Where is the Help file in Sketchbook pro 6.2( apples version )

I purchased the Sketchbook pro 6.2 from apps store , got stuck and went to the help menu.
To my surrprise it went to a web site to download the .pdf .
To which it loaded first in English from the site , but downloaded in French ?
I found in my library the " French version " and put it in the Trash ( opp's maybe I should not have put it in trash if it was hard code'd ? ...)  Anyway for some unknown reason I re-downloaded and got an English version , put it in a folder marked SBP.
At least I can see the HELP file ..., just cannot understand why it is not accessible in the Sketchbook pro 6 menu, perhaps apples version is different to Autodesks ?
Any advice as to why no Help file in program ,
OR is it only seen from the online site . ( and yes I id a search first and was advised , Sketchbook .com, to the same site and download it )
Cheers

Non-Apple apps from the App store do not have Apple support. You will, as you've already suspected,  need yp work with the developer.
We are end-users here just like you, but hopefully someone else who has used this program can chime in, but your fastest path is with the developer.

  • Where are the help files

Hi  I have Adobe Captivate 5.5. When I select Help >> Adobe Captivate Help, the Adobe Help application appears, but it simply goes to a web site at helpx.adobe.com. This site lists a manual for "Captivate 7".  On the status bar of Adobe Help it says "local content updates available". Under the search field there are radio buttons for Search Location: "Online" and "Local", however the "Local" button is greyed out.  All this suggests that, when I installed Captivate, the help files did not also install.
Is there some way that I can download and install the help files?
Failing that, is there a site where the documentation can found online?
I have the whole Education Suite and have similar problems with all the products in the bundle.

    Hi,
Please find the Captivate 7 Help guide in PDF form here :
    http://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/captivate_reference.pdf
You can save the same to your disk as well.
In addition to this, Please Launch the Adobe Help from your disk and Under General Tab : It would siplay you the pending download for available help content for all adobe applications:

  • Where is the Help File in VB examples?

    Hi,
I'm running through the examples of Measurement Studio for VB6.
When the project runs, pressing the [Help] button invokes an help file.  However, when not running, while looking at the callback for the [Help] button I can only see  the procedure  'Private Sub CWHelpButton1_GotFocus()'.  There's nothing in this procedure to call the help file.
How does the help file invoked?
    Thanks
    Rafi

It looks like that button is designed to just give help about additional examples:

  • Where are the help files? (CS5)

I am studying CS5 but I can't find help files or tutorials... is everything  online now?
Where should I go for help?

I don't have CS5, but hopefully they still have a somewhat obvious "Help" option in the top menu bar.  You can also probably find them by searching Google using "Flash CS5 Help"  As of CS4, the help documentation is not provided with the software.

  • Where are the help files/pages????

None of the Help links or buttons on the latest software (Pro) links to any kind of help files or pages.

  • Where is the help file in itunes

no help file with itunes 64 bit download

The newest iTunes version has no Help option.  Why?  And, no ability to find out the version number.
You may need to bring up your Menu Bar to see the Help menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Once you've got your Help menu showing, go "Help > About iTunes" and wait for the version number to scroll up from the bottom of the screen, as per the previous versions.

  • Where can I find the help file

Hello:  I'm using Captivate v5.5 and have two questions:
My PC runs Captivate Windows XP and does not connect to the Internet.  When I click the Help link I'm prompted to connect to the Internet for the help file.  Where can I find a downloadable copy of the help file.
Are there any updates or patches for Captivate v5.5?
    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hi,
You'll have to connect to Internet once, then you can download the Help in pdf-format; have a look at this screenshot:

  • Where are the *.ini files located?

I remember a discussion about deleting some of the *.ini files (or whatever they are called) but I can't find the link, don't remember the filenames and can't find their location.
I'm having the same problem with Media Encoder where it only goes partway through an encode and then returns an error message. The last time I experienced that, I deleted the startup files and things worked fine. I think that there was a link from Dennis Draeke about some config files and their location.
    All help gratefully accepted!
    TIA,

After experiencing the situation where a codec (LEAD MJPG) that had worked previously suddenly would not export through AME again, I tracked down the preferences files as outlined above and removed the following files:
    Adobe Premiere Pro Prefs,
    Adobe Premiere Pro Prefs~2
    AMEPrefs.xml
And once again I could export with any codec settings I chose with no problems.
    I'm working with 1280x720, 30P, square pixels, 44.1kHz, 16-bit stereo material.
When not working, the encode would proceed about 1/2- to 2/3 of the way through and then stop and return the message:
    - Preset Used: 1280x720P TX-1 Settings - LEAD Codec
    - Video: 1280x720, 30 [fps], Progressive, Quality 90
    - Audio: 44100 Hz, Stereo, 16 bit
    - Bitrate:
    - Encoding Time: 00:15:27
    4/10/2010 2:56:50 PM : Encoding Failed
    Error compiling movie.
    Codec compression error.
This codec may be unable to support the requested frame size, or there may be a hardware or memory problem.
After removing those three files, encoding would finish properly and return the message:
      - Preset Used: 1280x720P TX-1 Settings - LEAD Codec
    - Video: 1280x720, 30 [fps], Progressive, Quality 90
    - Audio: 44100 Hz, Stereo, 16 bit
    - Bitrate:
    - Encoding Time: 00:03:09
    4/11/2010 1:39:31 PM : File Successfully Encoded
    4/11/2010 1:39:31 PM : Queue Stopped
Thought I'd post the results in case it might help help someone solve a problem.
