Where is support page?

In the Help to the App Store application, there is text here and there that if one have more questions, one should press "Support" in the quick links section.
But, that refer to a web page that does not exist.
When pressing "Support" in Quick Links, one end up at http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/, a link that does not exist.

I called support about another issue and they advised me to use the support links at the itunes store support page http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ . I'm skeptical, but I gave it a shot. I'll know in 48 hours if it's going to do any good.

Satellite L650-111 - Where is support page?

Hello,
I bought this computer a month ago and I thought I might check the support page for this laptop for any new updates. I clicked the link in Toshiba Tempro (support for my PC or something like that) and when opened my browser there was an error saying that my product haven't been found. So I typed my serial code in and also tried the automatic recognition of the system, which both came up with the same error.
Even on that list "Find your laptop manually" i haven't seen not only my model but entire series (L650) wasn't there. Is this in any way related to the problem I am having recently ("Toshiba Service Station has stopped working")?
Please also explain me what to do in this case. I have tried manually uninstalling and re-installing the service station but the problem persists.

As far as I know Toshiba service station is not downloadable and it is part of recovery image so all you can try is to check if this application is enabled for automatic start with OS (start > run > msconfig > start-up).
Hopefully it starts with OS every time when you start your notebook. If not I really dont know what to do except to install OS again but it is not real solution.
Other way I dont understand why you dont want to hear advice from some guys here. All preinstalled stuff will not be updated soon, some new versions will be mostly offered with new notebook models and what can be eventually updated is BIOS (must not be done risky).
Enjoy your notebook and dont worry about Toshiba updates. Install Microsoft updates (important updates). They are more important as update of some Toshiba tools that you will probably not use so often.

I have a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 macbook pro that has lion installed when I recieved it, according to the support pages AHT is supposed to work over the internet if it wasn't installed, Mine wasn't and it doesn't work. Where can I download it from?

Apple Hardware Test is included on the DVDs that are shipped with some Macintosh computers. If the copy on your hard drive becomes unavailable, use the DVDs to run Apple Hardware Test.
For Intel-based Apple computers that shipped with Mac OS X v10.5.4 or earlier, Apple Hardware Test is located on the Mac OS X Install Disc 1 and should be included with your computer.
For Apple computers that shipped with Mac OS X v10.5.5 to 10.6.7, Apple Hardware Test is located on the Applications Install Disc 2 and should be included with your computer.
For some Apple computers that shipped with OS X Lion, if Apple Hardware Test cannot be found on the hard drive, an Internet-based version starts up instead.
This doesn't work as the additional information statement says it should above. Could someone at apple give me an idea of where to get it or what the "REAL" solution is, since it doesn't work on an internet version which was confirmed today at the Genius Bar in the Apple store.

I held mine down for about 40-50 seconds. Then I lookat at my routers WAN light and it was flickering so I let up on the d key.
If that does not work then maybe there is something wrong with your MBP. Is that the reason you want to run this test, something isn't right with your unit?

Apple support page doesn't recognize my serial number of my iphone 5. Instead it have another iPhone 5 serial number that I don't know where it comes from

I was reading on the internet that Apple just made an iPhone 5 battery replacement program and that I need to provide the serial number to see if my iPhone cualify for the replacement. So i went to the support page where i found the link to the replacement program and just need to put my iPhone serial number and see if it cualify something that i was sure it will because the one that were affected are the one that where bought between septermber 2012 (the month i bought it) and january 2013. When i click submit i got a message that says .
When i saw that "I already replaced the battery" I log in to my account on the support page and I didn't found my actual and only iPhone 5 i have registered in my products, BUT i have another iPhone 5 case open and 3 services to that iPhone 5 i don't know and its not mine. That iPhone have another very different serial number and when i check the services they have done are from an Apple Store in California and I from Puerto Rico.
Can someone explain me what to do or anyone have this same problem, tell me

It's possible that if they serviced your phone before, they replaced the entire unit making you ineligible for the battery replacement. Have you had your iPhone replaced thought Applecare recently?

Where is the Sony XZ1S C6916 support page?!?! Has Sony stopped support for this device?

Im new to sony community so please take it easy on me. I was able to access support information from sonys own xperia z1s support page. But as of last night, that page is no longer existent and any searches for C6916 redirect me to the Z1 support page with no information on Z1S. Has sony stopped supporting this device?

I wouldn't like to say as the Z1s is a T-mobile specific locked phone and may have security features in place to only allow network signals via their firmware

Time Capsule Firmware Update 7.5.1 - Where's "download" on support page?

Hey there -
There is no "download" button available on the apple.com/support page for the latest Firmware Update (7.5.1) for the Time Capsule.
Wouldn't care if my device would automatically bring in the update. But, it won't. It's still sitting with the 7.4.2 firmware version.
Any ideas how to get the Time Capsule Firmware Update 7.5.1 to download?

According to this Apple Web page

that update is "for the latest Time Capsule and AirPort Extreme Base Station (Late 2009)". If in AirPort Utility the menu item AirPort Utility -> Check for Updates results in the message "No updates to AirPort Utility or any of your AirPort wireless devices are available at this time" (which is the case for the Time Capsule I bought in August of last year), then it would seen that update doesn't apply to your Time Capsule.

Drivers not available on the support page for my model

After having a hell time resolving the issue of multiply broswers opening and constantly refreshing I am now having issues downloading my driver package. During the process of trying to solve my browser problem I installed a fresh out of the box new installation of Windows 7 Ulitmate as I thought that my recovery was corrupted. In doing this I have lost all my drivers and initial software that was from the factory install. Then to top that off I have gone to the support page to load drivers from here and it doesnt work there are no drivers listing and it just keeps searching. Can anyone show me where i can download the driver package for my specific model?

If you are using IE9, you have to enable the command bar at the top of the browser, then select the Tools drop down menu and select the Compatibility View Settings.
Then uncheck the Microsoft box. I forgot what the exact box is labeled. It is microsoft compatibility list or some such.
The refresh the page.

Where are iWeb pages stored/saved?

Hi all. I'm building my first website using iweb. there is one (of only 3 so far) page that is apparently corrupted. whenever i click on that page name in the sidebar, iweb crashes, so i can't delete it using the edit/delete page dialogue.
if i can find where my iweb pages are saved, i'll just go there and then drag the page to the trash....

The pages do not exist until you publish them. The elements that comprise the pages are stored in the Domain.sites2 file/package that's located in your User/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder.
Are there any messages in the Console regarding iWeb that might indicate what's causing the problem.
Aside from the above you can try the following: create a new site and drag the two working pages to it. Then click on the first site's folder icon and see if you can delete the entire site. If that works then all you need to do is recreate that one page.
Also be sure to make a backup of the domain file frequently. Saves a lot of rebuilding in case something goes south in that domain file.

Where is the page displaying deployed of pars in NW04 SP9 portal ?

We are using NW04 SP9 Portal.
In Portal 60SP2, I used to see the deployed pars, both by
the client and the SAP under 'System Configuration' -->
'Support' --> 'Portal Runtime' --> 'deployment' etc.,where
we can download the par and do some research if we want
to, especially with SAP deployed pars. Where did that page
go in SP9 release ? I only see the names of the par files
not the download buttons. Do we have to go thro' the file
system, to get the pars ?

System Configuration>Support>Portal Runtime-->Browse Deployment
to browse all the deployed components and also to download.
If you have PDK installed you can do the same by going to
Java Development-->Portal Browser

Do you have any anti-virus running. I've seen some reports on here where av software can sometimes prevent connections to certain sites.

Software Update says my system is up to date. How do I get the latest Preview described here? If I could get the features described on this support page, it would be awesome.
I have been struggling with the Preview that came with Yosemite. When I add text it is always justified and I can't change any style properties. Preview always opens without thumbnails, but I want thumbnails.

Barney-15E, thanks for pointing out the A icon to change the style of text that I create. I overlooked that completely.
Eric Root, what I meant was that I want preview to always open in Thumbnail mode. But I think I figured that one out. There is a Preview Preference tab for PDF which has an option of "Always show sidebar" when Opening for the first time.
It was helpful but perplexing to know from Barney-15E that Preview support docs are not up to date. Except, I never saw such features in Preview, so maybe that doc is a description of things to come?
While googling around, I also found many people had the same complaint I do about another feature: the Text box always positions in the middle of the page, rather than where you first click on the document. Apparently I'm not the only one who found Preview really lacking with the Yosemite release. Someone even figured out how to install the prior Preview 7.0 version...

It's been available in beta form from nokia beta labs for months and it isn't very good (in my opinion).
I prefer to use normal pc suite.
Both versions can be installed on the same PC. Give it a try and see what you think about it.

Occasionally my computer seems to go off on a frolic of its own - lights on, whirring, very slow to respond to my instructions, etc. Recently I noticed a message in the bottom right corner of my screen along the lines 'Choose what I share' There was an explanation that Mozilla sent Firefox information [or vice versa] and a claim this somehow made my life better. No. It is not free unless the phone was originally purchased less than 90 days ago or you have an active AppleCare agreement.
Where did you get the phone? This is almost always a symptom of a phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.
