Where is the "Auto-hide" feature for Jdev 9.0.3
According to the feature list

1. Set dockable windows to auto-hide.

Question is how and which windows can be set to auto-hide?
Anyone?

There is a small icon on the right-hand side of the title-bar on each of the dockable windows, that is suppose to look like a pin, pressing this will enable the shuttering of that window. To turn it off again you need to press the pin icon again.

I just upgraded from 10.7 to 10.8 and while going through the feature list I wanted to look more closely at the all-new features for China. However, it looks like most them are not there.
OS X Mountain Lion brings all-new support for many popular Chinese features and services. The dictionary app now includes the Standard Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese. Improved text input makes typing in Chinese easier, faster, and more accurate. With eight new fonts, your writing can appear formal, informal, or fun. Mail works with QQ, 163, and 126. Baidu, the leading Chinese search provider, is a built-in option in Safari. Now you can post to the web right from the app you’re in. Post videos with Youku and Tudou. Post to Sina Weibo, the popular microblogging service. And share easier than ever. All these new services are easy to set up on your Mac.
I've not been able to find anything about the new services that OS X integrates with. For example, in Safari I can only choose between Google, Yahoo and Bing. In QuickTime Player I can only upload to YouTube and Vimeo, and the only microblogging service I can add is Twitter.Z. Zepto wrote:

Where are the Flash CS6 features for animators?
It looks to me that Flash CS6 is quite a letdown to me. Almost none of what I wanted went through.
No 64-bit support (Seriously? Yeah, even 32-bit programs run better in 64-bit OS*, but native 64-bit support is still desirable), no Photoshop application frame (Why, Adobe? Why Photoshop and Illustrator and no one else?), and I don't see any new drawing features featured in the website. The only thing I (remotely) liked would be the maximum canvas sixe finally going up to 8192 pixels.
Just saying that this release is quite a letdown to me. It's basically CS5.5 with extra export options that I'm never going to need.
I'll see how much 3D support this version will have. Maybe that part will change my opinion.
* The idea of using a 32-bit OS in a modern multimedia workstation is a joke. You can't use more than about 3.5 GB of physical RAM across the entire OS. If you're using multiple 32-bit applications, 64-bit OS is more desirable. And I'm talking about Windows here; I don't know how Mac memory management works.I would like to see all these features:

Where is the "import/export" feature for backingup/restoring bookmarks file?
In 3.6x, I could go to the Bookmarks tab and open the "Export bookmarks" and backup up my bookmarks to an external back up drive. Conversely, I could go to the Bookmarks tab and open the "Import bookmarks" and bring in a saved bookmark file. I upgraded to 9 this evening and, so far, in 9, for the life of me, I can't find the "Import bookmarks" / "Export Bookmarks" feature. In the past, I've experienced crashes whereby I've lost ALL of my bookmarks. With 3.6x, I could backup the bookmark file daily if I so desired but, with 9, I can't do it! HELP!

And, well, DUH!...I've used "Show all bookmarks" so many times, over the years, I simply forgot what it was called!...I would just go there, click on it and do my backups...When I went to do so, last night, with 9.0.1, I simply didn't recognize it and, thought "Show all bookmarks" would somehow "unpack" all the carefully-foldered bookmarks I've developed over the years...

What is the JavaScript function to disable the auto-loop feature for the Video Player Plus Widget?
I have PDF's with links to streaming video that play using the native video skin. The Video Player Plus widget auto starts the video by default.
Can someone please tell me how to disable this???
Thanks in advance!And in CS4, if there is not a matching Preset, you can choose the Desktop Preset, which will allow you to customize nearly every attribute to match your source footage. The name is a bit of a misnomer, but has been around for a long time. I would have called it the "Custom Preset," but Adobe never called.

Keep getting an error that states my billing info is incorrect, ever since I updated to 7.0.2!
Appears to be the zip code or middle initial...I am 99.9% sure it's the update that is causing the problem. The problem started for me after my first purchase once I updated on Tuesday. Oddly, but thankfully for some reason I had not updated my son's iPad to I OS 7, earlier today out of curiosity I attempted to make an in app purchase and it went through no problem still using OS 6. When I checked mine, I still cannot make purchases. Apple said earlier in the week it was my bank, then it must be that I am continuously entering info wrong. The info has to be correct if all the 1.99 hold charges they process for confirmation when updating payment info have shown up on my account. The question now is can they fix this a.s.a.p or how long can it take to get a patch if the cannot.

This issue comes up not infrequently and requires a bit of work so that it doesn't look fake. Your picture is made of two parts: Luminosity and color. The luminosity is by far the most important.. Try this:
Open the picture file after the faces have been swapped
Duplicate the background layer. Convert this background copy layer to black/white (e.g. via the Enhance menu)
On the background copy layer select the face that needs correction with one of the selection tools
Place the selected face on its own layer (CTRL+J)
The next step is to match the face layer with the b/w layer below. To do that, group a Brightness/contrast adjustment layer to the face layer, and play with the brightness and contrast sliders
Now, keep the face layer, and you can delete the desaturated (Background copy) layer
Open a blank layer at the top of the stack, and change the blending mode to color. Sample the skin color of the person whose skin color you are trying to match, then paint over the face which is on the layer from step #4
You may have to fine-tune by sampling color from other areas, or opening another brightness/contrast adjustment layer to fine-tune the luminosity -
I've been using numbers for iPad and I accidentally deleted a column. And the auto-save feature saved that and now I can't undo it. Does iCloud storage have backups of saved files from like 10 minutes ago? I have numbers synced to iCloud.
I tried to undo it but the app crashed.
I am hoping there's like a previously saved version of my file in iCloud somewhere.No, iOS does not do short term incremental back ups to iCloud such as you get with Time Capsule.It backs up when you do soo manually, or if set properly, when the device is plugged in and connected to WiFi. It will not have saved your changes as of 10 minutes prior.

Hi there.
I listened to podcast there were two things I found that helped me out. Both we're in the podcast app itself.
Firstly change the default sorting order. When looking at the list off episodes a available on your ios device tap on the description part at the top, this will bring up the settings for that podcast (subscribe mark as played etc) scroll to the Bottom and select oldest first. This will mean that if you are listening to the latest download it will stop at the end as there will be no more to play.
Secondly, and useful if listening to older podcasts in the list, you can use the timer to stop once the current episode has ended. To do this when you are in the podcast playback screen slide the "album artwork" up, revealing the playback options and nifty tape playing animation this is where you adjust playback speed and set a timer. The timer has a number of options to set playback to stop after set amount of time. However one of these options is to stop once the current episode you are listening to ends. This can also be current chapter if the podcast you are listening to supports chapters.

"Full screen" menu item and its keyboard short cut F11 stop working with Acrobat Reader. The Firefox top edge border does not hide once you have moved around in the Acrobat document. Therefore it is not possible to display PDF documents in a true full screen mode within Firefox. The auto-hide full screen mode works nicely with other Firefox windows, so apparently the Acrobat Reader add-on breaks the feature. Windows 7 64-bit.

Where did the "save as" feature go?
I just opened up a Pages document, after my Lion upgrade. I want to use the orginal document, make changes and save as a new document. However, when I clicked on "File" to go to the "Save As," I discovered it is no longer there. Where is the "Save As" feature now. This is, obviously, a crucial need.

The new HD cameras on the market will not allow you to record video from any source except for the lens.
I have HD cable box. I want to record my HD programs from cable (HBO, Starz, etc) to my camera, download the video to my Mac from the camera and then edit them in iMovie and create professional looking movie DVD's in iMovie.
iMovie HD can work with mini DV HD cameras and HD video. I was not aware of a system requirement for working with HD content. -
We have consultants here packaging many of our Apps for deployment with Windows 7. We cannot find a way to turn off the auto update feature within iTunes for Windows. Has someone been successful in packaging iTunes for Windows and NOT do the auto update piece?
The Apple advice revolves around the editing the registry:

... but it's beyond my competence to advise how to work that particular registry edit into a deployment, I'm afraid. -
Screen Sharing scrolling, can the auto-pan feature be turned off?
I am using screen sharing from home on my MacBook Pro to connect to my Mac Pro at work and it performs really well in all respects but one. My Mac Pro has dual monitors, so Screen Sharing running on my MacBook Pro gives me the option of either scaling the larger screen down, which is not readable, or being able to scroll around the larger screen of my work machine. The problem is that Screen Sharing has the automatic pan feature so that if my mouse moves to the edge of the window showing the shared screen then it starts scrolling it. This is nice the first time you see it but quickly becomes annoying because every random mouse movement that takes me to the edge of the window, like moving the mouse out of that window to go the the dock or the menu of my MacBook Pro, starts scrolling the screen when I did not want it to. I find myself constantly re-centering the view of the shared screen in the window back to the position I want it in and I find this to be a very anti-productive waste of time. I would like the auto-pan feature disabled so that it will only scroll when I grab a scroll bar and move it. Is it possible to do this?

I'm having the exact same problem with a Toshiba Satellite P300 here. The multimedia button seems so sensitive that the laptop will turn on by itself after a while. I haven't been able to find a program to disable it. Has anyone found a solution to this? If you do, please send me an email at [email protected] (remove the nospam) so I can fix it once and for all.
