I have CS4 Web Premium -  I am trying to look at the Adobe Cloud options for the 2015 compatible products.  However...under my registered products...only Acrobat is listed...I also have the CS$ Web Premium Adobe product.  When I type in the serial # from the original Adobe CS 4 dvd's package I get a "product already registered"...but I can not find it's registration on any Adobe page and it doesn't show up under registered products on the Adobe Cloud page(s)
Since it's registered...how/where do I find this verification...

  • I would like to use the windows explorer open dialog box instead of the adobe open dialog box. How can I change that?

I would like to use the windows explorer open dialog box instead of the adobe open dialog box. How can I change that?

The top screenshot is the Windows Open dialog box. All File > Open... commands in all Windows programs bring it up.   Try File > Open in Notepad for example.
It belongs to Windows not Adobe. You cannot change this because there is no such thing as an Adobe Open dialog box.
The bottom screenshot is Windows Explorer. It is Windows' OS File Browser, not an Open dialog.  It is not called up by Photoshop or any Windows program.
You have to click on "My Computer" or a Folder icon to get to it. You can double-click a psd, jpeg or other image file in the Explorer window so that it opens in Photoshop.
There is Adobe Bridge and Minibridge   Alt + Ctrl + O or File > Browse in Bridge

Where on the Adobe website can I find a link for a free PDF to text converter?

I am trying to find a link to a free Adobe 'PDF to text' converter that I can refer users of my website to.
This is for users who's screen reader software is not compatible with Adobe Reader.
Up until last week I was refering my users to the following webpage, but now that link no longer works as the tool must have been moved.  I am just trying to find the new location:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html
    Can anyone advise?
    Thanks

  • Where's the "show all" option in Spotlight?

Where's the "show all" option in Spotlight? Currently I only see a list of the first few things Spotlight has found. Where's the option to show all of them in the Finder? I can't find it.

    Hello there, Tom in London.
The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great information in regard to the Spotlight preferences in Yosemite:
    OS X Yosemite: Spotlight preferences
    Search Results pane
Choose which categories appear in Spotlight search results: Select the categories you want to include, deselect those you don’t.
By default, Spotlight results include Spotlight Suggestions, Bing Web Searches, conversions, documents, folders, music, and more.
If you don’t want your Spotlight search queries and Spotlight Suggestions usage data sent to Apple, you can turn off Spotlight Suggestions by deselecting the Spotlight Suggestions and Bing Web Searches checkboxes. You can also turn off Location Services for Spotlight Suggestions in Security & Privacy preferences. If you turn off Location Services on your Mac, your precise location will not be sent to Apple. For detailed instructions and information, see About Spotlight Suggestions.
Change the order of results: Drag the categories until they’re in the order you want.
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
    Cheers,
    Pedro.

  • PSE8 for Mac.  Where is the slide show option in the Mac version?

I just watched an Adobe TV video on how to do a slide show in PSE8, but when I go to my CREATE tab, the only slide show option is "PDF Slide Show" and when I click it, it bounces me back to Adobe Bridge and gives me a very limited set of Playback options and then produces a PDF document and not a slide show.  Where is the Create Slide Show in the Mac version of PSE8?

    Hello,
The not-so-satisfactory answer is that, that's all there is: the pdf slideshow file is output from Bridge and plays (in my case) with Adobe Acrobat.   That is, Adobe Reader will also open the pdf and play / progress at whatever time interval is selected with the Bridge pdf maker controls.
I agree: that you have to start by selecting the pdf creation in Pse 8 -which then bounces you to Bridge - is quite unintuitive.    I'm just supposing that, since Bridge is literally the "bridge" to this process, it made sense to follow this logic when creating the Pse / Bridge software.

  • Where is the i pod options gone

got i tunes version 6 and under edit prefrences it says no i pod connected but its connected and its updating tunes on to it i want to enable disk function on the i pod but theres no options available i dont no where its gone but i need to find it asap thanks mr roberts

In your future posts, please use punctuation to distinguish where your sentences end and to clarify your message. Considering I can't understand most of what you wanted, I can only provide you with a little information. Try exploring the iTunes 6 interface, because sometimes with updates of the iTunes programs, iTunes changes. The features are slightly improved or sometimes even moved. This goes for most "lost features." With this problem, however, report back to me if your iTunes shows the iPod source list and updates your iPod. If it is connected and the iPod is in the source list, you can get the same iPod Options when you right click and select iPod Options in the Source list. (I just checked, and it is the same menu.) There are always little hidden "back-doors" into the computer - if you can't do something one way, there has to be a way that it will work. Sometimes they are hidden, and hard to possibly think of, or other times they are in the plain open view. Working a computer and iTunes always takes a little bit of patience and some time.

  • Where are the Adobe PDF Presets stored?

I am doing some video lessons and would like to clean up the Adobe PDF Presets menu in the Export as PDF dialog box.
    Where are they stored?
I've looked through the many folders on my machine called "Presets" but can't find them.

Here's a great opportunity to file a feature request. In InDesign CS5.5, Preferences > File Handling displays the location of recovery files, and offers users the option to choose a custom location. It would be a great logical step to make the locations of the various presets and other stored items available and also offer users the option to customize. Care to file a request in the usual place - Adobe Feature Request or Bug Report form.
As preferences, these details are out of the way, yet are much easier to find than searching through a disk's file system.
