Where is info in itunes 11 ?

since the update of my imac to OS maverick and itunes to nr 11 I can't synchronise my email accounts, agenda and contacts.

Hi PP10,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.  In Mountain Lion and earlier, those items were synced using something called SyncServices.  This article contains information about how this has changed in OS X Mavericks and how you can sync those items:
About SyncServices
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5847
OS X Mavericks
OS X Mavericks v10.9 and later do not use SyncServices. Instead, Mavericks supports sharing your information using several network-based and cloud-based solutions. If you want to sync your information across multiple devices and computers, you should use one or more of these methods. These include iCloud, CardDAV servers, CalDAV servers, and servers that utilize the Exchange ActiveSync protocol.
Cheers,
- Ari

  • I have tons of songs that won't sync and it is not clear where the info in itunes about this problem is.

Last sync there were over 1000 things than wouldn't sync. I get the wonderful message to see iTunes for help but ther is no info on where that mystery info is. I have made sure my newer computer and phone are authorized. It seems like more and more of the content I have paid for is dissapearing every time I sync.

  • HT1918 how can I remove my credit card info from itunes?

how can I remove my credit card info from itunes?!

Follow the instructions in the support article from which you came and select "none" as the payment method. If you don't see a "none" option, you may have an outstanding balance that you owe. If you've been using a true credit card that's unlikely, but if you've been using a prepaid "credit" card or a debit card where there is a balance, it's a possibility.

  • Where Can I Find iTunes 10.1 (or slightly higher) To Download??

Where can I find iTunes 10.1 (or slighter higher) to download?
    I have a G4 iMac running 10.4.11 and iTunes 9.2
I have got a iPhone 3g which requires iTunes 10.1 or greater to be able to sync.
I cannot d/l the latest iTunes as it requires OS10.5 and my system will only support up to OS10.4.11
So I need a version  of iTunes 10.1 which hopefully will work with 10.4.11
    Many thanks.....

You won't. Tiger will only run iTunes 9.2.1 or lower.  You will need to upgrade your operating system to Leopard or higher to run iTunes 10.
I am not sure about your system only supporting up to Tiger  -- I've seen reports about people running Leopard on even the oldest G4 Macs.  To get more information about your computer, go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac", then "More Info..."  Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).

  • How can I reset family sharing and payment info when itunes requires verification information from a lost credit card?

I was attempting to make an App store purchase and the App Store required verification of my computer.  The information the App Sotre - and ITunes require is the expiration date [ mm / yyyy ] and the security code off the back of my registered credit card.  The card is lost - and so is the information.  ITUnes will not allow me to change the payment information without verifying my information by - again - including the information from the back of the missing credit card. So I am stuck.

This is my account info for iTunes & AppStore:
This is the payment info in iCloud Family Sharing settings:
Obviously I was able to change the payment info in iTunes/App Store. What do I have to do to make that carry over to iCloud?

  • I downloaded my info to itunes and now I am trying to retrieve it and can't find it. How do I find it?

I downloaded my info on my iphone 5 to itunes and now I can't find it. Please help.

You don't download info to iTunes. iTunes can perform a backup, and iTunes can act as a conduit to sync data to supported applications. So what is it that you think that you did, and what are you trying to do by finding it?
