I purchased it off the adobe website a few years ago I have been using it fine but now it is nowhere to be seen in my products section. I don't understand how or why my product is just gone

Unfortunately, your help is only online. I say unfortunately, because they can drop it at any time. I have CS5, and when I click Help, it goes to help for CS6, which has a lot of changes in some apps. At least your version is still online.

Slightly OT: Where to get CS6

I am frightened to hear that we got to subscribe to Creative Cloud in future. I currently have Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection. I would like to buy CS6 Master collection in box (CS6 would be my choice). I could not find any CS6 in Adobe website. Could someone advise me where to find CS6 (full or upgrade version). TIA

Where has InDesign CS6 gone and how can I get it back?

As you know, InDesign CC on Mavericks is a mess atm, so I need to jump back to CS6 while things get better.
Thing is, I can't find it, even though my cc app think i have it. So I can't install soemthing that CC thinks is already installed.
When I first wanted to use it, it didnt show up in my app search (apple+space) so I went to my app folder, there i saw the folder, but all it had inside where two random folders, no actual app. So i figured it probably hadn't been installed correctly so trashed it. But CC still thinks I have it, even though I never did.
What am I to do?

CC is only a mess for some and suspect it's for those that did upgrade
installs instead of clean installs.
That said, go to creative.adobe.com and sign in. Go to the download
center and find InDesign. Click on it and then find the In this version
section. Click on the dropdown and choose CS6 there.

Where to buy CS6?

In the recent 'letter' (http://www.adobe.com/cc/letter.html), Adobe states: "We will continue to sell and support Adobe Creative Suite® 6 applications..."
I own Illustrator CS5, and would like to buy an upgrade to CS6. I do not want to join the cloud at this time.
But I can't find any info on the website about purchasing CS6 - just links to join the cloud.
Does anyone know where we need to go if we still want to actually buy CS6 products?

ELearning 2.5 - where is Audition CS6?

My company just purchased a few licenses of the eLearning Suite 2.5. The web page (http://www.adobe.com/products/elearningsuite.html) says that it includes Audition 6, but only Audition 5.5 was in the download. Where do we go to download Audition CS6?

I was wondering much along the same question. eLearning Suite 2.5 originally included just the CS 5.5 versions of the products.
The page you point to indicates some of those products have been upgraded to CS6.
I've asked Adobe for clarification...
I think you've just happened to license eLS 2.5 while it is 'in flux'. I'm not sure it's a good idea to change the contents of an existing suite. They should leave eLS 2.5 with the CS 5.5 products...and just release eLS 3 when all the products have been updated (i.e. Captivate).
You MIGHT be able to do this:
deactivate eLS 2.5 and remove it
Install Audition CS6 trial version
install eLS 2.5 again
That *might* result in the installer seeing the newest version of Audition and tying it to the overall suite, but that's complete theory.
Otherwise, better to followup with Adobe Sales and see what they say... My guess: wait a bit until eLS 3 is released (no idea when that may be).

When using the prodesign site you need to follow the Note: Very Important Instructions section verbatim in order for the download to work properly. Those steps essentially set you up as signed in to the Adobe site so that the files can be downloaded.

Where is the CS6 cleaner tool?

I've found a cleaner tool at Adobe's website but it's for CS5.5 or earlier versions. I need to fix problems with Photoshop CS6 Beta installation. Is there any CS6 cleaner tool ?
Also, the cleaner tool will remove only selected items, or everything from Adobe I have installed ?

Where's The CS6 Complimentary Upgrade for The Student and Teacher Editions?

I bought the student and teacher edition of CS5.5 Design Premium a couple of weeks ago and got the email telling me how to get my complimentary upgrade to cs6 a few days ago. When I went on to adobe.com to look up the pricing for the student and teacher editions of the cs6 programs, there is no upgrade option (the only price shown says "Full from 449.00"). When I looked up pricing for the non-student and teacher editions, the upgrade option is there.
Are the upgrades for Student and Teacher Editions not available yet? Is there anybody else who bought the Student and Teacher Editions having this issue, or is it just me?

I talked with someone from Adobe earlier and they told me that I cant upgrade to another student and teacher edition but I can upgrade to a retail version still at no cost. They also sent me a link to a page telling me more about how to claim the upgrade, and the page mentions a "coupon code" that I have to enter during checkout.

The email didnt include a coupon code, and I followed the steps but the price remains at the regular upgrade price. I read on the "how to claim" page the associate showed me that I would be getting a code no later than May 31st. Where did my CS6 trial go?

I downloaded the CS6 trial, it seemed to go fine, and extracted fine, and said it was done. But nothing opened up and started the program, and I couldn't find an icon anywhere to start the trial myself. All I found was Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Downloader, and Adobe Extension Manager CS6. That last one, when you open it up, lists all the CS6 programs, but you can't click on them, and when you highlight one of them and click Install, nothing happens. What do I do next? Did I somehow close the window too early? It said the installation was done. Help!

I have CS6 Master Collection on my old computer, and wish to download it onto my new one (Windows 8).
I've reviewed past forums on here and links the provided seem to be outdated/expired/etc. Howerever, if I've simply missed one, please feel free to shoot the link this way.
I see how to download individual CS6 programs separately, but wish to download the collection as a package.

I'm having a new computer. I want to migrate firework and photoshop shortcuts to new system. I used to do this in windows. However I don't know how in mac. I hope a detail guide for this task. thanks in advance.

I have made a quick test: the key has been formatted under Windows WITH a label. Then I have plugged it on my Mac: the name appears correctly. And, if I rename it under Mac OS, it is correctly applied and seen under Windows.
So, there is definitely a different behavior if the key has been formatted, without a name, under Windows... 8-|

Downloading and installing Photoshop CS6 Extended

Hi I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended a year or so ago and I am trying to install it onto my new computer. My new computer doesn't have a disk drive so I am unable to insert the disk and I cannot find where to download CS6 on the website, I keep being redirected to CC instead.
How do I download Photoshop CS6 onto my new computer?
