Where is the button that show me all my post in this forum?
I do not understand why other than to make finding things that much more convoluted and difficult for the people that have actual problems;
and safer for the idiots that spout crap out on the forums?
Really how can a forum run by a company as large as adobe be so useless?
I have posted many question starting back 3 years ago; none which have an answer yet why?
I just do not understand?
Is there anyone with a clue in this forum?

How do I keep the buttons from showing up all the time?
I made several little shapes in Photoshop and imported them, then made buttons out of them. But when I simulate the menu, the buttons are always on top of the motion menu, how do I get the buttons to not show until the entire motion menu has played?
The loop point is indeed set to 10 seconds in. But as the motion menu starts playing and the words are flying onto the screen, the button (custom key shape) is already on the screen. Is there not some kind of opacity setting where I can make the button invisible until all the words have loaded onscreen?
And I tried some of Apple's buttons, they do the same thing. The little bracket " >" is sitting there on screen while the words "Play" and "Scene Select" are flying in from off screen. Once it reaches 10 seconds, then the " > " highlights to yellow on "Play". But I do not want that little bracket to show onscreen until the word "Play" is even there yet! -
Where's the button which shows the browsing history of the current session?
On previous versions there was right next to the back button a small down-upwards pointing button which opened the whole browsing history of the current session. It was helpful to pick the page (site) you needed in an instant instead of going through all pages back in a tedious manner. What's up with this new Firefox version? It has serious issues,for Christ's sake...!

I didn't know about the fact that one can open such a window with a right click on the back button =O oh well,I just installed the add-on since I'm used to this upward-down pointing arrow =) Thanks a lot! Firefox seriously messed it up this time,but thanks to guys like you I will stay for a little while longer with our fiery fox friend =)

Next to the 'back' or 'forward' arrows there used to be a drop down box you could check that would give you a recent history of visited pages. You could click on one and return to it. Where is this option in Firefox 4?
You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.
If you want the drop-down arrow you can add it with the Back/forward dropmarker add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker -
Where has the line that showed all my add-on icons gone to?
I have add-ons for no-script, screengrab, and forecastbar. Until yesterday, they all displayed icons (or actual weather info) on a line just above the bottom Microsoft line and at the very bottom of the browser. Now they've disappeared. Noscript shows as "options" first time I get to a page, but never displays status (names of scripts allowed, etc.) and won't display once I've set. Screen grab icon and weather info have completely disappeared. I've tried reinstalling, but it makes no difference. The only thing I've done in the last day is install the latest version of Adobe Flash. How do I get this back

I tried the toggle of view/not view and it makes no difference. I tried safe mood of firefox (ver 3.68) (firefox -safe-mode). No difference! Strange thing though, four other of my Windows 7 machines exhibit no such ill affects. -

In 10.8, where is the button at the top right of a finder window that minimizes the sidebar & toolbar.
"View > Hide Toolbar" will toggle both - Toolbar and Sidebar at once,
"View > Hide Sidebar" will only hide the sidebar. -
where are the patches that are being discussed all over in the media??? i have an iphone and ipad and have had no APPLE updates for a long time.

My new Macbook Pro 13 retina has 1TB flash drive. But despite my TimeMachine being in a TimeCapsule my Macintosh HD shows 277 Gb of space has Backups. What is this for? You don't have to worry about. They are stored in a kind of volume named "MobileBackups", but they appear as stored in your hard drive. To delete them, open System Preferences > Time Machine, and turn off Time Machine. Then, turn it on. However, you don't need to delete them, as they will be deleted when your hard drive gets full -
It says my security answers are wrong, so I guess I need to reset them, it says to click the rescue email button that shows up under the questions, there is no button that shows up.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I have photoshop cc, and I am used to photoshop elements. In photoshop it wont allow me to just click on a layer, and have it select that layer . I have to click on the layer in the box that shows all my layers in order to select it. I also want it to not only select the layer on the actual project, but put a hashed line around it that allows me to resize it manually, without having to do it in another window. Does that make sense? I cant even get the layer to select. PLEAE HELP. Id also be able to just click on the layer and drag it. It wont let me, and I am confused.
If you were serious to learn Photoshop, I'd advise you to take Photoshop classes at your nearest community college or some such institution, to take a subscription to lynda.com, to watch all the Photoshop videos at Adobe TV, to google for specific video tutorials on You Tube and for other tutorials in text format.
Even the Help menu in Photoshop can be a great starting place.
Don't expect to find in Photoshop the kind of hand-holding features that Elements has and that appeal to beginners and amateurs. -
why cant i open all my bookmarks in a new tab? only the ones visible above me, not the ones that show up when i click in the arrow to the upper right?
Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons -
I m wondering if you can delete the apps that show up that you have looked at or have purchased ? I have some that I'm trying to delete but don't know how to do it ...please help or let me know if it can be done ... Thanks
To delete any apps but the ones that are hard wired into your ipad, hold your finger down on the app icons until they start to wiggle. When they do, you'll see red circles with white X's in them. Tap on that and follow the prompt to delete the app.
If you can't delete apps, look in settings, general, restrictions and make sure that deleting apps hasn't been locked out. -
I am unable to find any videos. Where should I look? I do not want to sync them; they are large files.

With an iOS device, the “Other” space in iTunes is used to store things like documents, settings, caches, and a few other important items. If you sync lots of documents to apps like GoodReader, DropCopy, or anything else that reads external files, your storage use can skyrocket. With iOS 5/6, you can see exactly which applications are taking up the most space. Just head to Settings > General > Usage, and tap the button labeled Show All Apps. The storage section will show you the app and how much storage space it is taking up. Tap on the app name to get a description of the additional storage space being used by the app’s documents and data. You can remove the storage-hogging application and all of its data directly from this screen, or manually remove the data by opening the app. Some applications, especially those designed by Apple, will allow you to remove stored data by swiping from left to right on the item to reveal a Delete button.

How do I get iTunes to recognize a new device if I accidentally did not hit new device when I first hooked it up? I hit the button that said I wanted to back it up from my old phone. The new phone is my husbands and I don't want to back up my phone info on it. I re connected it hoping it would prompt me with the option again and it doesn't , it just shows up as a back up to my phone. How can I get it to give me that option in the beginning again
First of all, I think the first time you sync an iPod that's formatted for Windows on a Mac, the sync process reformats it for Mac. You can check what it is now by looking for the iPod with Disk Utility. If it's Mac OS Extended, it's formatted for Mac already.
Also, there is no current iPod updater app these days. iTunes handles it through the Restore button. If you are not able to use the latest iTunes because of your Mac, I can understand. The latest version of iTunes should run with 10.3.9 or later, if the hardware can handle it.
You said the battery was low so let it recharge for a while.
You should also reset the iPod. It's part of the 5Rs, which you should go through as the starting point for iPod trouble-shooting.
