Where is the History/Undo panel in Illustrator CC?

Please let me know where the History/Undo panel is in Illustrator. I can't find it.
I'd rather not click undo 143 times.
Thanks,
W

There ought to be an Undo panel in Illustrator.
Let's call it something else: the Step Back Panel.
If you can click undo a hundred times, then you should be able to do a large number of undos at once.

  • Where is the "stroke options panel" in Photoshop CS6?

Where is the "stroke options panel" in Photoshop CS6? It used to be right above the layers palette in older versions of Photoshop but now it's gone. I'v been trying to find it for an hour and a half and it doesn't seem to be in any of the menus.

If you're looking for the Stroke options of a layer, you can find that by clicking the layer you have a stroke on or wish to have a stroke on, and then clicking the fx icon in the bottom of the layers panel:
And it will open the Stroke options for that layer.
Another option is by clicking Edit at the top menu, and then choosing "Stroke..." (make sure you have a layer selected).
It will then bring up a window with Stroke options on it for that layer:
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance!

  • Where is the multiscreen preview panel in Dreamweaver CC?

Where is the multiscreen preview panel in Dreamweaver CC?

Hi Harshit, thats only for Dreamweaver upto CS6. I can't believe it theyve removed if for CC, just had it confirmed by Adobe that its 'not accessible anymore'
Really bad idea in my opinion we work on responsive sites all day and it really helped to quickly get an idea for the integrity of the design on phone, tablet and desktop at the average screen sizes. Now there is no way to see all 3 at the same time. C'mon Adobe what are you doing??????

  • Where is the history icon

    where is the history icon

The History icon is a Clock which you can find in Customize and drag it to a toolbar, but really what's the point. Ctrl+Shift+H is simple and does not clutter up the toolbars.
["Alt" (if no menu bar)] > View > Toolbars > Customize
You can make '''Firefox 6.0''' look like Firefox 3.6.*, see numbered items 1-10 in the following topic [http://dmcritchie.mvps.org/firefox/firefox-problems.htm#fx4interface Fix Firefox 4.0 toolbar user interface, problems (Make Firefox 4.0 thru 6.0, look like 3.6)]. ''Whether or not you make changes, you should be aware of what has changed and what you have to do to use changed or missing features.''

There is a lot more beyond those first 10 steps listed, if you want to make Firefox more functional.

  • Where did the History Column checkbox go?

    I am using jdeveloper 11g release 11.1.2.2.0.
I was working through some of the storefront demo and the the instructions said.
Open the Entity Object, Click the Attributes Tab, Select the History Column check box.
I am unable to find a History Column check box on this version. where did it go?

I think it is called Track Change History now - a drop down list.
You can also look for it in the property inspector window.

  • Where is the Script editor panel in Photoshop CS6?

I don't find the Script Editor panel in Photoshop CS6.

Are you talking about the program for writing scripts for photoshop, which is Extendscript Toolkit (ESTK)?  It should be located where you normally find programs with your operating system.  You can do a search for extendscript to find the program.

  • Where is the history of ios 8 wifi connections?

Where does iOS 8 keep the history of wifi connections?  And can I selectively purge it?

    DesertRatR wrote:
There has to be a history containing a list of WAPs that were successfully connected with. Otherwise the OS couldn't automatically connect.  It is that list I am looking for.
What I meant - and I did state this - is that you cannot see a list of those previously connected to networks unless you are in the vicinity of said networks. You cannot go to your WiFi settings and see a list of previously connected networks in there - unless your iPad can see that network. So no - there is no list of networks that you have previously connected networks.
So as Jim stated, there is a history, but not a list like you want to see. You cannot selectively purge those networks either if you reset network settings. It's all previous networks when you reset network settings - including your own home WiFi network.

  • Where is the printer control panel so i can set up for mobile printing

I am trying to set up for mobile printing and have come to the instruction point where they say to push a certain icon on the printer control panel on my 1102w printer and I have no idea whether this is something on my actual printer or on my computer?

    Hi,
The printer control panel is on the printer, it can be LCD screen or just buttons.
    Regards.

  • Where is the 'History Recently Closed Tabs' menu in Firefox 29

There used to be a 'Recently Closed Tabs' in the old orange Firefox 28 menu. Now it seems version 29 only has a 'Restore Closed Tabs' menu item in its 'History menu'. There seems to be no option to restore individually closed tabs. I'm always closing a tab by accident, and the old method was very fast and easy.
Another person asked about this, but it seems his only solution was the 'Undo Closed Tabs Button' Add-On:
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/997285?esab=a&as=aaq
In the old menu, you had access to your recent history, 'Clear Recent History', 'Restore Previous Session', 'Recently Closed Tabs', and 'Recently Closed Windows' in one easy to access spot. Now all that is buried, or doesn't seem to exist anymore.
Is there any way to re-configure the new menu to include at least the 'Recently Closed Tab's menu again?

You can click History in the 3-bar Firefox menu button on the Navigation Toolbar to see the sections for recently closed tabs and recently closed windows.
You can also unhide the menu bar and open the History menu.
*Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden Menu bar.

  • Captivate 5: Where is the history of Caption types stored?

    Hi,
I recently created two image files that were meant to substitute the Text only captions for the Success/Failure outcomes for each question answered within a True/False quiz.
However, for subsequent T/F qustions I cannot replace these image files with any other, as for some reason Captivate only picks the initial two image files.
Is there anyway of clearing the history of all captions above the "transparent" (see diagram). I tried clearing the cache from Edit >> Preferences but that did not help. Is there a file in C:\Local Disk\Users\NameofPerson\AppData\Local\Adobe\Captivate5 that needs to be discarded?
    Many thanks,
    John

    Hi there,
Please see below for the answers
Even as of Captivate 7, there are too many restrictions on object types that can be converted. One example that comes to mind is rollover captions.  We use these extensively and they don't work with Captivate 7 HTML5 output
As you figured out, Rollover objects are not supported in HTML5 output. The list of non-supported objects are mentioned in the link http://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/using/publish-projects-html5-files.html#unsupported_objec ts_in_html5_output
We need a solution that is easy to distribute and load onto an iPad.
You can either use an LMS (e.g.: Scorm CLOUD) or can use the "Adobe Captivate App Packager 7" along with PhoneGap to achieve this. This application helps you package the courses as native apps using the Adobe Phone Gap Service. Please see the link to know more about Adobe Captivate App Packager. http://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/using/captivate-app-packager.html
We need to fill the entire screen with our demo, eliminating browser or other application elements entirely
You can achieve it by publishing the course through "Adobe Captivate App Packager 7". Please don't select the 'Scalable HTML output' option during Captivate publish as the HTML5 output may not work well on Ipads.
We need a solution that works when an iPad is offline such as wandering around a show floor.
You meant, you need an offline solution to track 'Reporting or Completion'? If that is not the case then again "Adobe Captivate App Packager 7" solves the issue.
We prefer a solution that doesn't require additional software to be purchased for each iPad.
To publish an iOS app through Adobe App packager and Phone gap, you need to get the "Certificate password and PhoneGap'
    Thanks,
    Nimmy Sukumaran.

  • Where is the Dreamweaver CC panel to style hyperlinks

    Hi all,
I know this seems like a simple question, but I cannot find a panel in the new DW CC layout that allows you to style hyperlinks in a div.
I am used to being able to have a different hyperlink style to the main one set in the fonts file on part of the webpage eg. the footer links.
I can see in the CSS Properties panel how to add margin, padding, shadows, borders, backgrounds, text styles, but I cannot see anywhere that I can style the hyperlinks in a div.
How can I do this in Dreamweaver CC?
I know how to style links by hand coding them in a stylesheet, but as I am doing a responsive design, this is not available to me. I tried to do some hand coding, but the whole responsive design broke and I had to start again. I have to use the properties panel to set up the CSS code for the responsive design.
I do have a separate CSS stylesheet just for the fonts and background for the web design. Do I need to put the alternative a: link coding in there?
    Gosh this is hard.
    Thanks,
    Mary

    Hi Ben,
Sadly with Dreamweaver CC is is not as easy as that.
I am doing a responsive design, and cannot code directly in the CSS stylesheet, or it will break.
I want to have two styles of a links, one for the body of the website, and another for one particular div.
I need to use the CSS Properties panel to create the CSS styles, rather than coding directly in the stylesheet for the responsive design. The CSS Properties panel seems to have everything except a section for styling a: links in a div.
I guess this is not available in Dreamweaver CC fluid grid layouts yet.
When doing responsive design in DW CC it is advised to attach a separate stylesheet for the body styling and the fonts on the website, as this works better than putting them in the fluid grid layout CSS file. I guess if I want to do a second a: link style in the design I will need to set it up there.
Thanks so much, I seem to be on my own out here trying to use DW CC to create a responsive layout with fluid grid layout. It is a bit of a mission at the moment, so I am looking forward to further enhancements in DW CC of fluid grid layout features.

  • Where are the extension cc panels stored on mac?

I have been using Adobe Extension Builder 3 to create some test panels and now I want to trash them, but Adobe seems to have hidden them. I have tried: Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences folder, but they are not there. Nor are they in the main Photoshop folder "Plug-ins".
Does anyone know where the extension panels for Photoshop CC are stored? I have done searches, on extension names, but nothing shows up.
    Thanks in advance - Sam

Thanks Kurt - I already did that. The extensions are not there.
It is rediculous that Adobe has made it so hard to find extensions that were created with Adobe Extension Builder 3. I have some I created, but want to delete them. Any extensions that were installed with Extenstion Manager go into the Photoshop application folder Plug-ins. Other developed extensions are in some mysterious location.
    Thanks - Sam
