Yes, it is part of EE not SE. Or you can get it/them from your application server's lib dir (which may or may not be a better choice).

There is no "procedure." When you sign up for iTunes Match, iTunes does all the work for you. But you must have the external HDD connected for it to work.
Also, keep in mind that iTunes Match is not a streaming service. To play your music on your computer you'll still need to have the external HDD connected, unless you decide to delete all the music from your iTunes library.

The update has been shown automatically for those who had upgraded from Mavericks and been running Aperture 3.5.1. Other users, who skipped Mavericks and Aperture 3.5.1 have reported problems to get the update to show and needed to contact the AppStore Support. I have an SSIS project under SSDT, that should process a SSAS 2012 Cube, when I setup the connection, the SSIS Connection Manager gives me only MSOLAP100 as a possible connection manager type. From my understanding this is the one for SQL 2008 R2. Where
is the one for SSAS 2012 and how can I enable it ?
I feel this is a bug in SSDT:

Still it says ConnectionManagerType MSOLAP100, however in the connection string I now have Provider=MSOLAP.5, this seems to be another SSDT bug.

Really? This is noting new or unusual at all.
The older hardware in computers/ipods/iphones/televisions/dvd players/cars/etc does not support any and all new software that ever comes out.
Your ipod touch operates as it always has - with several updates from the original software. However, the newest software is not available for the 2nd gen.

If you could provide the make and model number of the modem that the AirPort Extreme will be connecting to, we can likely tell you a bit more about what to expect in the way of getting the AirPort set up and working.
Unfortunately, "plug and play" does not apply here. You will need to set up and configure the AirPort Extreme using your iPad or iMac to name the AirPort as a device, assign a device password, name the wireless network, assign a device password and a few other things.
Once the AirPort Extreme is set up, you can connect the PC to one of the LAN <--> ports on the AirPort Extreme using an Etherent cable.
The iPad and iMac will connect to the wireless network that the AirPort Extreme provides.

Reading what I assume to be about 14 pages of dense A4 Text through a small windowed box is unnaceptable. How can I agree to something unless I have read it?

The trial is exactly the same as the boxed product.
In fact if you purchase the boxed product from your favorite retailer you can simply enter the serial number from the DVD case into the trial to make it permanent - no further installation required.
