Where is the homepage button on Firefox 4 for mac? Can't find one anywhere.

I installed Firefox 4 on my mac overwriting my older version 3. Found most of the stuff I use a lot in new places but cannot find a button to navigate back to my homepage as before. There is also no icon for it in Customize Toolbar.

You can open the History in the sidebar via View > Sidebar > History (Ctrl+H)<br />
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
You can find toolbar buttons to open the bookmarks and the history in the sidebar in the toolbar palette and drag them on a toolbar.
Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

You access Facetime through the Contacts app - there is no Facetime app on the phone.

Where's the Reload button on Firefox 6?

I installed Firefox 6 and now I cannot locate the Reload button. On my previous version it was just to the right of the forward/back arrows.

It is docked at the end of the location bar (where you type web addresses) and is changed so that it is a reload button with an arrow once a web page is loaded but a stop button with a cross whilst a page is loading.
If you really want the old type buttons back it is possible to get something similar using the customise option. (whether you get or two buttons or one combined depends on the position and order of the buttons.)

The lines seem to be different in shape and color each time.
When I restart FF, the lines go away for a time.

I have Firefox 9.0.1 and Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I have also had the problem of errors in the Firefox graphic user interface (GUI) that appear as jagged lines and pixels over the title bar, back and forward buttons, over words in the address bar and in the Google search box, and over tabs. If I continue to use Firefox when this happens, Firefox and the Mac OS will freeze within a minute or two. I then have to shut down the computer and restart, as I can not Force Quit Firefox from the Firefox dock icon or from the Apple menu icon at the left of the Mac OS menu bar, which is at the top of the screen. I have not tried the Command + Option + Escape keyboard combination yet to see if this will bring up the Force Quit window.
I have used Firefox for years and never had problems like this before. Firefox 3.6 on Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11 was stable. I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and Firefox 8, which had the same problems as Firefox 9. To make sure that the problem was not an OS upgrade issue, I erased and formatted my hard drive and did a clean install of Snow Leopard, but Firefox 9 is still apparently unstable. I have not noticed similar problems with iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, Pages or Safari, but I do not use these applications as heavily. For a short while, I tried Firefox 3.6 on Snow Leopard, and it seemed to be stable, without the problems of Firefox 8 & 9. If I continue to have problems with Firefox 9, I plan to go back to Firefox 3.6 for a longer period to see if it remains stable.

The web page says firefox for android can be installed by clicking the link on the site but the only link that shows up is for googleplay.

I do not use googleplay. I choose firefox specifically to avoid google. How can i download directly, since the app is not available on amazon?

You can always download the latest version of Firefox from here:

Once installed, Firefox will check for and download updates automatically - you can control this behaviour by going to the menu - > Settings -> Customise -> Download updates automatically.
You can also check for updates manually by going to the menu -> Mozilla -> About Firefox -> Check for updates

On the page to choose the trial I only get the option for windows, in 4 languages, but no mac option at all.
Furthermore there is no option to try and download the trial for Acrobat 9.

Yes. If you have a PC but don't have the iCloud control panel for Windows, you aren't syncing your computer with your iCloud account, and are not therefore receiving photo stream photos from iCloud directly to your computer.
If you want to back up photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there), then import them to your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. To save them to your camera roll, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll.
If you are running Windows Vista SP2 or higher and wish to sync your computer with your iCloud account and enable photo stream, download and install the iCloud control panel for Windows from here: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1455. I did try 5 or 6 of "generic drivers" already installed, in vain, then after being told twice by the manufacturer that they do not have a driver & "I don't know of any other driver available": one, like myself, basic common user might think what I thought, not all of us know all that you know!

Where is the tool bar in itunes for mac?

I lost my tool bar in the last update. How do I get it back? I can not burn a cd without it.

It may be that iTunes has gotten into Full Screen mode. If that's the case, moving the cursor to the very top of the screen and letting it sit for a second or two will cause the menu bar to drop down.
To burn a CD without needing the menu bar, first get iTunes to show your playlists. In the leftmost window, right-click on the playlist you want to burn to CD. From the menu that appears, select Burn Playlist To Disc.
