Where is Netscape Public License Version 1.1?

Trying to install Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin.
The Microsoft License Agreement states that it contains files that are subject to the Netscape Public License Version 1.1 and that the user may not use these files except in compliance with the License. http://mozilla.org/NPL/> is the address location given in the Microsoft License Agreement.
Found out that it is not valid.
If possible, please, give correct address. Thank you.

This is surely a legal question, but I don't know the best location to ask it...
If I were to use a program (mencoder) that is under the GNU public licence v.2 within my application, what would I have to do to be able to SELL my newly created application (that uses the original gnu licenced program) in order to appease the contract defined in the gnu?
would I have to do anything specific? Include the source code for the gnu app? Install it seperately? or can I just not use it?

I recently saw new functionality available in ByDesign including Funds and Functions and encumbrances. Now in 1402 I cannot find it anywhere.

It's actually quite small, and I'm not sure why people are always complaining about bezels, I've never even noticed it, as I look at the screen and not the bezel surrounding it. I need to install an old version of firefox, like 3.6.12. Where do I download old versions?

Latest versions of firefox are not playing nice with the old version of RedHat/Fedora that I am running on one of my systems. The firefox version I had on there is now corrupted and needs a reinstall. Upgrading the operating system is not an option. Where do I find old versions of firefox for download? I can only find versions 3.6.15 or later on the mozilla site, search as I might.

UncleD there is no no need to go to a random unofficial download site when Mozilla has all versions since the beginning available to public. Also not that the OP is using Linux, something that the oldapps site does not support anyways.

The ftp.mozilla.org is Not mirrored and it hosts the old versions that is not still hosted by the mirrored releases.mozilla.org

By the way the current updates for Firefox 3.6 and 3.5 are 3.6.16 and 3.5.18.

How do I download a licensed version of Elements 10 that is on my desktpop to my laptop?

I bought Photoshop Elements 10 online for my Desktop and I would like to download a copy of the licensed version to my Laptop. Any ideas where I start? I do beleive you can have a licensed copy on up to 3 computers.

You can download from your account here at Adobe. Check the My Products section. And obviously just downloading the trial and activating it with the serial should work, too. The limit is 2 activations, not 3, BTW.

It gets you to downloads for Windows, Linux, Solaris(SPARC), and Solaris(x86).
It has the JRE, it has the SDK, it has instructions for each,
and it has their licenses.
It even has a couple of Solaris patches.
Rather than just ask again, did you even try that link ?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium, it cost more than €2,000. When I recently tried to re-install it due to having to reformat my hard drive I could no longer activate it over the phone or online.
When I rang the help number it directed me to the downloadable versions that don't require activation. Great! UNTIL I realise Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional is only available for Windows as a download.
Where is the download for the Mac Version as it not included in the bundle either. This is extremely urgent. Thank you in advance.

The answer to your question of March 12, 2015 – "Where is the Mac downloadable version of Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro that doesn't require activation[?]" – is … nowhere. That doesn't mean it's not available to you, however. I have successfully installed several CS2 programs and Acrobat 7, on two computers.
The hard drive on my MacBook Air crashed recently. After a new drive was installed I had to reload various programs, including CS2 Premium. I used the original disks and the serial number on the package.
When I tried to open InDesign, however, I got an "Activate Using the Internet" message which led to an "Activation Server Unavailable" message that gave me three options, the last of which was "Click the Phone Activation button to activate the product over the phone." I called the toll-fee number and heard the following recorded message: "We no longer support activation issues over the phone."
So I searched the Web, figuring that others had encountered and solved this problem. Eventually, I found "Creative Suite Help / Download Acrobat 7 and OS2 Products" at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html#.
I also found "How to Fix Adobe’s “Licensing for this product has stopped working” Error by Aaron Nelsen at http://hijinksinc.com/2010/01/20/how-to-fix-adobes-licensing-for-this-product-has-stopped- working-error/. He writes "… you MUST delete adobe_00080000_tsf.data and adobe_00080000_event.log" which is found in /Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/FLEXnet. So I did that.
I also deleted Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, and Photoshop CS2 from my Applications folder. I did not delete Acrobat 7 or GoLive.
After clicking on "English" at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html#, I downloaded Illustrator CS2 for Mac, InDesign CS2 for Mac, and Photoshop CS2 for Mac. I was not able to download Acrobat 7 because the only option is for Windows. As you know, there is no download for Mac.
Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, and Photoshop CS2 all opened without any problems. When I tried to open GoLive, I got the same "Activate Using the Internet" message I got at the outset, when I tried to open InDesign. I proceeded, and now have a 30-day trial. The same limitation has been placed on Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, because I downloaded them, whereas GoLive was installed from the CS2 disks.
Next, I opened Acrobat 7.0 Professional – the one installed from the original CS2 disks. It works fine.
BOTTOM LINE: If you want Acrobat 7.0 Professional, install Creative Suite using original CS2 disks, then delete the other CS2 programs from those disks. If you want Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, Photoshop CS2, and others, download them from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html#.

Wondering if you have a current Backup on iTunes ...if yes you could put the iPhone in DFU Mode by holding the Home button while you plug in the lightning cable. Then you could Restore the iPhone to Factory Settings on 8.0.2 and after a full Restore go back and then Restore from your Backup. This happens every time a public release occurs. Many folks on the Golden Master or otherwise in the AppleSeed program with a Beta version for some reason don't move to the official release ...then the software time-bomb hits and they can't upgrade.

You need install WAIK on a 32bit machine.

Changing plat forms from Win to Mac, Can we move 6 x Win licensed versions of Acrobat Pro 9 to Mac?

We have 6 x Win Acrobat 9 Pro licenses - Any recommendations on how we could utilise these licensed versions on the new system and or is there an upgrade path?

There is no normal upgrade path, all usual purchases stay in the same platform. So you could upgrade to Acrobat Pro 11 for Windows.
However, there is such a thing as a "crossgrade" to cross platforms. If you had Acrobat Pro 11 for Windows, and contacted Adobe they MIGHT sell a crossgrade. Equally they MIGHT sell you a crossgrade from Acrobat Pro 9 Windows to Acrobat Pro 11 Mac. They will not sell, so far as we hear, a crossgrade from Acrobat Pro 9 Windows to Acrobat Pro 9 Mac; licenses for unsupported versions are never sold.
You might also want to look at volume licensing.
