Where is jrmc 4.1.0 experimental site?

I installed Oracle® JRockit Mission Control 4.1.0.
I try to install the Weblogic plugin for JRockit. However, when I go to jrmc Help -> Install Plug-ins ..., it tries to access the following jrmc 4.1.0 experimental site, and fails with the following error:
Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://download.oracle.com/technology/products/missioncontrol/updatesites/experimental/4.1.0/rcp/".
    Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file.]
    Premature end of file.
    Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file.]
    Premature end of file.
I can access to this http://download.oracle.com/technology/products/missioncontrol/updatesites/experimental/4.1.0/rcp using my browser though.
Can this be a firewall issue? I am using VPN?

I'm not sure what the benefit is of knowing how often an
image is used, but
a search for the image by filename would do the trick.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

After viewing a site with a flash window in it, the next site shows a blank rectangle where the flash window of the previous site was. This persists through all subsequent sites. How can I eliminate this flash window persistence?

using the latest Firefox Beta, after opening Shambhala.org site, the flash window shows up as a blank rectangle on subsequent sites. I am using Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard. The only way I can get rid of the blank rectangle is to restart Firefox.

That sounds like a known problem on OS X. From the known issues section of the [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/4.0b5/releasenotes/ Firefox 4 Beta 5 Release Notes]
"Plugin content can be rendered incorrectly leaving blank white squares over web content. Scrolling or switching tabs will often fix the problem, although sometimes you must close the tab which contains that plugin content (see [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=592453 bug 592453])"
This should be fixed in the next beta.

Where does a sharepoint admin find the site settings for a mysite site collection?

We are using sp 2010 service pack 2.
When I look at another user's mysite, logged in as an admin (spsadmin2 is my daily admin type account), I don't seem to have access to the site settings.
However, if I log in as the fundamental farm admin account (spfarm), I do see the site settings drop down.
The site settings I see are not the site settings for a specific user's site collection. It is, instead, the settings for "mysites" in general.
So, how can I look at the site settings for a specific user's site collection?
I wanted to be able to look at their site collection recycle bin to see if something deleted was still there.

So, our mysites are associated with a web application separate from our other sharepoint sites.
The mysites root site collection has our SharePoint admins listed as full control owners.
The SharePoint admins also are listed as Farm admins.
Because there is only 1 secondary site collection owner permitted, if that is the means by which someone gets access to the site collection settings and permissions, then it seems like we would have to keep changing the secondary owner quite frequently.
You mentioned being able to set permissions on "the group" to have rights.
Which group? The Personal Sites Owners group of our mysites web app? Or another group?
