Where is my download of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?

I cannot get past the 'adobe download assistant' welcome screen. I'm trying to download adobe acrobat. It doesn't show that it has downloaded on my computer.

You can skip the download assistant if you try to download the trial via the site linked below.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

While downloading when 'executing script' the process stops and appears a window where it is stated that the product cannot be downloaded because another version of Acrobat exists. How to get rid of this software?

Direct Download for Adobe Acrobat X Pro

I need the direct download for Adobe Acrobat X Pro because my IMAC does not have a disk drive. I had the link to the downloads that was supplied to me through the Chat option on Adobe to get my Adobe Creative Suite 6, but I lost it. I have tried looking through the forums, but I am just not able to find anything. Possibly may not understand where to go, or what to do.

I tired looking up your account using the Adobe ID/email address that you use here in the forums. I don't see any Acrobat purchases tied to that Adobe ID. Did you make your purchase or register Acrobat using a different Adobe ID? If so, please log in to www.adobe.com using that Adobe ID, click Manage Account, and the click Plans & Products. Your registered products should be listed there.

I downloaded the the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro trial version and when trying to buy it I receive the "system error", not to mention that I have tried several times already.
What should I do? I then followed your suggestions: to get hold of you on the phone and via www.adobe.com, as well.

You can download Adobe Acrobat from Adobe.com and look on the right side and there will be an option that says Adobe Acrobat and from there it will let you download the most current version guide.

Download of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro will not complete

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and when I dowload it gets to a point where it says "Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed. Set up will terminate." But nothing is installed. Am I missing something?

While the Standard version is not a more functional version, the message you are getting is one that you would get if you were trying to install Standard when Pro was installed. I can only think that you need to uninstall Standard if you want to have Pro.

and activate with your serial, but note the folder into which you download the file.
if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Due to getting a new Desktop machine I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat X Pro onto the new machine.
The current problem is that I don't have the license code anymore ( I still have Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed on my old machine).
I tried to find the license code in Adobe Acrobat X Pro itself but it's nowhere to be found.
I also tried Google but I still get no clear description about where to find my licensecode and if it's possible to even find the licensecode.
I also wonder if it's possible to come into direct contact with Adobe ( by phone or e-mail)
So to sum up my questions:
