Where is the fingerprint app for my new ENVY 17t Quad touch smart

I have 2 profiles , the one profile i did a search for " fingerprint scanner" and I tapped the the button that said fingerprint scanner under search. A dos window opened and the a Gui which helped me store my finger print and associate it with my ID. I went to the other profile and tried the same, the dos window comes up...no GUI. Where is the actual app ?

You can connect the iPod to a computer and download the Podcast app using iTunes > https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/podcasts/id525463029?mt=8
Or, on your iPod, tap the App Store then type in Podcast then download the app. (It has the same purple icon as the one at the iTunes Store on a computer).
Only iPods with Bluetooth capability can, "pair" with Bluetooth BOSE devices.
On an iPod touch, tap Settings > Bluetooth.

Why isn't the compass app for iOS 7 on my iPod touch 5?

Updated my iPod touch to iOS 7.03, but I don't see the compass app? It says it's built in on the apple website.

Can you find it in the app store? I found others of the 'built in' apps for download. Such as iMovie, Remote, AirPort utility etc.
'Built in' may be the wrong term for them to use.

Where is the iCloud app for iOS?!

Can anybody explain please how iCloud works as a replacement for Google Drive or Dropbox?! Despite being very au fait with everything Apple I still can't work out how it's meant to work - I'm using iOS 8 on all my devices and OS X Yosemite.
So, as an example, I have 5,000 photos and videos on my iPhone. I back them up to my Mac (iTunes) but would like to back them up to iCloud and set up folders and such like on iCloud and manually move them in to those folders (Family, Personal, Work, Holidays etc.). I see that on my Windows PC logging in to iCloud.com does give me a "drive" and I can set up folder and upload to them. But how do I see these folders on my iPhone?! It's as if there's an iCloud app missing, like there's a Dropbox or Google Drive app that I use.
Also, I have a different 7,000 photos in iPhoto on my Mac (OS X Yosemite). How do I get those pics in to the same sort of named folders I've described above that I've set up on iCloud.com?!
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Apple really seemed to have confused a lot of people with iCloud being a back up drive and a replacement for Dropbox etc.

no, there is no iCloud Drive app on iOS, but there is a "iCloud Drive Share Sheet", which developers have to implement to their apps. The only iOS app I could find, that is already using it, was Dropbox.
Regarding your photo questions. Apple is planning to introduce a new " iCloud Photo Managing Application" early next year (That's what they have presented during WWDC this year).

Apple doesn't provide one but there are a bunch available at the App store.

Short of getting MobileMe that is probably the best you are going to come up with. You will have to hope that whoever finds the iPhone actually plays the game and that you check for this information close to the time they do so. You also need to hope they don't connect the iPhone to their computer which will wipe the app from the device.

Currently I cannot find anything official on enterprise app distribution - only third party information. Has something changed, or is this a documentation glitch? Surely wireless OTA enterprise app distribution is still available via the enterprise developer program?

Where do I get apps for a PowerPC? Do the ones from the App Store work on it?

I bought this computer for my dad from someone and had no idea it was a PowerPC or what that meant. I found out it was different when I bought a program for it and it didnt work because it was a PowerPC. Where do I get apps for this computer? It is a G4 and has 10.5.8 software.

The PowePC processor was abandoned in 2006 so it's hard today to find new software that supports it. PPC compatibility is a function of the software developers, not where you buy. Example, TurboTax still runs on G4 computers. Most, however, does not.

It was the last version that ran on PPC. I have it on a PPC G4 1.25Ghz tower and a 1Ghz G4 PowerBook and it runs fine.

3D feature is available with PS CS6 Extended not the Standard one. You could either get the Extended version of PS CS6 or i would suggest to switch to Creative Cloud that not only includes 3D but other great features as well.

OK, at least 3 is working.
I don't know how you have a Tape Recorder icon on your Home Screen. I cannot add one myself. But, I am running Holo Launcher in replacement of the default LG "Optimus" User Interface. It's much better in my opinion.
Try long pressing the icon and select Edit and maybe you can change some attribute of the icon.
Another thing you could do, is long-press an empty area of your desktop, to add an icon. Select Shortcut, then Select Contact, and scroll through your contact list and choose the contact that you added for *86.
You realize if you have voice mail you haven't heard, there is a tape recorder icon in the notification bar, which you touch and pull down, then press it to dial voicemail.
If that functionality doesn't work, you MIGHT want to consider doing a factory data reset on your device, but that is going to nuke all your personalizations and cause you work to set up again.

Where are the updates located for Mac App Store app?

where are the updates located for Mac App Store app? I don't think /Library/Updates is the only location. Because I'm now having 10+ of Apps reporting updates is needed, but only 1MB＋ files is located in /Library/Updates.
