Where is Stickies Widget information saved?

I was having issues with iPhoto and the only thing that fixed it was a clean install of Snow Leopard. I just backed up my user folder with SuperDuper since I wanted to start out fresh and then only add my user files and the applications I use now. I've got everything backed up but I just remembered that I didn't copy some info I had written down in the Stickies widget. I'm not sure if that info is saved in my user directory but hopefully it is saved somewhere in there. Is there is widgets folder or temp file I can copy from my backed up user directory into the clean install. Thanks a lot!

I am not able to retrieve a stickie note through my time machine even if I go to my home/library/stickiesdatabase. all that comes up is a blank white page. I pushed restore and the stickie I was looking for did not appear. I don't save them because I did not think I needed to... I thought time machine automatically restored your computer to the way it was on the certain date you go to. In fact, I am not sure how to save a stickie, it is not under the file options. I usually just cut and paste it to a document and then save the document. Does this sound right? they are just not retrievable once you have put them in the trash?

  • Transaction FPCOPARA: where is the "print paramenters" saved?

    Hello friends,
My first exposure to transaction FPCOPARA, therefore not too sure as to how it works. I guess you can use this transaction to display info about a correspondence which has already been updated or printed.
I supply the "DATE ID" and "IDENTIFICATION" and press enter.  I can then display all sorts of information about any given correspondence. When I click on the "print parameters" tab, I get information about the "output device" to which the thing was sent.
But for the life of me, I can't figure out where in SAP is this "output device" information saved! It must be saved somewhere on the system right? But where? I mean where does SAP retrieve this information?
    Thanks for your help.

What's the content of the parameter
    icm/host_name_full
    (check using RZ11).
Does this return the proper full qualified hostname? If yes,  check the hosts file and/or DNS of the server whether the IP resolves to the proper name and vice versa.

  • Where is the Grouping field saved to?

    Hello.....
I need an answer to this because I can't seem to find it anywhere.
When you enter information into the grouping field for any track, where is that information saved to? Is it embedded into the song's file, or is it saved to the iTunes .itl file, or both?
I ask because I'd like to type "5 stars" or whatever in this field, so that way, if anything happens to my .itl file, and I'm unable to recover my song ratings that way, I'll have this as backup. All I'll have to do is select all songs that say "5 stars" in the grouping field, click "get info", and rate them all 5 stars....and I'm good to go. I'm pretty sure that the "Comments" field saves to the .itl file.....so that's of no use obviously.
If anyone has a concrete answer, please let me know. Thanks!

I just tried it with an MP3.  Grouping and Comments are saved to the file.  Rating is not.

  • Where can I find information about using the Mozilla Help web pages?

There is simply too much information offered for me ( a neurologically disabled person - specifically with working memory difficulties [dyslexia, dyspraxia/DCD] ) and all one can do is write yet another new question - which will probably be a repeat of what has been asked before in a different way and increase the already existing mass of information for the next enquirer to 'wade; through!

  • Can't change font in Stickies widget

Okay, I know this is a small thing, but for some reason I am unable to change the font in the Stickies widget that comes with Tiger. The strange thing is when I first used it, I was able to type in Marker Felt no problem. Then for some reason it just stopped working. I have all the necessary fonts in my Font Book; Stickies just doesn't appear to be accessing them. I've reloaded the widget several times. Any guesses?

    Magritte,
First of all save any important notes that you may have using a word processing program.
Then find the widget-com.apple.widget.stickies.plist file in your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences folder, drag it to the Desktop and log out/in or restart and let us know what happens.

  • Specifying where Reminders and Notes are saved.

I can't get my head around where the agenda pulls it's data from and where notes should be saved and the same with reminders.
I'd like reminders to be editable on my computer or emailed to me or, at least, somewhere where I will see them later.
Notes; same thing. Can they simply be emailed to me rather than saved in some unknown location?
I'm a bit confused about where all these bits are saved and how I can access them all from my computer and specify where they are saved.
    anyone figured all this out?
    Thanks.

  • Where are stored the informations of the ADF structures?

I'm working with ADF tecnology and JSP.
I'm in a browse page in update phase on the View Object A and I need open (with an html anchor <a href... ) another browser page in which are displayed data of another View Object B.
coming back on the first browse page, when I try to submit the modify data in the View Object A, I've observed that I lose the DataControls that I had previously for this context, in particular the result of ctx.getBindingContext().findDataControl("AppModuleDataControl") is null.
How can I reobtain the value of the DataControls of the first browse page on update phase?
How can I reobtain all the context? where are stored the informations of the ADF structures(session, request...)?

  • How is the 'import-packages' information saved in the database, and how long?

    Hello,
I am  developping a ECM Connector for Adobe LiveCycle ES, which is a customized component.
1 - Who should I contact to have some specific support  ?
There is no detailed information yet on this on the adobe site  (http://livedocs.adobe.com/livecycle/8.2/programLC/programmer/help/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/w whelp.htm?href=000931.html&accessible=true) .
If you  think that I should address my problem to another department of Adobe, please  tell me which department?
I give you another description of my problem. In fact, I have  been investigating on it.
2 - If I  put this in my component.xml file, in step  1:
    <component-id>com.rsd.adobe.livecycle.RSDFoldersConnector</component-id>
    <version>1.0</version>
    <import-packages><package  version="1.0">com.rsd.simpleApiFolders</package>  </import-packages>
If I change the  version to 1.1 and remove the  'import-packages' (in step 2) , will the new component need the  com.rsd.simpleApiFolders package. It seems that is still needs it.
3 - How is the  'import-packages' information saved in the  database, and how  long?
In  fact, on thursday, I used 'import-packages'  to make a test. And since them, I  can not deploy any of my components.
    LiveCycle throws a  ClassNotFoundException.
    ALC-DSC-000-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.DSCRuntimeException:  Internal error.

    [java] at  com.adobe.idp.dsc.DSContainerSearchPolicy.searchClassUsingParentFirst(DSContainerSearchPo licy.java:234)
    Thank you in advance
    Regards.

1 - Who should I contact to have some specific support  ?
That would depend on your Adobe support contract and if your organization has a TAM assigned.  You should check with your organization's Adobe contact and see what support options your organization has purchased.
Having said that, this forum has a few people that may be able to help (but the forum does not have a SLA associated with it)
2 - If I  put this in my component.xml file, in step  1:
    <component-id>com.rsd.adobe.livecycle.RSDFoldersConnector</component-id>
    <version>1.0</version>
    <import-packages><package  version="1.0">com.rsd.simpleApiFolders</package>  </import-packages>
If I change the  version to 1.1 and remove the  'import-packages' (in step 2) , will the new component need the  com.rsd.simpleApiFolders package. It seems that is still needs it.If your component class needs the simpleApiFolders class then yes, you still need it.  Think of import-packages like a class-path statement (but with packages and not jars).  Its not physically moving the package into your application, but allowing you to access it from another container.
3 - How is the  'import-packages' information saved in the  database, and how  long?
As far as I know they are not imported into the database. As I stated above, I believe that the import-packages just allows you to point to classes that are in the app server's classpath, but are not physically in you component jar file.  As long as that class is in the app server class-path (or in the Adobe EAR file) then you should be able to access it.  Is the jar file containing the simpleApiFolders class in the app server's lib directory?

  • CS6 Beta ended by crash - How/Where to keep my Auto-Saved Recovered file ?

    Hello,
I was working on Photoshop CS6 beta on Lion OSX since one month with no problem.
Yesterday seemed to be the last day of use (1st june annonced however) and Photoshop CS6 Beta shutted down since I was working on it.
On the re-opening it asks for a licence key so I try to buy one month rental on the e-shop but the 3 bank cards tested failed. So I gave a call to the commercial service and they told me that they do not take in charge rental but only full licence and that I can download the trial for one more month if I want to.
So, I will replace the beta by the trial.
    But :
    - How can I keep my Auto-saved Recovered file I was working on when crashing (pretty important work)
    - Where the recovered file is saved on the hard-drive ? And, can I make it works whith CS6 non-beta ?
A lot of thanks in advance for your help.
    Kind Regards

As I understand it - having not (fortunatley) had the opportunity to test this - if PS crashes and you have auto-save switched on, you need to re-launch PS and it will automatically open with the recovered file(s) in the state they were at when auto-save last saved them. Auto-save stores files temporarily in a special folder that's located at the same file path as your scratch disk location. (My scratch disk is at root level on a seperate drive, so it's easy to see the auto-save folder if I look there, but if you can locate your scratch disk, you should see the auto-save folder also.)
Of course, the fact that you can no longer open PS is going to present a problem here. I'm not sure if you could re-access the file via the trial version once that was installed and pointing to the same scratch disk area.
I might have got this wrong, but I think it's correct... Feel free to disprove my post!

  • Where is data of containers saved in Workflow?

    Hi all,
Please help me about a table/place where the container data is saved, especially in workflow.
As we know, when a workflow (eg, leave request) run and need an apporval from the chief, then the chief will click the request in his inbox.. suddenly the data that already input by requester before (it could be a couple days ago), arise.
I wonder how the container data is saved and retrieved.
    Can anybody explain this problem...
    Thanks in advance
    drikavide

    Hi Drikavide
The data is stored in SWW_CONT and SWW_CONTOB.  But the best way to work with the containers is to use the function modules SAP_WAPI_READ_CONTAINER to read container for a workitem and SAP_WAPI_WRITE_CONTAINER to update the container.  This is due to the fact the tables do not show the context (interms of the specific workitem) without significant ABAP in the leadup.
Best bet is, if you need to work with a container programatically, use the WAPIs and you can be sure you won't damage your system.
    Regards

  • Where is security relevent information such as Password for ITS are stored?

where is security relevent information such as Password for ITS are stored?

Single Sign-On with User ID and Password
    Purpose
The Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism with user name and password provides an alternative for applications that cannot accept and verify SAP logon tickets. With this SSO mechanism the Portal Server uses user mapping information provided by users or administrators to give the portal user access to external systems. The portal components connect to the external system with the user’s credentials.
As the user's user ID and password are sent across the network, you should use a secure protocol such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for sending data.
    Process Flow
There are different procedures depending on the requirements.
    Single Sign-On to SAP Systems
You can access SAP Systems that do not support SAP logon tickets via Single Sign-On with user ID and password. These are SAP Systems with release 3.1I. For more information, see Configuring SSO with User ID and Password to SAP Systems.
Single Sign-On to non-SAP systems via a Java iView developed specifically for the customer
The system must be defined in the system landscape. For details, see Creating Systems.
The administrator or user must map user data to user data in the system. For more information, see User Mapping.
The iView through which the user tries to access the system must be programmed to get the mapped user data from the data repository and write the user credentials (user ID and password) in a header field of the request. The system can then log on the user with these credentials. This can be done using the Java APIs provided with SAP Enterprise Portal.
