Where is iLife '11? It was supposed to be included
I bought a Mac Mini from the (online) Apple store on 5 November 2010. I'm a little annoyed because I can't find iLife '11. I did use the migration assistant; I wonder if, for some reason, iLife '11 was deleted by this process? Could that be possible?

It took +an age+ to complete the installation from the Applications DVD. It is only iLife '09.
Did Apple send me an old/out-of-date package? I opened 'Installed bundled software.mpkg' and clicked on 'customize' this time. It's confirmed: it's Garage Band '09 etc.
I also went to the iLife '11 page on the Apple website, entered my system serial number, hoping it would allow me to download it. Instead, it said I had to fill out some form that may allow me purchase an upgrade to iLife '11 for about £6, or something.
Whilst this isn't much, I bought the hardware because it said iLife '11 would be included

iWork isn't free. It is free as an upgrade to those who have the Mavericks versions installed on their Macs when they upgrade to Yosemite. If you don't own iWork already, then they are paid apps on Yosemite.

I bought the ilife '11 iphoto upgrade. It was supposed to update my library. It has been 2 days and it is still loading. I have tried restarting with no change. Please help!
Make a back up now.
Most Simple Back Up
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex:
Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically. Examples of such apps: Chronosync or DejaVu . But are many others. Search on MacUpdate
Then go on to Option 2

I have the original iPhone 5 (the one released before 5C & 5S) and when I updated to iOS 8 everything was working well and it was great! Last night I updated to iOS 8.0.2 and it does the complete opposite of what it was supposed to do! I lost my cellular connection! It keeps saying "Searching..." in the top left hand corner of my phone where my cellular network is supposed to be. What's going on Apple? Why did I lose my cellular connection when the update was supposed to "fix" lost cellular connections for the iPhone 6. If the update was supposed to fix a higher leveled phone then why was my lower leveled phone affected??? I need answers and I need proper help to deal with this ordeal.
I ALSO just updated my brand new iphone 6 to 8.0.2, and I ALSO had my cellular service BRICKED.
All I get on the signal meter is Verizon 1x. Every so often 3G would popup and you could send a text (no calls though) but it's gone in seconds. So I can't send texts or make phone calls.
This phone worked immediately before the update and stopped working immediately after the update.
My neighbor has a iphone 5S. He updated to 8.0.2 lat week and had no problems UNTIL just this morning, when his phone stopped working - no cellular voice or data. He downgraded back to ios 8.0 but his cellular service never came back.
Called verizon - was told there were no service outages and then I got transferred to tech team.
Tech team had do all the Apple troubleshooting steps but nothing more. So they said "take it back."
So this BRAND NEW iPhone 6 phone is BRICKED because of iOS 8.0.2.

Where do I find digital album booklets in my itunes library? I recently purchased an album on itunes and it was supposed to come with digital album notes. The only thing that comes up in my past purchases is the music. Can I repurchase without paying a second time?
oke i'm not done with the whole thing, but i'm doing that right now. Most of the advice I've already read didn't work and at a certain point it said something about shutting down programs then restart. but i notice that there are some pretty important system things in that list and i don't want to mess up my pc :s i'm not a pc genius... and because i'm dutch and my pc-language is in dutch I often have trouble translating and well... i don't always understand the technical stuff in all the articles -_-

In mail, how do you increase font sizes in a reply. Cannot find things like "underline", "italic" etc either. Where are they? Entourage was easier!!
Preferences/Compsing/set to Rich Text (only then you can use bold etc).
Then Rightclick the toolbar in Mail, and clcik Customize the toolbar.
Put the icons (with or without text) that you want on your toolbar. -

I tried the adobe removal tool
removing all copies of adobe software manually
installing from a new account, safe mode, plist everything suggested that i found did not work.
A colleague suggested that removing the below folder would allow the installation:
/Library/Application Supports/Adobe
They turned out to be correct, so i am passing this on, because this took far too many hours of my time.

I have 2 iphones, 1 personal and 1 business. I thought I was supposed to have 2 separate itunes accounts. I now have a work ipad and want to only have 1 itunes account that I can use for all 3 devices. How do I cancel 1 account or just combine the 2?
I want to be able to transfer my apps from my original itunes account that I have on my personal iphone 3 and work ipad 3 to my work iphone 4S ,as well as purchase more more apps for the work iphone with the original itunes account. Plus I need to sync all 3 of them with my work tower computer. I really appreciate you're trying to help me out.

I upgraded my iPad 2 (3G) to the new OS8 and I can no longer connect to 3G. All the settings on the iPad are correct. It just shows that it's searching for a signal. I'm in an area where my signal (pre OS8) was very good in strength. Please help!

hi i have a macbook pro and when i changed the hard drive the screen wasn't as it was supposed to be it was green on it's side and blurred.what can i do to fix it and what is the reason?
either something got damaged when you installed the hard drive or you need to perform a pram reset (other possibilites could have occured, these are the ones I think)

I tried to update to newest version via pc. I got error because i didn't have this recovery program disc that was supposed to come with the purchase so it says, but it didn't and now my ipod touch 8gb won't connect with itunes anymore and is stuck on a screen displaying an itunes icon with a usb icon.

I downloaded the new apple software and it lost all of my contacts! I am a senior citizen and didn't know I was supposed to download everything to ICloud. Can someone help me restore all of my phone numbers? Oddly, the recently used numbers are there. I called apple support and they couldn't help.
