Where is 'purchased' tab?

I purchased Mountain Lion a while ago for my iMac, and now I need to install it on my Macbook Pro. I've researched and read I need to go to the App Store and click on 'Purchased', but for the life of me I cannot find where the 'Purchased' tab is. Can someone please provide a link to help me find it.
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested, clicked on 'Purchases' entered my ID. I found the Mountain Lion purchase, clicked on 'download', and absolutely nothing happens. Actually, the 'download' turns white for about 3 seconds, then reverts back to blue, but will not show download screen. I have preferences set to download to my desktop.
There are no download Preferences for an OSX installation.
Do it again and leave the Purchases Tab open, you can see the progress from there.
This will take a long time, be patient.

  • Where is the Purchased tab in 2nd Generation iTouch's iTunes

    hello Peoples,
I'm trying to get an SD version of a TV show on my iTouch using the cloud on iTunes (on the iTouch) but I can't find the purchased tab? Where is it! Would this have to do with restrictions?
the tabs I have for iTunes are only: Music, Videos, Search, Genius, Ping, Podcasts, Audiobooks, iTunes U and Downloads. No purchased tab. I do have some restrictions on my iTouch but I'm not sure if this would have an effect. Would I also have to do something in the computer iTunes?
    Thankssssss

It's not a tab.  First, select the iTunes store on the panel on the left side.  Then look to the extreme right.

  • Conditions in Purchasing tab of MM41/42

    Hi Experts,
Purchasing tab of Article Master(MM42) has block to enter Conditions.
This consists of Net Price, Effective Price, Condition Group, Incoterms.
In case of only some vendors Net Price and Effective Price are visible.
For other vendors only Condition Group and Incoterms are visible.
What is criterion for MM42 screen to decide  to show Net Price or not? Where can it bee seen.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hello,
Please use transaction ME13 to see all information of purchasing record, which is the source for article
    data in purchasing view.
Some information is visible, I think they were maintained at pur.org or site level which you input in initial screen when you run MM42.

  • HT2589 Why did the App store make me purchase Pages again?  I already bought Pages, Keynote and Numbers for my Ipad and I want to download them on my Mac Book Pro and they aren't in the purchases tab.

Why did the app store make me purchase Pages again?  I already bought Pages, Numbers and Keynote for my Ipad and want to download them onto my Mac Book and they aren't in the purchases tab.  I thought I would try clicking on the buy button for Pages, thinking, it would say I already purchased this app, but it didn't.  Where are all my purchases?  I used the same Apple ID I use for all my Apple devices.  Help!  I really don't want to buy them all again.

The version of Pages, Keynote and Numbers for the Mac will be different than the iOS version and will require a separate purchase.

  • Manufacturer number in purchasing tab in mm01/02/03

    Hi experts,
the manufacturer number field in the purchasing tab in mm01/02/03 is not displayed. Where can I do the customizing to let it show?
    Best regards,

    Hi Jürgen,
I have already tried that. Still I do not have the field. In purchasing tab the "other data/manufacturer data" area can be seen. But not the manufacturer number field.
    Thank you for your reply.

  • Purchased tab not working

Hi. I updated to ios 5. After none of my apps came along which was no biggy i will just redownload. The store loads fine except purchased tab where moving between screens is taking anywhere up to 5 mins. Down loads once i can get to them are nice and quick.
    Any one else notice this?

It isn't 10.7.  I purchased Lion last night and downloaded it on my MB Pro.  Now when I go into the App Store on my iMac, I can't get to my purchases to load it on that machine. It is still running 10.6.8.  Think it may be something wrong with the App Store servers and they aren't updating.

  • Update default Buyer in Inventory (Under Purchasing tab)

    Hi all,
Please explain the steps of updating the Default Buyer in Inventory Mater Item form under Purchasing tab.
Scenario here is I need to update 25000+ records. So apart from simple update statement on mtl_system_items_b, is there any API to do that task ?
    Thanks,
    AdamGil.

    Hi Sandeep,
Are there any complications if we update the buyer_id in mtl_system_items_b table directly using below update statement.
    UPDATE mtl_system_items_b SET BUYER_ID=123
    WHERE (SEGMENT1,buyer_id) IN(
    SELECT SEGMENT1,BUYER_ID
    FROM mtl_system_items_b msib
    WHERE buyer_id=456) ;

  • Cannot see the "purchased tab" in iTunes app

A week ago, my iPhone 4 was accidently removed and deleted from my iCloud account, which means all the content was removed from it. And ofcourse i was not prepared, but i was stupid enough to not backup my music and all that stuff. And my music was gone. Then i found this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 , where it's described how to locate and redownload your music from iTunes. But this tab is not showing up anywhere on my iPhone. And neither on my iPad (3rd gen). Any suggestion? :-)
Btw my iPhone 4 is running iOS 5.1.1

Try this from iTunes on a computer
Make sure itunes is up to date, click Help > Check for update if you are on windows.
When you click on iTunes Store in iTunes, and the store pulls up, make sure you are signed in to the itunes store (Should see your appleid or "Sign IN" at the top right of the store)
once you are signed in, the purchased tab is listed on the right with a big blue "NEW" bubble next to it
use that to download any missing content to your computer, and then sync it to the phone
if you do not see the purchased tab on the phone then you are not up to date with your os software, or you are looking in the wrong place

  • I have a big mess-most of my files in purchased tab have exclamation point

Most of my files in purchase tab have exclamation point and will not play. However they are in my library and I can play. Most files in my library are duplicate or even triplicate and at least one of the duplicates has an exclamation point. Also seems that my ipod is trying to sync doubles...causing memory size problems.
I have recently consoladated files to an external drive following apple's instructions however think that this has contributed.
    Please help.

    Hi, TBJAPAN.
Why don't you try deleting the extra entries in the iTunes display and see where that leaves you.

  • BOM-Purchasing tab

    Hi,
In BOM creation..there is tab name "Purchasing"..not in active condition...why is it for???& how to activate
    this tab??
    Thanks
    Sathish

    Hi satish
Please let me know why do u want to activate this tab. As far as my knowledge is concerned there is no relationship between the BOM and Purchasing as far as the Oracle Flow is concerned.. Even i dont see any where in the User Guide they are talking about the Purchasing Tab in Bills of Material window. I guess this may be for some future purpose..
Please let me know if u know more about it..
    Thanx

  • Help! Purchased tab in app store disappeared??

I've always had the purchased tab in the AppStore on my iPad since I bought it..... And today suddenly it disappeared.... Any suggestions how I can get it back? There's only 5 tabs in my AppStore now to choose from as opposed to 6 ..... since the purchased tab is suddenly gone......?

I have no idea as to why. Another option would be to connect to iTunes and select all of your purchased apps and drag them to the iPad.
While you are connected to iTunes, you might also try right clicking on the name of your iPad where it appears under the "DEVICES" section in iTunes, and then clicking on Restore from Backup. Any data between the backup and now would be lost, but reloading from an earlier point where the problem did not exist may fix the issue. As a last resort, you could repeat the process but set it up as a new iPad. Once you sign into the store, the purchased tab should be there.

  • Purchased tab in "App Store" app doesn't work when AppleID is not an email address.

After updated my iPhone and iPad to iOS 6 (both 6.0&6.0.1), Purchased tab in "App Store" app doesn't work when AppleID is not an email address. This happened since 6.0 and I hope that it will be fixed in6.0.1 but it doesn't.
When I tap at Purchased tab in iPad App Store or Purchased bar in Updates tab in iPhone App Store, it just hang on "Loading...", but when I changed to other AppleID, it works. Apparently, my AppleID is not an email address but the other AppleID is an email address.
Not sure where to send my feedback to Apple about this issue.

  • ITunes "Purchased" tab not showing on my iPad

    Hey guys,
I hope I am in the right section of this support community page:
Allthough iTunes in the Cloud is available in my country, the purchased tab is not appearing on iTunes on my iPad.  I tried signing out and and back in but nothing helps. Strangely I can activate the automatic downloads tab for music under settings --> Store. Oh and by the way, the purchased tab appears and works just fine on my iPhone.
This support document by Apple just says where I can find the tab on my iPad but doesn't resolve my issue :-( http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519
My iPad 2 is running on iOS 5.0.1.
Can anyone help me out here?
    Thanks in advance, mummi

Ok, now I am really confused !
Yesterday after doing the steps mentioned by me abvoe (reseting the settings) the purchased tab appeard in iTunes, today it's gone again...

  • How to retrieve apps after a complete iPod reset? The "App_Store Updates Purchase" tab isn't working!

    Hey Apple Community,
I have a problem, but every problem has a story, so let me explain that first.
Let's start of by saying that I bought my 32 Gb iPod in February, 2012.
Over the course of the last 21 monts there have been about 370+ different apps on it (not all at ones of course). Of which I purchased about 26. I should also mension that my iPod hasn't been Jailbreaked at any point of time (I just don't trust it).
Yesterday, I wanted to put some new songs and video's on it. So I connected my iPod to my PC (I use windows 8). When I opened, It told me that there was a new system update (iOS 6.1.5). Because I 'was' in a good mood and had the time, I pressed "Download and Install". The updates usually take some time to install so I minimalized iTunes and opened FireFox (to check my e-mail and watch some video's). About 8 minutes later, I got a notification from Windows telling me that iTunes had crashed. At that point the update wasn't done installing. I restarted my PC (just to be sure) and opened iTunes again. It immediately openened a notification, telling me that there was a damaged iPod connected to my PC. The only option I had was to restore it, which would mean that my iPod would get reset to it's manufacture settings. You can imagine that this sounded disturbing. Fortunately it also stated that I would get the option to restore it (to the way it was before the update/crash) after the reset. This would be done using the automated back-up system of iTunes. I started the reset and didn't touch my PC nor iPod until it was finished (just to be sure). Then I used the given 'restore to old state' option (the just installed version won't chance by doing this). After finishing, I immediately noticed that all of the apps that I installed were missing. In total about 100+ apps (about 60-70+ games, 30-40+ remaining apps). However I did get my photo's back (which are now backed up), that's nice! along with my music and video's. The missing apps are reinstallable but the saves aren't. Imagion 21 monts worth of game saves gone in a flash for more then 60 games. Of the 100+ app there are about 30 that I really want back, however I am unable the recall all of the names.
So I went into the App_Store > Updates > Purchased tab. Here comes the real problem. The purchase tab doesn't load, it isn't even displaying the choice to switch from 'all' to 'not on this device'. I've tried some things to get is to work again: restart my iPod, log out and back in my iOS accant (in the app store) and a combination of the last 2 things. This didn't work however.
    My questions are:
    1) Is this problem fixable? If yes, how?
    2) If not, what would be the second best option of retrieving the missing apps?
    Thanks before hand,
    Sebgear

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar
Also, you should be able to redownload via iTunes on the computer. See that method included here:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
