  • Where is the "apps" menu item in the new iTunes interface?

Where is the “apps” menu item in the new iTunes interface?  I can no longer transfer files from my PC to my iPhone.
I just downloaded and installed the updated iTunes for my iPhone.  I cannot find the “apps” menu item anywhere.  How can I continue to download various types of files FROM my PC (Windows 7) TO my iPhone?  I previously did this by clicking on the “apps” menu item and going from there.  I cannot find the “apps” anywhere on the new iTunes.  Thanks.

Tonefox, no it's not under "Music" but I did some more digging and found where Apple has "hidden" Apps on their latest iTunes for PC.    You need to click on "iPhone" (upper right menu item) to display more menue items, of which Apps is one of them.  When I had clicked on "iPhone" before, I mistakenly closed the the iPhone option from view because I clicked on the up arrow next to iPhone, instead of just iPhone.  Once you click on iPhone, the options look similar to what they did in the earlier version of iTunes and you can easily find Apps.

  • Where are the SSRS menu items?

    Hi
I've set up Sharepoint Foundation 2013 and Reporting Services 2014 in integrated mode. I've created a library and added my data source to that library. I've created another library for reports, and uploaded a report there. However, I remember that in SharePoint
2010 there used to be menu items for reports such as "Manage Data Sources" and so on, which are not there in 2013.
I've been through the steps to add the Report Builder Report content type to the library and make it the default. I've tried uploading rdl files manually, deploying them through Visual Studio, and creating them from scratch using Report Builder from the
Files>New Document>Report Builder Report ribbon item. Still no menus.
Are they no longer available in SharePoint 2013 or have I misconfigured something somewhere? I was hoping to be able to bulk upload a bunch of rdl's and point them individually at my data source. I'll be able to do it another way, but now I'm really confused
as to where the option has gone.
    Any ideas?
    Duncan

    Hi Trevor
Yes, I had to in order to get the reporting services integration to work. I've got 2 servers, and SharePoint Foundation and SQL Server Standard, so for licencing cost reasons I installed SharePoint on both the SharePoint and SQL Servers, and SQL Express
on the main SharePoint server. Not best practice I realize, but since SharePoint is free and SQL is not, I couldn't intall full SSRS on the SharePoint server as my understanding was that I would need 2 SQL licences rather than one.
So I've got a farm with 2 SharePoint servers, one of which just runs the Reporting Services service, secure store service and workflow timer service and is on the SQL Server. The main SharePoint server has the SSRS add-in installed, and runs everything else
    - Central Admin, the site collection, Claims to Windows Token service, Search etc. The main server has a copy of SQL 2014 Express for its various databases, and the SSRS databases are on the SQL Server.
    I hope that makes sense!

  • Where is the "download window" in SAFARI [7.0.3 (9537.75.14)]

    – sorry bad english –
Hi, recently I updated to Version 7.0.3, and, I dont know where I can see my "download window". I miss it because within the download window I could use other apps and see the download status in a very handy way. Perhaps they changed its place or name, if anyone could help I'll be very grateful,
PS. inst View > Show Downloads, I mean the WINDOW for DOWNLOADS.
    thanks
    GW.

QuickTimeKirk, i dont mean the activity. its a simply little window that show a download progress bar,
used to be under "WINDOW>>DONWLOAD" something like, and now it is a arrow-pointing-down rigth to the search bar that can be acessed on "VIEW>>SHOW DOWNLOADS".
dominic23 thanks, its a fine solution but, I want it the way it was.

  • Where is the developer menu in Safari 4.0.4?

  • Where is the "Tools" Menu item in FF Beta 4?

I am trying to set my home page and specify which pages open when I start Firefox.
I dislike that the pages I had open last time automatically open up. Sometimes I close FF to get rid of unwanted pages and it annoys me that they all open back up when I restart FF.

By default in Firefox 4 the menu bar is hidden, you can temporarily display the menu bar by pressing wither F10 or the Alt key.
You can open the Options window by clicking on the Firefox button and selecting Options.

    Hello:
In Finder, enter the name of something you downloaded.  Once located, that should indicate where the item is stored.

Where is the store menu in iTunes?  I updated my computer and want to authorize it.  I deauthorized the old computer (and probably my desktop at a different location, and want to authorize the new one.  The help says that I need to clickon the store menu in iTunes.  I do not see any store menu.  I can access songs that I purchased a while back, but cannot download any new purchases.  If I cannot get this worked out, how do I recoup my money for the new songs?  Also, can I transfer the songs I purchased to another service?  Brad

It's in the same spot on a Windows machine as well

The CSS Designer panel is a fairly new addition to DW. The version of DW you are using is older than the tutorial video by at least one version.
There were quite a few changes between these versions...
    DWCS6 Perpetual (disk/one-time download)
    DWCS6 Cloud (subscription)
DWCC (first one with the CSS Designer panel)
    DWCC 2014
You really should make sure any tutorial you use matches your exact version of the program. Even if it does, updates to the cloud versions may make that information outdated in short order.

  • Lost most of the Apple Menu items with 10.8.5

    I have only
    About This Mac
    Force Quit...
    Sleep
    Log Out (User)...
The Finder starts up as Simple Finder, I have to select Run Full FInder to get the full Finder back but it does not reactivate the Apple Menu items.
After restarting the computer the Finder again opens as Simple Finder.
Root has access to the normal Apple Menu items.
Please someone give me some advice
    Thanks

Part of your problem, at least, is that you're in single-application mode.
    Back up all data.
I've tested these instructions only with the Safari web browser. If you use another browser, they may not work as described.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    defaults delete com.apple.dock single-app && killall Dock
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You should get a new line ending in a dollar sign ("$"). You can then quit Terminal. Test.

  • Can't find "Endnote Citation" in the INSERT menu item

I wanted to insert a citation or bibliography in my report using Pages but I can't find the feature in Pages to do this.  From the help, it stated going to INSERT then select "Endnote Citation" but in my Pages, under the INSERT menu item, I can't find "Endnote Citation".
I am using Macbook Air 2010, and Pages 09.  Please help.

Apple includes download links to some very useful documentation with each of the iWork '09 applications. You'll find it in the Help menu. Each User Guide is a searchable PDF document packed with useful information on using the application.
On page 52 of the Pages '09 User Guide, the topic of Footnotes and Endnoted is discussed:
Adding and Editing Footnotes and Endnotes
In a word processing document, you can add special marks (numbers or symbols)
that link to notes at the bottom of a page (footnotes) or at the end of a document or
    section (endnotes).
You can’t mix footnotes and endnotes in a document, but you can convert notes from
    one type to the other.
    (emphasis added)
The Footnotes menu item in the Insert menu serves to insert markers for either type of note.

    Barry
