Where is the build setting for C99?
How do I change the build settings in my objective-C Cocoa project so that the compiler uses C99?
In particular, I want to be able to write
for (int i = 1; i < 100; ++i)
instead of
int i;
for (i = 1; i < 100; ++i)
And I want to be able to write
UInt64 myBigUnsigned = (1 << 63);
And I want to do lots of bitwise operations on UInt64 variables.
Also, are there any issues I should worry about doing these things?
James,
In particular, I want to be able to write
for (int i = 1; i < 100; ++i)</div>
Look at the C language Dialect setting in the Project Build settings. "Project" menu, -gt; "Edit Project Settings", then choose the "Build" tab. It's in the "Language" collection. There's a pop-up there and one of the choices is "C99".
Sorry I can't be much help on the rest.
best,
charlie

You are correct.
The privacy settings will be those of the "trial experience" and that has nothing to do with the APIP.

Where is the "threshold" setting for Image Trace in Illustrator CC 18.1.0?
I'm using IIlustrator CC 18.1.0 and when I use Image Trace the "threshold" slider is gone. This was actually the single most important adjustment for this tool. Is it hidden somewhere? I attached a screen shoot of my Image Trace window...

Logic 7.1 - Where's the buffer setting for DTDM/DAE?
Seems that I cannot find the buffer to vary my Digi HD setup. I can see the buffer process manager at the bottom of the driver setup menu (small,medium,large) but I would love to find the usual 128-1024 options that are the usual standard offerings. Any ideas? Is it hidden somewhere else or handled by " Digi Coreaudio Manager"? I'd love to minimize some of the artifacts I'm experiencing on larger instantiated files ....
Hello BassMan,
I don't know about the ProTools HD setup and I may be writing bull**, however in older systems you could change the buffer size just by opening the DAE program directly. If your Digi runs on DAE, may be it is worth a try.
Good luck,

Where can I find the update setting for my ipad 4 version?
The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

Where are the sample files for dreamweaver cs 5.5 on Adobe TV?
where are the sample files for Dreamweaver cs 5.5 on Adobe TV? video says there there, but there not! Video even shows where to find them, but there still not there! Were they just to big for Adobes servers to handle so the had to take them down to make space? : ) Please help, could really use them. Thanks! : )
CS5.5 is now 4 versions behind CS6, CC and CC2014.
This tutorial was written for CS5 and it works with CS5.5. You'll find the supporting files for it under Sample Files on the right.

Please have a look and guide where to find a problem
Thanks aheadHi Hooi,
I'd like to know whether you can build successfully in your local machine with MSBuild. You have to build succeed with MSBuild beore you can build with TFS Build since TFS build use MSBuild as its default compiler.
From the error message, you might build with wrong platform for your project. Please check if the build platfrom is proper. If you have customization of your build process template, it would be better to elaborate the reproduce steps and customization details.

Where did the print setting "Rewrap message to fit" go in Mail 7?
Where did the print setting "Rewrap message to fit" go in Mail 7?
All text prints too small. Settings for font size haven't changed and the emails print out much smaller than the view settings.
I don't see the options for "Rewrap message to fit" or "Keep fonts the same size".
Suggestions?I have the same problem. Text and the info with the "To" header all prints very small. I also cannot find the controls described. Just updated to Mavericks, never had problem before this. Same printer, and problem also occurs on another different model printer I tried for a test.
Mail ver 7.2
OSX 10.9.2

Hi gurus
In resource based throttling, what's the recommended setting for "Process memory usage" ("process virtual" in the resource based throttling tab of the UI) for a 64-bit host
on a 64-bit Windows OS?
According to MS (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee308808(v=bts.10).aspx):
"By default, the
Process memory usage throttling threshold is set to 25. If this value is exceeded and the BizTalk process memory usage is more than 300 MB, a throttling condition may occur. On a 32-bit
server, you can increase the Process memory usage value to 50. On a 64-bit server, you can increase this value to 100. This allows for more memory consumption by the BizTalk process before throttling
occurs."
Does this mean that 100 is the recommended setting for a 64-bit host on a 64-bit Windows?
Thanks
Michael Brandt LassenHi Michael,
Recommended setting is the default setting which is 25 .dot.
If your situation is abnormal and you see message delivery throttling state to “4” when the following performance counters are high or if you expect any of you integration
process could have impact on following counters, then you can consider the suggestion by Microsoft. Don’t change the default setting.
High process memory
Process memory usage (MB)
Process memory usage threshold (MB)
You can see these counters under “BizTalk:MessageAgent”
You can gauge these performance counter and its maximum values if have done any regression/performance testing in your test servers. If you have seen these counters having
high values and causing throttling, then you can update the Process memory usage.
Or unexpectedly you’re process high throughput messages in production which is causing these counters to go high and cause throttling, then up can update the Process memory
usage.
The above two cases where I know my expected process usage (by doing performance testing) or suddenly my production server processing has gone high due to unexpected business
hike (or any reasons) which caused throttling, then do changes to default throttling setting.
Just changing the default setting without actual reason could have adverse effect where you end up allocating
more processing capacities but the actual message processing message usage ever is low means you end up investing in underutilised resources.

Where are the swipe preferences for calendar located
Hi
Where are the swipe preferences for calendar located? Is it two fingers swipe down to goto the next month?
Thank you in advance.I don't know that there are any preferences for setting what swiping does in the Calendar.
Two finger swipes left and right skip months in month view. They skip weeks in week view. Two fingers up and down scroll up and down (which does nothing in month view). -
On a 5s you can by pass all security measures via Siri, where as the 4S asks for an unlock. Why?
My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

Where Is the 3G Setting in iOS6?
Hi. Where is the 3G setting in iOS 6? For some reason I texted just two messages (a text here is usually around 3 cents), I still had around $3 of load (it's openline pre-paid), somehow just those two messages ate all the load. A lot of the settings was changed when I had to show the iPhone 5 to relatives/friends at the party. I resetted all settings today but what could be eating the load that fast? Or maybe the text message not is not sending coz' I need to change something in the setting.
Thank you in advance.
God bless.Hi,
Try Settings/General/Cellular and in there you can turn on and off what you need.
Turning off cellular data in most cases will force messaging through without using 3G data.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
