Setup Assistant to port things back.

How to find where the data is coming from in appended field for BW extract

I am not an ABAP'er ... And this problem is about a BW Extractor
I am extracting data for my (Utility Industry) Sales Statistics Cube using 0UC_SALES_STATS_01 data source. The Extract structure is BIW_ISU_ESTA and we are appending the structure with a few fields:
I_ZAHL1
I_ZAHL2
I_ZAHL3
I see some similar fields in DBERCHZ1 which are not the same. The data gets filled in the above fields somehow. I need to find out how and where. We have now diffrent variation of the same data and I'd like to extract that transactional data as well using the same fields rather than appending more fields to an already huge extract structure. When I click on the fields in BIW_ISU_ESTA, it takes me no where. I also tried out the extractor program (RSA3) in debug mode but somehow the fields are already populated. I tried using the ABAP dictinary but can't find a way to find these fields there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Renata,
This is a standard business content extractor with the fields enhanced. Usually we have some user exits to populate the fields but in this case we only append the extract table. I couldn't see these fields being part of any existing includes in the extract struct but some how they get populated. I guess system knows from where to copy the data.

Dear,
This feature of precalculating reports is to enhance the report performance. You will need to schedule this periodically, so that the report is fetched and cached. This allows faster retrieval of report data. Plz. understand that, this scheduling needs to run after every data load in the corresponding cube, so that, the latest data is cached, else the report data will be obsolete.

Where do i find the release date for a PO

I am writing a report and i need to find
1) "request date" for the release
2) "release date"(from the higher authority) for PO
I did look up in ekko and ekpo.. couldnt find it. ekko-frgzu gives the staus but i need the actual date.

Hi Hrishikesh ,
As the release is a PO changing process and it is at the header level you should be able to find in the table CDHDR - Change header table.
With combination of PO i.e object and Transaction (ME28 for PO release ) you should be able to find the change documents for that PO with the date released
in CDHDR table.

Exchng rate of any date for amounts of cube where the time is only FISCPER

Hello,
The user want to apply an exchange rate of the date 23/02/2009 (which is NOT the last day of the period !).
Currently all the queries gives a calculation based on the rate of 0.89330, which is related to the 1st day AFTER the posting period that correspond to the given key-date.
in the querry the key-date is u2018recognizedu2019 by the system as a true referenceu2026 (the choosen period correspond to the choosen key-date) ;BUT, it seems impossible to get the rate of a specific date, for a cube that has only FISCAL PERIODS.
Any valuable help will appricated on this...

No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY3 0131

Dear All,
I have developed a report where i need to upload (old and new)incoterms,payment terms,document type and update in the table ekko with my new values (incoterms,payment terms and document type).
Problem :For this report i have uploaded the excel sheet and values are getting uploaded into my internal table.but when using bapi_agreement_maintain to update the ekko table ,in return table its showing No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY3 0131.
Anyone please give the reason/solution to solve the problem.

Hi,
screen SAPMSSY3 0131 is the debugging screen so if you have any break-points in any of the transactions remove the breakpoint and check.
Basically this BAPI is calling a transaction to execute a transaction in no dialog mode so if you have break-points in any of those program you will face this issue.

Dates for Diary

Hi,
new to this so I'd like to thank you in advance for the help:
I need to lay out an entire diary for print that is divided in 16th - 32 pages each. As any diary the pages, but not all of them, will display the date in a similar format to "10 Sept." I was wondering if there is a way to set up the date box in the masters and then have InDesign change automatically the date number on each page containing the date box.
The diary is of 12 months and as said each PDF is made of 32 pages. Is there a way to connect each PDF to each other and have the dates to be continuos.
Last time I made one I made an InDesign document for each pdf (I think there were something like 32 documents for a 18 months diary) and had to set dates manually day by day for 18 months. Is there an easier way to do it?

First of all thanks a lot for your replies.
I do not have a file to show you at the moment since I'm waiting from the graphic the basic graphical lay-out but here is the deal:
I looked into some CS4 characteristics and found out that for this type of work a BOOK is suggested and then insert the single documents. The documents will be of 32 pages each (on document is a 16th... I don't know if this is the right term in english. In Italian a 16th stands for 16 sheets = 32 pages/faces). I know the diary will be of 12 month + Special pages (class lists, graphics, holiday pages etc.) but I have not counted the exact page number since I will have an older printed version of the diary that I will follow page by page.
Each month will have its' own base graphic but I believe the dates will all be in the same spot (for single page date Top corner left/right; for 2 dates page one on top and the second in the middle...again, left and right).
since there are special pages no on all pages will be a date. I was thinking of making a master single page left + date; master single page+ date right; master double page (the graphic designer will give me base graphic of double page so, since pages in the document are "facing" this will save time in inserting through the document)+ date top left/right. then again master left/right with double date.

I found one can put text variables to create dates. Will apply them to all of my pages and then delete them from the pages I don't need. I guess the date on the following page will update automatically. Right??
The diary is not linked to a specific year... it's one of those where you see for example Sept 20th M T W T F S S and the person puts a cross on the letter of the day. So my text variable will only be month + number.
