Where is the guide for Apache2/php5/10g/Linux install?

is now sadly outdated considering that the stable releases on all products are now:
Apache -> 2.0.52
Php -> 5.0.2
Oracle -> 10.1.0.3
I am looking to run namely these software versions on a Linux (Fedora Core and/or Debian) system, but can't find any worthwhile documentation anywhere (oracle, google etc.).
First of all I would like to know if it is even possible to run Apache 2.0.52/Php 5.0.2 with oracle-instantclient-basic-10.1.0.2?
I know that with Oracle 9i you had to install the whole 300MB client install to get things to work easy, but that time has surely passed?(!)
I am running oracle 10g on a seperate installment, and would like to connect to it with Apache 2 and Php 5. What is the best way to do this?
I don't want to sound rude, and I do not expect a full installation guide, but if somebody could tell me how to do this I would appreciate it. The apache part is easy, the tricky part is the --with-oci8 php part combined with the instantclient (installed correctly and added in ld.so.conf).
--with-oci8=/usr/lib/oracle/10.1.0.2/client/(lib) does not even remotly work. Whats the trick, if any?

I have been working on this issues for a few days now. I was able to get Apache 2.0.52, PHP 5.0.2 and Oracle 10g Client(Administrator option) to work. Here's my compile
export ORACLE_BASE=/opt/oracle
export ORACLE_HOME=/opt/oracle/OraHome_1
export ORACLE_SID=DBRAC
export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/bin:$ORACLE_HOME/bin
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib:/usr/lib
./configure with-apxs2=/apache/bin/apxs with-oci8=$ORACLE_HOME --enable-sigchild
However, when I compile using '--with-xsl' option (I isolated the problem with this option), I cannot get a database connection. There's no error with the compile. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

You won't find them until you are in Windows.
Helps to read even print the guide.
If you have auto run enabled, which is a security risk, the Apple setup.exe will run.
Otherwise, just run that.
Either use your OS X DVD, or use the drivers downloaded by Boot Camp Assistant.
Two different ways to get them.

Most of the games on my iPod classic 4g will not play anymore. I get a message that is of no help and when i synced the games they disappeared. What is going on and where have the games for iPods on iTunes gone ?

Apple removed the clickwheel games from the iTunes Store back in September.
Have you tried a hard reset of the iPod to see if that helps resolve the issue of not being able to play the games? To do this, first make sure the Hold Switch is in the OFF position, then press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

Yes, it is part of EE not SE. Or you can get it/them from your application server's lib dir (which may or may not be a better choice).

There is no "procedure." When you sign up for iTunes Match, iTunes does all the work for you. But you must have the external HDD connected for it to work.
Also, keep in mind that iTunes Match is not a streaming service. To play your music on your computer you'll still need to have the external HDD connected, unless you decide to delete all the music from your iTunes library.

we have a number of transactions in which a supplier in Germany packs product for us and sends that product directly to our Atlanta plant for storage. They invoice us in Palm Beach,FL for the product and we charge it to Manufacturing. That is an intercompany transaction. The original invoice is denominated in Euros and we never settle the intercompany transactions with Chicago so they stay outstanding forever. SAP does a revaluation entry every month and the FX effect hits our GL account xx100. That is a P&L account and affects our operating results. There should be no P&L effect to intercompany transactions. We have other intercompany documents with other of our entities, but SAP posts the FX effect on those to GL acct yy200, which is a balance sheet account and does not affect results.
We need these SAP monthly revaluations to post to yy200 and not xx100. Is it possible to configure SAP so that currency transactions related to intercompany documents post to GL account yy200 instead of xx100?

Well first of all to distinguish Intercompany FX transactions and other FX transactions, you should have a seperate document type for them and then based on the document type, you can actually write a validation/substitution rule to have those differences to the account you want.

The update has been shown automatically for those who had upgraded from Mavericks and been running Aperture 3.5.1. The update did not show, if the users tried to update from an earlier version.

The option to send reset info will only appear if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. I have an SSIS project under SSDT, that should process a SSAS 2012 Cube, when I setup the connection, the SSIS Connection Manager gives me only MSOLAP100 as a possible connection manager type. From my understanding this is the one for SQL 2008 R2. Where
is the one for SSAS 2012 and how can I enable it ?
I feel this is a bug in SSDT:
I used another UI dialog and could create a new connection like this:
Still it says ConnectionManagerType MSOLAP100, however in the connection string I now have Provider=MSOLAP.5, this seems to be another SSDT bug.
