Where is the CS5.5 to CS6 Web Design Premium upgrade download link?!

I purchased the CS5.5 Web Design Premium equivalent to avail of the free upgrade to CS6 when it came out.
After too much fluffing around with Adobe's customer services (weeks upon weeks), I eventually received the upgrade disk through the post (I'm based in the UK).
The problem I now have is that this disk has become scratched and I can't wait to receive another disk.
After speaking with someone through the online chat, I was told that only those who purchased an online copy could download it. As I purchased directly through Adobe over the phone, I was not entitled to an auto-generated download link.
The upgrade also doesn't appear in my Product pages.
So, can someone please help to find out where I can download a copy of the upgrade, rather than wait for it to come through in the post?

As long as you have the serial numbers for the upgrade version and the base version(CS6 and CS5.5 respectively in your case) the programs will install fine. Download the trial version from www.adobe.com/downloads/ and install the software. During installation you may be asked for the CS5.5 serial number(after you enter your CS6 serial number). The installer file or setup.exe file is the same on the disks and on Adobe.com.

Installation of CS6 Web & Design Premium in Windows Multipoint Server 2011

Hi all,
I am trying to install CS6 Web & Design Premium in Windows Multipoint Server 2011.
But I am always getting the PDApp.exe crash message and can't even get into the installation wizard.
Can anyone help me in resolving this problem?
Actually I have tried to install it in normal mode or maintenance mode with UAC switched off already.
In addition to this, can CS6 Web & Design Premium support Windows Multipoint Server 2011?

Desktop products are generally not supported on server operating systems. That's all you will ever hear about the matter. That being so, you shouldn't expect anyone to have any answers for you. It's simply an exotic scenario and very few people, if any at all, will even have bothered to try.

I downloaded the English version of CS6 (Web & Design).

1st file was DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.7z. 2 file was DesignWebPremium CS6_LS16. I ran the 2nd file and a adobe CS6 folder appeared on desktop with Set up inside. What I am supposed to do with this. And Do I unzip the 1st file using 7zip? Also when do I input the serial no? Thanks

The 7z file contains everything that the installer needs; it will extract the data it needs by itself.
The 64-bit software is intended to run on 64-bit systems, taking advantage of memory beyond 4GB that 32-bit software cannot use.
The one disadvantage i know of 64-bit Photoshop is that it cannot use scanner software, which is still mostly 32-bit.

Djsunrize008 did your system restore include anything beyond your documents and settings? If so this could be why you are facing your current difficulties.
You can review the PDApp.log to determine what errors are leading it the failure to initialize message. CS6 Web Design Premium

Hi,
I bought this a few years ago and had everything installed I needed and working fine. Today I tried to install acrobat. I had it previously at some stage but it wont allow me to install. When its in the installing process its spitting the disc out and giving me an Exit Code 6 error with no specific reason or what the problem is.
I restarted the computer and turned all applications off with no help.
I have a mac - Mavericks iOS.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I took my iMac into the Apple Store and they have been running diagnostics on it for the past 5 days. Got it back today. They reinstalled Yosemite, replaced the hard drive and a few other things, remigrated my data and I have it back. The first thing I did was open indesign and it crashed. So I opened it again and having no more dramas as yet, however I removed all of cs6 and reinstalled it. It has just finished and everything installed except for Acrobat X Pro. It came up with the exit code 6 error again. This time it gave me more info and I will attach so hoping someone knows something please.

Upgrade from CS3 to CS6 Web & Design Premium

I am currently running CS3 32-bit on my 64 bit Windows 7 system. I have purchased CS6 - should I completely remove CS3 before I install CS6?

The two versions can co-exist. If you're not planning to use the CS3 version, then it may be a good idea to remove the earlier version and then install the latest version.
If you, uninstall the CS3 version after installing the latest version, during uninstallation it just might mess up the file associations. Other than that, I don;t think that you'll face any problems.

When I download Web & Design Premium, it downloads half in English and half in French.

How can I make the entire suite in English? Photoshop and InDesign are fine, but Illustrator is completely in French and Dreamweaver is half in French. I downloaded it from my school's software site.

That depends on your systems language settings, the installer and the serial number. Since you didn't provide any technical info, we can't even begin to guess...

But there wasn't Photoshop CS6 Extended in it. :/

CS6 Web & Design full, plus CS6 Master Collection install

I am a freelance pro and educator. I currently own (and have installed) a full CS6 Web & Design Premium pkg. I will be teaching After Effects in the fall (which is NOT part of the Web & Design package). I purchased an educator's version of the CS6 Master Collection recently. I'm not quite sure how to install the new Master Collection, since it's an limited educator's version. Should I keep the full Web & Design collection using the current full license and then install After Effects by itself using the educator's license? Will that cause conflicts? OR should I uninstall the Web & Design and do a full install of the CS6 Master Collection educator's version?
You see, the conflict for me is that I will be doing professional, paid work mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

You can continue using your Design and Web premium.
And for After Effects, you can just install After Effects out of the Master Collection.
When you will begin installation, you will get options to select what applications you would like to install, there you can choose After Effects and install using Educational license you have.
With this there will be no conflict.

Upgrading from CS5.5 TO CS6 CREATIVE DESIGN STANDARD

I am a graphic design student and currently own CS5.5 and I need to upgrade to CS6 for my courses. Where do I go to purchase the upgrade? I only see the option to buy the full version of CS6 Creative Design Standard.

How do I check to see if my reinstalled CS6 Web Design program has been activated?

I installed CS6--from a trial download--on my reformatted laptop. I deactivated the program before reformatting the laptop. I then filled in the serial number from my purchased CS6 Web Design program. The trial version (which lists as CS6 Master Collection) started, but I get screens asking if I want to update my trail version. I can not get help from Adobe Customer Care (800-833-6687) because they do not support Creative Suite. The telephone system referred me to the web system (www.adobe.com/getsupport), which does not allow me connection to Live Chat. It refers me to the community forum. So, guys, how do I check to see if my reinstalled CS6 Web Design program has be activated?

When you buy CS6 and are given a serial number to install and activate, my understanding is that you already have an "unlimited" serial number
EXCEPT... I read a message recently about a "free" Education install that had a serial number that expired Adobe CS6 valid serial number downgraded to tryout
