Where is the Clean Install file for Flash Player for Mac?

The troubleshooting for Mac Install of Flash Player suggests that one uninstall and then perform a clean install.  I believe that this has also been referred to as an "offline" installer.  When one clicks on the the link to the clean install, one obtains the dreaded "404", File not Found error.  Does anyone know where one can find the clean install file.  The standard update almost never, ever works on my 2009 PowerMac, now running Yosemite.  Would someone please suggest to the folks running the Adobe website that it would be nice to have a working link to such a file.  This issue has come up before.  Would someone also suggest that before any new update is unleashed upon the world that someone make sure that the "Clean Install" link is linked to a download of a "Clean Install" installer?
Many thanks,
T. Olsen

Here is the first part of it, hope it helps.

  • Where is the Download Install File for Lr-CC

I have paid for Creative Cloud.
I have installed LR-CC on my Windows-7 desktop computer (Successfully!  It installed automatically from the CC app.)
Do I have to repeat the 900mb internet download on my laptop to install it there also, or is there an .exe file somewhere on my desktop machine?

On my system it is in the Temp folder with this name as a folder.
    {1AB633DF-325A-441C-B97C-3A561CB64AB0}.
On default Windows installs the main Temp folder is in your user name account and there is a second one in the Windows folder.
Copy the complete folder to a USB thumb drive. The size of the complete folder is 798MB and one of the subfolders is named Lightroom_6_lS11. That holds the Set-up.exe file but you need all the other subfolders.
Here a screen shot (NOTE I have a User Defined Temp folder on my E: drive as I don't like temp files being placed on my C: boot drive.).

  • Where is the JMS jar file for CEP?

I cannot find in any jar finder the JMS jar file for CEP.
I mean the jar file which includes com.bea.wlevs.adapters.jms.api.InboundMessageConverter, com.bea.wlevs.adapters.jms.api.OutboundMessageConverter, etc.
    Does anybody know the link?
    Thanks!

Thanks, but it is not there.
    I only have the following:
    com.bea.core.jsmpool_1.7.0.0.jar
    javax.jms_1.1.1.jar
    org.springframework.spring-jms_2.5.6.jar
And if I cannot find it there, where could it be?
    Thanks!

  • Where can I find the Elements 10 install files for mac?

    Hi all,
I recently bought a mac that doesn't have an optical drive, and I would like to install Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10 on it.
Of course, i have the box version, with the dvds and all, but I'd like to get the online installable files.
    Any link would be appreciated.
    Thanks :-)

You should be able to them from here:

Just follow the Very Important Instructions or the download links won't work.

  • Where's the ".dmg" lion file for creating a boot disk?

When I downloaded Lion from the app store, no .dmg file was shown on my desktop. I completed the install and still saw no .dmg file. Did the update the Lion stop placing the .dmg file on the desktop?

The InstallESD.dmg file is in the downloaded Mac OS X app file that appears on your Dock and in the Applications folder after downloading and BEFORE you click Continue to install Lion. See here for some information.
    Excerpt from above link:
    What you need to know
I took up this challenge after I had installed OS X Lion on my MacBook Pro. It’s worth noting that once you run the Lion installer from the Mac App Store, it magically disappears from your computer. You, can, however, retrieve it in one of two ways. If you hold down the "Option" key when you click on the "Purchased" tab of the Mac App Store you'll gain the option to re-download the Lion installer. If you have another Mac with the Mac App Store, you can also take advantage of Apple's generous registration policy (Apple allows you to register up to five computers with an iTunes account). I signed into my iTunes account via another MacBook’s Mac App Store (Store/ Sign In) to re-download Lion. As long as you don’t run the installer, you can locate it in your Applications folder.

  • Where is the outbox in outlook for MAC

I am new to using a MAC, i have Microsoft Office for MAC installed.  I have Outlook Mail all set up but i cannot find the Outbox folder nor anyway to add it.  Does somenone know anything about this?
    Thanks

Good idea, Beowulf1, and that helped me to force an Outbox, thanks.
But you can keep your Ethernet cable plugged in and simply switch Outlook to Offline mode in the Tools tab while you send yourself the trigger email.
Does anybody else have messages that don't appear in the elusive Outlook 2011 Outbox, but are stuck in a loop uploading from the Outlook Sent folder to iCloud, in order to update the Sent folder on iCloud and other devices?
I had that problem for months, eight emails always uploading. I thought they were still in the Outbox but they weren't, and clicking the cross on the progress bar never worked. I fixed it yesterday. This is what I did, in case this helps anyone else:
    1. Compare the Outlook Sent folder to the iCloud Sent folder online to see which messages have not uploaded to iCloud.
    2. Select the offending /extra messages in the Outlook > Sent > MobileMe/iCloud folder.
    3. If you wish, apply an Outlook Category and colour to them so they are easy to find. You can create a custom category and colour in Categorize > Add New. Then you can quickly view them and work with them as a group by choosing the category in Filters.
    4. Copy the messages from the Outlook > Sent > MobileMe or iCloud folder to the Outlook > Sent > On My Computer folder to retain a local copy if you want.
    5. Delete the messages from Outlook > Sent > MobileMe or iCloud folder. The loop should stop.
There was probably a fault with the messages (e.g. invalid header or too big). These messages won't appear on Sent mail in iCloud and other devices, but you can forward them to yourself if you need the content on other devices, though they will be new mail in your Inbox rather than in their correct order in Sent, but if it is only a few messages or if it is really bugging you, it might be worth it.
If you want to put them back into iCloud Sent, I was able to do so, with some oddities of order, by this method:
    1. Create and name a new folder in the left pane /mailbox folder area of Outlook 2011 on Mac, if that has the mail that needs to be restored to iCloud.
    2. Copy the required mail into the new folder.
    3. Drag the folder to the Mac desktop, and it will automatically create a .mbox exported file of just that mail. Close or put aside Outlook.
    4. Open Mail on the Mac and choose File > Import Mailboxes > Files in mbox format, navigate to choose the file on the desktop and choose Continue to import the messages into Mail. Mail will create a new Import folder containing the folder from Outlook.
    5. Open the imported folder to view imported messages.
    6. Select an imported message and choose Message > Move to [or Copy to] from the top menu bar and select a destination from the drop down menu, such as Sent.
    7. Click on the iCloud destination option that pops up beyond Sent. Mail will show a progress bar for uploading the message to iCloud, and after a minute, depending on file size, it should appear in the corresponding box on iCloud (Sent, in this case), and will then auto load back to the Mail and Outlook boxes (Sent, in this case). Dates should appear correctly on the messages, but their order may be a bit odd.
    8. Select subsequent imported messages for the same destination and choose Message > Move [or Copy] Again to iCloud. Not too many at a time, or the upload might get stuck in a loop.
(steps 3—4 from following tips by SallyRF and Scirebroc on another thread at <https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3644627> — thanks to them)
This may be slightly off this thread's Outbox loop topic but I have come back to this thread many times while trying to find a solution for my particular Sent loop, and I haven't found any other information closer to the point, so other people with the same loop will probably read this thread too.

  • Where is the connection information stored for Mac Remote Desktop?

I want to restore Mac Remote Desktop connection information from a Time Machine backup to a new Mac.  On the new Mac, I've installed Remote Desktop from the App Store and installed all the files found in
    ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.rdc.mac from
a Time Machine backup.  But I don't see my old connections.  I also don't see any connection information in my Time Machine backup here
    ~/Documents/RDC Connections.
Where is the connection information stored?

The path is correct. You could try to get an console log during application launch. This log might give you information why the information is missing.

There is no image or answer file involved. But at the "Completing Installation" phase, I receive this error message about an answer file.
Has anyone else expecrienced this problem? The only results I find here are regarding actual imaging with answer files.
    EDIT: [Redacted]
EDIT 2: Since this now happens with every single installation of Server 2008 on this system, I feel the need to keep this open and elaborate on my situation.
I originally installed Server 2008 on the 2TB partition of this 3TB drive. The partition type was MBR. I reinstalled it (there was a false alarm for malicious software) since it was a fresh install without updates or anything else installed. And for the
    second time, it installed fine.
I decided to make the most of my 3TB drive and try GPT partitioning. So I went into the command prompt > diskpart > ran "clean" on the disk, then "convert GPT"
That is when I tried another install of Server 2008 and received this error message about an answer file.
I decided to convert it back to MBR and get on with what I wanted to test in the first place. So I went into Diskpart again, ran "clean", rand "convert MBR" and started the install. But this resulted in the same error message about an
    answer file.
I went back to Diskpart, "clean"ed the disk, ran "convert dynamic" to make sure it was dynamic, then tried the install again, with the same result.
Now, I've tried installing on the disk as GPT, MBR basic and MBR dynamic. I've tried a different installation disc, as well. I got the same result. At this point, I'm going to switch hard drives, but I'm still open to input. Thanks for reading!

    Hi,
As you swapped the hard disk, whether the same issue occurs again if you redo the same steps?
I asked "OEM or retail" because of this known issue:
"Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass [specialize]" error message when you perform an in-place upgrade in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2425962
An answer file may already contain in the disc which causes the issue.
If issue still exists you can click Shift + F10 during the installation process to see the log. Check if the installation error for detailed information.
